Abstract
一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件、背板及液晶显示装置,所述锁附件是由一长板形件加工而成,包括:凸台,以及凸台两侧弯折形成的延伸部(311);所述锁附件通过所述延伸部(311)固定到所述液晶显示装置的背板(100)上,所述凸台顶部(330)设置有用于将液晶显示装置锁附到壁挂上的锁附孔(341)。由于锁附件的结构简单,相对于螺柱来说,该锁附件不需要铣削等成本较高的加工方式,只需要简单的钣金加工,加工速度快、效率高,并且材料损耗较低,从而加工和材料成本上都要低于使用螺柱的方式。
Description
用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件、 背板及液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示装置领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种用于液晶显示装置 的壁挂锁附件、 背板及液晶显示装置。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置由于具有轻、 薄等特点, 越来越受到消费者的青睐, 由于液 晶显示装置比较薄, 在有的家装设计中不再需要液晶显示装置的摆放桌, 而是 直接将液晶显示装置固定到墙面上, 这样可大大增加房间的空间, 因而产生了 液晶显示装置的壁挂设计。
如图 1所示, 为了将液晶显示装置固定到墙面上, 在液晶显示装置的结构 设计中需要在其背板 100上铆接螺柱 200, 螺柱 200上设置有孔, 孔内设置有内 螺纹, 通过螺丝与螺纹的配合可将液晶显示装置固定到墙面。 而螺柱 200 的加 工是通过铣削加工出来的, 其加工成本较高。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低的用于液晶显示装置的壁挂 锁附件、 背板及液晶显示装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种用于液晶显示装置的壁 挂锁附件, 包括: 凸台, 以及凸台两侧弯折形成的延伸部; 所述锁附件通过所 述延伸部固定到所述液晶显示装置的背板上, 所述凸台顶部设置有用于将液晶 显示装置锁附到壁挂上的锁附孔。
优选的, 所述凸台包括: 两个侧壁以及将所述两个侧壁连接的顶部, 所述 凸台内部、 两个侧壁之间还设置有与所述顶部平行设置的至少一层加装层, 所 述加装层上也设置有锁附孔, 所述加装层上的锁附孔与所述凸台顶部的锁附孔 同轴设置。 通过加装层及其上的锁附孔增加顶部的锁附孔的延伸深度, 形成多
点支撑, 从而可以提供更为可靠的锁附支撑。
优选的, 所述加装层与所述凸台的顶部之间设置有间距, 所述加装层之间 也设置有间距。 利用间距提高锁附孔之间的距离, 进而使得整体的锁附孔的深 度得以提高, 提高锁附的可靠性。
优选的, 所述凸台内设置有一层加装层。 利用一层加装层形成两点支撑, 延伸锁附孔的深度, 形成可靠支撑。
优选的, 所述加装层是通过在所述两个侧壁上的一个进行沖压形成的, 所 述加装层的一端与所述侧壁连接。 利用侧壁的材料直接沖压形成一个加装层, 其结构筒单, 不需要另外增加材料也不需要增加固定加装层的结构。
优选的, 所述凸台内部、 两个侧壁之间设置有两层与所述顶部平行的加装 层, 所述两层加装层是通过在所述两个侧壁上进行沖压形成的, 所述两层加装 层分别与所述两个侧壁连接。 利用两个侧壁, 可以形成两层加装层, 可以形成 多点支撑, 提高锁附的可靠性。
优选的, 所述延伸部上设置有安装孔, 所述锁附件通过所述安装孔安装到 液晶显示装置的背板上。 螺柱铆接到背板的过程会影响到背板的加工时间, 进 而也提高了背板的加工成本, 通过延伸部的安装孔可以利用螺丝将锁附件安装 到背板上, 这样可以减少在背板上铆接锁附件的工艺, 提高背板的加工效率。
优选的, 所述锁附件是通过钣金工艺加工成形的。 钣金加工效率高, 加工 方式筒单, 成本低。
一种背板, 包括上述的锁附件。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括上述的背板。
本发明由于锁附件具有一凸台, 以及在凸台的两侧弯折形成延伸部, 其结 构筒单, 这样的结构可以使用加工效率高、 过程筒单的钣金工艺加工即可成型, 加工形成的凸台可以提供用于锁附到壁挂的结构, 而延伸部则可以直接固定到 液晶显示装置的背板上, 特别是对于板形件来说, 可以使用加工效率较高的钣 金工艺进行加工, 因此相对于螺柱来说, 该锁附件不需要铣削等成本较高的加
工方式, 只需要筒单的钣金加工, 加工速度快、 效率高, 并且材料损耗较低, 从而加工和材料成本上都要低于使用螺柱的方式。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 2所示为本发明所述的用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件的一个具体实 施例, 该锁附件是通过钣金加工成型的, 包括: 通过钣金加工成形的凸台, 以 及成形所述凸台后在所述凸台两侧形成的延伸部 311 ;所述锁附件通过所述延伸 部 311 固定到所述液晶显示装置的背板上, 所述凸台顶部设置有用于将液晶显 示装置锁附到壁挂上的锁附孔 331 ; 所述凸台包括: 两个侧壁 320以及将所述两 个侧壁连接的顶部 330,凸台的作用在于提高一个由背板延伸至液晶显示装置后 盖外的结构, 并固定到壁挂上, 由于液晶显示装置的背板一般是金属结构, 其 强度高于液晶显示装置的后盖, 因而需要将锁附件固定在背板上。
