液晶电视、液晶电脑等平板显示器越来越走向大众,也受到大众的欢迎。这些平板显示器所用到的液晶面板也逐渐向轻薄化方向发展。对此,对于生产面板的厂商需要十分重视面板的保护,对面板产品的包装保护显得至关重要。目前,业界对液晶面板或者其他面板类电子产品的包装保护方式基本上采用集成缓冲垫的上下或左右配合包装件。此种包装方式可有效地实现对内装产品的定位和运输保护,但需要使用大量包装材料,且包装材料中的有效缓冲面积利用率较低,从而增加了成本。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种面板包装装置,能够合理利用包装材料,以精简其使用量,且有效降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种面板包装装置,该面板包装装置包括:护角件,用于收容待包装面板的角部;该护角件由包装片材折叠而成,该包装片材包括:第一区域,包括平行设置的两个第一侧边;两个第二区域,分别连接于该两个第一侧边中的对应一个,且折叠成与该第一区域垂直且彼此相对设置,该两个第二区域分别包括垂直于该第一侧边设置的第二侧边;两个第三区域,分别连接于该两个第二区域中的对应一个的该第二侧边,且折叠成相对该第一区域和该第二区域垂直设置,该两个第三区域彼此贴合且相对固定;该第一区域和第三区域呈矩形设置,该第二区域呈三角形设置;缓冲条,设置于该护角件内部,并支撑该待包装面板;该缓冲条包括第一缓冲条和第二缓冲条,该第一缓冲条设置于该第一区域上,该第二缓冲条设置于靠近该护角件内部的该第三区域上,以分别支撑该待包装面板的两个端面中的对应一个。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是本发明一实施例的面板包装装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,该面板包装装置包括护角件10、第一缓冲条21、第二缓冲条22和第三缓冲条23。在本实施例中,护角件10是通过包装片材折叠形成的,其具体折叠方式将在下文进行详细描述。该包装片材优选为纸板,该纸板可以选用硬纸板或者矮坑型的瓦楞纸。在本实施例中,该护角件10为三角形,但是在其他实施例中,可根据需要将护角件10设计成四角形或者其他形状。第一缓冲条21、第二缓冲条22和第三缓冲条23分别对应黏贴在护角件10内。具体来说,第一缓冲条21、第二缓冲条22和第三缓冲条23可以是先黏贴在纸板上,再将纸板折叠成护角件10,也可以是将纸板折叠成护角件10,再将第一缓冲条21、第二缓冲条22和第三缓冲条23黏贴在护角件10上。第一缓冲条21、第二缓冲条22和第三缓冲条23优选为同种材料,该材料可以为EVA、EPE或者其他适当材料。

在优选实施中,突出部201与第三缓冲条23位于待包装面板20的同一侧,且突出部201和缓冲垫202沿待包装面板20的侧面的垂直方向上的高度小于或等于第三缓冲条23和护角件10的第三区域13沿该垂直方向上的高度。通过上述方式,可以有效支撑使待包装面板20,从而起到保护待包装面板20的作用,并进一步减小整体厚度。
其中,缓冲垫201与第一缓冲条21、第二缓冲条22以及第三缓冲条23由同种材料制成,例如EVA或EPE。
综上所述,本发明通过将面板的包装装置改造成收容待包装面板角部的护角件,并合理地利用缓冲条支撑待包装面板,从而精简包装片材的使用量,且有效降低成本。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述第一区域和所述第三区域呈矩形设置,所述第二区域呈三角形设置。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲条包括第一缓冲条和第二缓冲条,所述第一缓冲条设置于所述第一区域上,所述第二缓冲条设置于靠近所述护角件内部的所述第三区域上,以分别支撑所述待包装面板的两个端面中的对应一个。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲条进一步包括第三缓冲条,所述第三缓冲条设置于一所述第二区域上,并与另一所述第二区域形成预定间隙,以允许所述待包装面板的所述角部通过所述预定间隙插入所述护角件,且由所述第三缓冲条支撑所述待包装面板的侧面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述待包装面板的侧面设置有突出部,所述面板包装装置进一步包括设置于所述突出部上的缓冲垫。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述突出部与所述第三缓冲条位于所述待包装面板的同一侧,且所述突出部和所述缓冲垫沿所述待包装面板的侧面的垂直方向上的高度小于或等于所述第三缓冲条和所述第三区域沿所述垂直方向上的高度。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲垫与所述第一缓冲条、所述第二缓冲条以及所述第三缓冲条由同种材料制成。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述材料为EVA或EPE。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装片材为纸板。
