Definitions
- the present invention relates to a display device stand having a height adjusting function such as a liquid crystal panel, for example, and having a height adjusting stand provided with a wiring cable as an electrical connection member inside the stand.
- liquid crystal display devices In general, in many IT devices such as liquid crystal display devices, downsizing and weight reduction have been one trend in recent years. In a liquid crystal display device having a stand with a height adjustment function, installation of a cable connected to the liquid crystal display unit has been an obstacle to downsizing and weight reduction. In many liquid crystal display devices currently on the market, the height adjustment stand has only a lifting mechanism, and multiple cables for power supply and signal transmission are routed separately outside the stand. There is a demand for a liquid crystal display device that can be incorporated into a stand or the like and more efficiently use the external space. Liquid crystal display devices have been used not only in general offices, but also in reception counters and cash registers that are easy for customers to touch.
- a liquid crystal display device provided with a commercially available height adjustment stand has been proposed in Patent Document 1.
- a sliding member is provided on a support cylinder provided on the stand base as a height adjustment stand so that the sliding member can be moved up and down, and the display panel is rotated into a vertically long screen and a horizontally long screen at a connecting portion between the sliding member and the display panel.
- a switchable mechanism is disclosed.
- a power cable or a signal transmission cable that electrically connects the display panel and the power source is not disclosed.
- a plurality of through holes are provided in an image display device stand that accommodates a television and peripheral devices, and the television, peripheral devices, and connectors are connected to the through holes through cables.
- the stand of this image display device is a box type that incorporates a display screen, a power source and various signal connectors, and is not a mechanism that lifts and lowers the stand that supports the display unit having the display screen. In this case, the cable is not adversely exposed to the outside.
- the conventional liquid crystal display device provided with the height adjustment stand as shown in FIG. 9 is provided with the height adjustment stand 101 formed of a column provided with the display panel 100 so as to be movable up and down.
- a cable 102 such as a power cable or a signal transmission cable connected to the display panel 100 is installed outside the height adjustment stand 101.
- the cable 102 is inserted into the cover 105 attached to the height adjustment stand 101 as shown in FIG. ing.
- a cover 105 is separately provided to hide the cable 102 so as not to be exposed.
- a cable for transmitting a signal from the substrate of the display unit to the ear pad is connected, and this cable is arranged from the A chamber in the rotating unit to the overlapping B chamber via a partition plate. It is installed. If the wiring is loosened and the cable is stored in the room A, the wiring is spirally wound by the spring winding mechanism. Thus, the wiring is accommodated in the A room without being entangled.
- the present invention provides a display device provided with a height adjustment stand that has good operability and good appearance even when the cable is raised and lowered without interfering with other members. For the purpose.
- a display device comprising a height adjustment stand is a display device comprising a display unit having a display screen, and a height adjustment stand connected to the display unit and adjustable in height.
- the height adjustment stand includes a fixed part provided in the base part, a movable part connected to the display part and capable of moving up and down in the fixed part, and a wiring cable provided in the fixed part and the movable part,
- the wiring cable is characterized in that a curved part that can be expanded and contracted is provided inside the fixed part and / or the movable part, and is connected to an end part in the fixed part and an end part in the movable part.
- the height adjustment stand when the movable part provided with the display part is raised, the height adjustment stand extends, and the wiring cable is connected to each end part in the movable part and the fixed part. Since the wiring cable extends along the curved portion, the rising of the movable portion can be followed. Further, when the movable portion is lowered, the height adjustment stand contracts, and the wiring cable is further bent by the bending portion along the lowering of the movable portion so that the length can be adjusted, so that the lowering of the movable portion can be followed. In this way, as the height adjustment stand is raised and lowered, the wiring cable provided inside can follow the both ends by pulling out the bending portion and absorbing the length by promoting the bending.
- the curved part of the wiring cable can be used as a buffer part to adjust the length, so that the operability can be maintained well without interfering with other members, and the wiring cable can be connected to the outside.
- the appearance is good because it is not exposed.
- the curved part of a wiring cable is an S-shaped curved part or a helical curved part.
- the S-shaped length of the wiring cable can follow the length, and the curved part of the wiring cable is a spiral curved part. If it is, it can follow by the spiral winding part being drawn out or being wound in multiple.
- the wiring cable is set to a length that can leave the curved portion in a state in which the movable portion is drawn out to the maximum length with respect to the fixed portion.
- fixed part of a wiring cable and the edge part in a movable part are connectors.
- the length of other cables connected to the outside of the distribution cable can be prevented from changing not only by raising and lowering the height adjustment stand, but other cables may interfere with other members or impair the appearance. Can be prevented.
- the wiring cable is connected to the connectors at both ends inside the height adjustment stand, the electrical connection of the wiring in the height adjustment stand due to the elevation of the height adjustment stand is not adversely affected.
- the fixed portion and the movable portion may be connected by a constant load spring so that the height can be adjusted.
- the constant load spring can be expanded and contracted following the elevation of the height adjustment stand, and can be stopped at an arbitrary height position.
- the constant load spring may lock the drum around which the spring body can be wound to the fixed portion and the end of the spring body to the movable portion. Balance the weight and spring force of the display unit and the movable unit at an arbitrary height position by letting the constant load spring follow the height adjustment stand and unwinding the spring body from the drum or winding the spring body around the drum. Can stand still.
- a plurality of constant load springs may be provided inside the fixed portion and the movable portion, and the wiring cable may be disposed between the plurality of constant load springs.
- the end of the movable part includes a first cable electrically connected to the display part, and the end of the fixed part is a second cable electrically connected to an external power source and / or signal supply source. It is preferable to provide. Cable extension / contraction adjustment by raising / lowering the height adjustment stand is performed by a wiring cable with a curved portion, so the first and second cables located outside the height adjustment stand can be extended / contracted by raising / lowering the height adjustment stand. Because it does not, the aesthetics are good without interfering with other equipment.
- the display device including the height adjustment stand according to the present invention has the following effects. (1) Since the wiring cable is provided inside the height adjustment stand, it is not necessary to dispose the cable outside the height adjustment stand, so that the height adjustment stand can be downsized. Further, there is no need for a separate part such as a cover for storing or concealing the wiring cable, which improves the aesthetic appearance. (2) When the height adjustment stand is moved up and down, the wiring cable follows by being pulled out or expanded / contracted by promoting the bending, and does not interfere with the display unit and the height adjustment stand, etc. The raising / lowering operation and operability of the stand are not hindered.

Abstract
