优选地, 遥控器上的控制按钮可以不设置在固定的位置, 增加了应用 和外观的灵活性, 避免了应用和外观设置上的限制。
对应于上述实施例介绍的遥控操作方法, 本实施例提供了一种遥控操 作装置, 该装置可以设置在遥控器侧, 用以实现上述实施例。 图 2是根据 本发明实施例的遥控操作装置的结构框图, 如图 2所示, 该装置包括: 搜 索模块 10、 控制信息获取模块 20和遥控模块 30。 下面对该结构进行详细 介绍。
搜索模块 10, 配置为搜索受控设备以及该受控设备中的应用软件; 控制信息获取模块 20, 连接至搜索模块 10, 配置为获取受控设备以及 应用软件的控制信息;
遥控模块 30, 连接至控制信息获取模块 20, 配置为接收用户的触发指 示, 确定与该触发指示相对应的控制信息; 其中, 上述触发指示配置为指 示对受控设备和 /或应用软件进行遥控; 根据上述控制信息对受控设备和 / 或应用软件执行遥控操作。
通过上述装置, 搜索模块 10搜索受控设备后, 控制信息获取模块 20 获取受控设备以及述受控设备中应用软件的控制信息, 然后遥控模块 30接 收用户的触发指示, 确定与该触发指示相对应的控制信息, 根据该控制信 息对受控设备和 /或应用软件执行遥控操作, 解决了相关技术中的万能遥控 器无法控制设备的应用软件的问题, 使得遥控器能自动搜索到设备, 在设 备和遥控器之间进行可控内容的交互并显示, 并且遥控器控制的最小单位 不仅仅局限于设备, 控制的范围涉及到设备中存在的各种应用软件, 提高 了遥控器的操作性能和适用范围, 提升了用户感受。
在本实施例中, 遥控操作装置进行遥控操作时, 使用了 DLNA 中的 UPnP协议, 从而实现了遥控器与设备、 设备中应用软件的控制信息的交互 及显示。
因此, 本实施例提供了一种优选结构, 即上述搜索模块 10, 还配置为 根据 DLNA中的 UPnP协议, 搜索受控设备。 上述控制信息获耳 4莫块 20, 还配置为根据 UPnP协议,获取受控设备以及受控设备中应用软件的控制信 息。 通过上述优选结构, 将遥控器的控制范围涉及到受控设备的各个应用 软件, 提高了遥控器的操作性能和适用范围, 提升了用户感受。
优选地, 在搜索到受控终端后, 将该受控终端以及其应用软件的控制 信息, 以树形的格式显示在显示屏上, 方便用户直观的进行遥控操作。 基 于此, 本实施例提供了一种优选结构, 如图 3 所示的遥控操作装置的具体 结构框图, 该装置除了包括上述图 2介绍的各个模块之外, 还包括: 显示 模块 40, 连接至遥控模块 30, 配置为将控制信息进行对应的按键布局, 并 将该按键显示在遥控器显示屏上。 优选地, 受控设备上的显示屏与遥控器 显示屏进行同步的按键显示。 遥控器上的控制按钮可以不设置在固定的位 置, 增加了应用和外观的灵活性, 避免了应用和外观设置上的限制。
上述方案中, 所述搜索模块 10、 控制信息获取模块 20、 遥控模块 30、 显示模块 40均可由遥控器中的中央处理器( CPU, Central Processing Unit )、 数字信号处理器(DSP, Digital Signal Processor )或可编程门阵列 (FPGA, Field Programmable Gate Array ) 实现。
受控设备以及应用软件的控制信息可以存储在遥控器的存储器中, 以 便后续使用。 如果用户不再使用某受控设备或者某应用软件, 也可将存储 的某受控设备或者某应用软件存储的控制信息删除, 以免浪费存储器空间。
在搜索到受控设备后, 如果遥控器存储器的数据库中没有该受控设备 的控制信息,可以通过 UPnP协议进行可控信息的交互。在接收到用户的触 发指示后, 如果没有与该触发指示相对应的控制信息, 可以即时获取该控 制信息, 从而为后续对受控设备和 /或应用软件进行遥控提供基础。
当受控设备首次与网络建立连接后, 使用动态主机配置协议 ( DHCP, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol )月良务, 使受控设备得到一个 IP地址, 之后遥控器对受控设备以及其应用软件进行遥控。 下面结合上述实施例介 绍的遥控操作装置, 对遥控器的工作流程进行介绍。
图 4是本发明实施例的遥控器的工作原理流程图, 如图 4所示, 该流 程包括以下步驟(步驟 S401-步驟 S405 ):
步驟 S401 : 遥控器的搜索模块通过 UPnP协议搜索受控设备以及受控 设备中的应用软件。
