Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un agencement de lubrification de palier de vilebrequin et, plus particulièrement, mais non exclusivement, sur un agencement de lubrification de palier de vilebrequin approprié pour être utilisé dans un moteur à combustion interne. L'agencement de lubrification de palier de vilebrequin comprend un vilebrequin ayant un passage d'écoulement intérieur qui le traverse et un passage d'écoulement s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur s'étendant entre le passage d'écoulement intérieur et une surface extérieure du vilebrequin, un carter destiné à recevoir une zone d'extrémité du vilebrequin, le carter comprenant une cavité de lubrifiant qui est en communication fluidique avec le passage d'écoulement intérieur dans le vilebrequin; et un palier de vilebrequin logé dans le carter pour recevoir intérieurement une zone d'extrémité du vilebrequin; le palier de vilebrequin comprenant une formation de douille ayant une surface intérieure qui, en utilisation, fait face à une surface extérieure du vilebrequin. L'agencement de lubrification de palier de vilebrequin est caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure hélicoïdale est ménagée dans la surface intérieure de la formation de douille ou dans la surface extérieure du vilebrequin.