在凸台的内部、 两个侧壁 320之间还设置有与所述顶部 330平行设置的一 层加装层 340, 加装层 340上也设置有锁附孔 341 , 所述加装层 340上的锁附孔 341与所述凸台顶部 330的锁附孔 331 同轴设置。 这样, 加装层 340的锁附孔 341相当于是将凸台顶部 330的锁附孔 331的深度进行延伸,也相当于提供两点 支撑, 提高锁附件的锁附支撑可靠性。 在本实施例中, 加装层 340是通过在凸 台的一个侧壁 320上沖压形成的, 形成的侧壁 320—端依然连接在侧壁上, 这
样不需要增加其他材料, 也不需要另外设置加装层 340 的固定结构, 当然对于 另一侧的侧壁 320, 也可以再沖压出一层加装层, 如图 3所示, 通过对另一侧壁 320进行沖压得到另一加装层 350, 变成两层加装层, 这样可以提使得整体的锁 附孔的深度得到增加, 提高锁附件锁附到壁挂上的可靠性; 但是为了保证锁附 件的整体强度, 本实施例仅设置一层加装层 340。 当然, 加装层也可以通过另外 设置一个钣金件填充在凸台内部形成多层加装层, 这样既可以提高锁附孔的深 度, 又不会降低锁附件的结构刚度, 但这样的加工方式较为麻烦。
凸台顶部的锁附孔内设置有内螺纹, 锁附件可以直接用螺丝锁附到壁挂上。 通过抽芽加工形成, 而对于加装层来说, 也可以通过一次抽芽工序直接形成所 有加装层的锁附孔的内螺纹, 这样内螺纹的整体深度也得到提高, 从而提高锁 附件的锁附可靠性。
在锁附件的延伸部 311上设置有安装孔 310,锁附件通过安装孔 310固定到 液晶显示装置的背板上, 这样, 可以减少在背板上铆接锁附件的工艺, 提高背 板的加工效率。

1、 一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 包括: 凸台, 以及凸台两侧弯折 形成的延伸部; 所述锁附件通过所述延伸部固定到所述液晶显示装置的背板上 , 所述凸台顶部设置有用于将液晶显示装置锁附到壁挂上的锁附孔。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 凸台包括: 两个侧壁以及将所述两个侧壁连接的顶部, 所述凸台内部、 两个侧 壁之间还设置有与所述顶部平行设置的至少一层加装层, 所述加装层上也设置 有锁附孔, 所述加装层上的锁附孔与所述凸台顶部的锁附孔同轴设置。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 加装层与所述凸台的顶部之间设置有间距, 所述加装层之间也设置有间距。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 凸台内设置有一层加装层。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 加装层是通过在所述两个侧壁上的一个进行沖压形成的, 所述加装层的一端与 所述侧壁连接。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 凸台内部、 两个侧壁之间设置有两层与所述顶部平行的加装层, 所述两层加装 层是通过在所述两个侧壁上进行沖压形成的, 所述两层加装层分别与所述两个 侧壁连接。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 延伸部上设置有安装孔, 所述锁附件通过所述安装孔安装到液晶显示装置的背 板上。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 其中, 所述 锁附件是通过钣金工艺加工成形的。
9、 一种背板, 包括: 设置在背板上的用于液晶显示装置的壁挂锁附件, 所
述锁附件包括: 凸台, 以及凸台两侧弯折形成的延伸部; 所述锁附件通过所述 延伸部固定到所述液晶显示装置的背板上, 所述凸台顶部设置有用于将液晶显 示装置锁附到壁挂上的锁附孔。
10、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 背板以及设置在背板上的用于液晶显示装 置的壁挂锁附件, 所述锁附件包括: 凸台, 以及凸台两侧弯折形成的延伸部; 所述锁附件通过所述延伸部固定到所述液晶显示装置的背板上, 所述凸台顶部 设置有用于将液晶显示装置锁附到壁挂上的锁附孔。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸台包括: 两个 侧壁以及将所述两个侧壁连接的顶部, 所述凸台内部、 两个侧壁之间还设置有 与所述顶部平行设置的至少一层加装层, 所述加装层上也设置有锁附孔, 所述 加装层上的锁附孔与所述凸台顶部的锁附孔同轴设置。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述加装层与所述凸 台的顶部之间设置有间距, 所述加装层之间也设置有间距。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸台内设置有一 层加装层。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述加装层是通过在 所述两个侧壁上的一个进行沖压形成的, 所述加装层的一端与所述侧壁连接。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述凸台内部、 两个 侧壁之间设置有两层与所述顶部平行的加装层, 所述两层加装层是通过在所述 两个侧壁上进行沖压形成的, 所述两层加装层分别与所述两个侧壁连接。
16、 如权利要求 10所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述延伸部上设置有 安装孔, 所述锁附件通过所述安装孔安装到液晶显示装置的背板上。