步驟 S402: 检查存储器中是否存在受控设备以及受控设备中的应用软 件的控制信息, 如果是, 则执行步驟 S403, 如果否, 则执行步驟 S404。
步驟 S403: 直接通过显示模块将整个控制信息显示在显示屏上, 然后, 执行步驟 S405。
步驟 S404: 通过控制信息获取模块获取到相应的控制信息, 将该控制 信息存储到存储器中,再将控制信息显示在显示屏上,然后,执行步驟 S405。
另外, 如果用户不再使用该受控设备或者受控设备中的应用软件, 也 可将存储的控制信息删除, 以免浪费存储器空间。
步驟 S405: 当用户在遥控器的触摸屏中触发某一事件后, 控制模块接 收到用户的触发指示后, 根据该触发指示对应的控制信息, 对受控设备和 / 或应用软件进行遥控操作。
从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明使遥控器能自动搜索到受控设备 以及受控设备中应用软件, 通过获取受控设备以及应用软件的控制信息, 实现了对受控设备和 /或应用软件的遥控。 从而使得遥控器的控制最小单位 不局限于受控设备, 而是受控设备内的任意应用软件,提高了遥控器的操作 性能和适用范围, 提升了用户感受。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并非配置为限定本发明的 保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和范围之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改 进等, 均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性
本发明实施例中, 搜索受控设备以及所述受控设备中的应用软件, 并 获取所述受控设备以及所述应用软件的控制信息; 接收用户的触发指示, 确定与所述触发指示相对应的控制信息; 其中, 所述触发指示用于指示对 所述受控设备和 /或所述应用软件进行遥控; 根据所述控制信息对所述受控 设备和 /或所述应用软件执行遥控操作, 从而实现了对受控设备和 /或应用软 件的遥控, 提高了遥控器的操作性能和适用范围, 提升了用户感受。

权利要求书
1、 一种遥控操作方法, 所述方法包括:
搜索受控设备以及所述受控设备中的应用软件, 并获取所述受控设备 以及所述应用软件的控制信息;
接收用户的触发指示, 确定与所述触发指示相对应的控制信息; 其中, 所述触发指示用于指示对所述受控设备和 /或所述应用软件进行遥控;
根据所述控制信息对所述受控设备和 /或所述应用软件执行遥控操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述搜索受控设备包括: 根据数字家庭网络联盟标准 DLNA中的通用即插即用 UPnP协议, 搜 索所述受控设备。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述获取所述受控设备以及所 述受控设备中应用软件的控制信息, 包括:
根据 UPnP协议,获取所述受控设备以及所述受控设备中应用软件的控 制信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述获取所述受控设备以及所 述受控设备中应用软件的控制信息之后, 所述方法还包括:
将所述控制信息进行对应的按键布局 , 并将所述按键显示在遥控器显 示屏上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述获取所述受控设备以及所 述受控设备中应用软件的控制信息之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述受控设备上的显示屏与所述遥控器显示屏进行同步的按键显示。
6、 一种遥控操作装置, 所述装置包括:
搜索模块, 配置为搜索受控设备以及所述受控设备中的应用软件; 控制信息获取模块, 配置为获取所述受控设备以及所述应用软件的控 制信息; 遥控模块, 配置为接收用户的触发指示, 确定与所述触发指示相对应 的控制信息; 其中, 所述触发指示用于指示对所述受控设备和 /或所述应用 软件进行遥控; 根据所述控制信息对所述受控设备和 /或所述应用软件执行 遥控操作。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中,
