- 根据权利要求1所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲条进一步包括第三缓冲条,所述第三缓冲条设置于一所述第二区域上,并与另一所述第二区域形成预定间隙,以允许所述待包装面板的所述角部通过所述预定间隙插入所述护角件,且由所述第三缓冲条支撑所述待包装面板的侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述待包装面板的侧面设置有突出部,所述面板包装装置进一步包括设置于所述突出部上的缓冲垫。
- 根据权利要求3所述的面板包装装置,其中特征在于,所述突出部与所述第三缓冲条位于所述待包装面板的同一侧,且所述突出部和所述缓冲垫沿所述待包装面板的侧面的垂直方向上的高度小于或等于所述第三缓冲条和所述第三区域沿所述垂直方向上的高度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲垫与所述第一缓冲条、所述第二缓冲条以及所述第三缓冲条由同种材料制成。
- 根据权利要求5所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述材料为EVA或EPE。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装片材为纸板。
- 一种面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述面板包装装置包括:护角件,用于收容待包装面板的角部;缓冲条,设置于所述护角件内部,并支撑所述待包装面板。
- 根据权利要求8所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述护角件由包装片材折叠而成,所述包装片材包括:第一区域,包括平行设置的两个第一侧边;两个第二区域,分别连接于所述两个第一侧边中的对应一个,且折叠成与所述第一区域垂直且彼此相对设置,所述两个第二区域分别包括垂直于所述第一侧边设置的第二侧边;两个第三区域,分别连接于所述两个第二区域中的对应一个的所述第二侧边,且折叠成相对所述第一区域和所述第二区域垂直设置,所述两个第三区域彼此贴合且相对固定。
- 根据权利要求9所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述第一区域和所述第三区域呈矩形设置,所述第二区域呈三角形设置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲条包括第一缓冲条和第二缓冲条,所述第一缓冲条设置于所述第一区域上,所述第二缓冲条设置于靠近所述护角件内部的所述第三区域上,以分别支撑所述待包装面板的两个端面中的对应一个。
- 根据权利要求11所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲条进一步包括第三缓冲条,所述第三缓冲条设置于一所述第二区域上,并与另一所述第二区域形成预定间隙,以允许所述待包装面板的所述角部通过所述预定间隙插入所述护角件,且由所述第三缓冲条支撑所述待包装面板的侧面。
- 根据权利要求12所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述待包装面板的侧面设置有突出部,所述面板包装装置进一步包括设置于所述突出部上的缓冲垫。
- 根据权利要求13所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述突出部与所述第三缓冲条位于所述待包装面板的同一侧,且所述突出部和所述缓冲垫沿所述待包装面板的侧面的垂直方向上的高度小于或等于所述第三缓冲条和所述第三区域沿所述垂直方向上的高度。
- 根据权利要求13所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲垫与所述第一缓冲条、所述第二缓冲条以及所述第三缓冲条由同种材料制成。
- 根据权利要求15所述的面板包装装置,其特征在于,所述材料为EVA或EPE。
