  • the valve 20 is made of any materials that can be easily expandable and elastic. In one embodiment, the valve 20 is made of silicone. Silicone valves will be easily drawn towards the through hole when the pressure inside the container body 10 decreases.

Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un système de récipient d'aliments, lequel système comprend un corps de récipient pour contenir des aliments stockés dans le système de récipient d'aliments, un couvercle ayant un creux dans lequel un évent est de plus défini dans le creux, et un dispositif de soupape configuré de façon à s'adapter à l'intérieur du creux définissant l'évent à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Le couvercle comprend un bord de couvercle incorporé dans un double joint d'étanchéité de couvercle pour produire un mécanisme de scellement hermétique pour un système de récipient d'aliments étanche vis-à-vis de l'air et étanche vis-à-vis des fuites. Le dispositif de soupape comprend une soupape de capot, une soupape de couvercle centrale définissant un trou traversant à travers celle-ci, disposée en dessous de la soupape de capot, une soupape disposée entre la soupape de capot et la soupape de couvercle centrale, la soupape recouvrant l'ouverture supérieure du trou traversant, une première membrane unidirectionnelle étant disposée de façon à reposer sur la soupape et en dessous de la soupape de capot ; et une seconde membrane unidirectionnelle étant disposée entre le dispositif de soupape et l'évent défini dans le creux. Quand le dispositif de soupape est adapté de façon fonctionnelle sur le creux, le trou traversant de la soupape de couvercle centrale du dispositif de soupape est configuré de façon à s'aligner avec l'évent défini dans le creux.
