[0002] 电子烟是一种模拟香烟, 利用电热丝加热雾化含香精的物质产生烟雾供使用者吸 烟。 存放电子烟的电子烟盒一般包括盒体以及放置在盒体内的可充电盒电池, 使用者不抽烟 时需要将电子烟存放在烟盒内并利用盒电池对电子烟进行充电, 以利于抽烟时电子烟有足够 电量供使用。 因此, 使用者需要随时了解盒电池的剩余电。 现有技术的电子烟盒是通过物理 按键, 即机械式按键来控制数码显示屏显示电子烟盒剩余电量。 然而, 物理按键与盒体之间 形成缝隙, 不能防尘防水; 而且物理按键具有限的使用寿命; 再者, 物理按键很容易被按压 到, 从而产生误操作。 因此需要提供一种能克服这些问题的电子烟烟盒。
发明内容

[0029] 请参照图 1, 图 4和图 7, 本发明创造提供一种电子烟盒 100, 其包括盒体 2, 以及 安装于盒体 2内的支架组件 3, 电池组件 (未图标), PCB组件 (未图标)。 该电子烟盒 100 还进一步包括触摸控制方式来实现预定的功能。 所述触摸控制方式包括于盒体 2外表面设置 的触摸区域 25 以及于盒体内设置触摸控制组件 10。 当所述触摸控制组件 10检测到手指滑 动触摸所述触摸区域 25时, 便控制实现预定的功能。 所述触摸控制组件 10包括触摸按键单 元; 所述触摸按键单元包括触摸感应元件 11 以及与之电连接的触摸检测控制电路 12; 所述 触摸按键感应元件 11感应到手指在触摸区域 25滑动, 产生相应的电信号变化。 所述触摸控 制组件 10 还包括预定功能单元, 所述预定功能单元包括控制功能启动电路和预定功能组 件。 当触摸检测控制电路检测到该触摸感应元件的电信号变化后便激发该控制功能启动电路 以启动预定功能组件, 从而实现通过触摸控制方式来实现预定的功能。 所述预定的功能包括 显示电池组件剩余电量比例。 当然, 所述预定的功能也可以设置为实现其它功能, 如播放音 乐或视频, 显示温度, 打开收音机等功能, 此时, 只要将相关的音乐、 视频、 温度、 收音机 等预定功能组件集成在电子烟盒 100 内, 并由该触摸控制组件 10对其进行激发控制便可实 现。 所述电池组件为盒电池和 /或烟杆电池。 所述 PCB组件可以仅为烟盒 PCB板, 将所有电 子电路或相关的功能模块均集成于所述烟盒 PCB板。 所述 PCB组件还可进一步包括为通过 触摸控制方式实现所述预定功能而另行设置独立的触摸 PCB板, 从而将触摸控制组件 10也 可进一步将为实现其它预具功能的预定功能组件集成于所述触摸 PCB 板。 这里所讲集成于 所述烟盒 PCB板或触摸 PCB板的方式, 包括直接将电路设计于 PCB板电子线路中, 或者 通过控制 IC或其它电子元件插接于 PCB板。 以下通过一具体本实施例关于以触摸控制方式 来实现显示盒电池剩余电量比例, 来阐述本发明如何通过触摸控制方式来实现预定的功能。 鉴于本实施例, 本领域技术人员通过合理的推断就可以实现通过触摸控制方式来达到其它预 定的功能。

[0032] 所述支架组件 3包括烟弹托盘 31, 烟弹支架 32以及底座 33。 其中烟弹托盘 31可由 硅胶材料制成的盘状, 用于卡持电子烟烟弹并保护烟弹 91, 其内设多个开孔 (未图标) 与 电子烟烟弹 91相适应, 开孔为不限于圆形。 烟弹支架 32包括多个平行的筒体 (未图标) 相 互并列连接, 筒体内腔与所述托盘 31开孔对应。 烟弹托盘 31盖设于烟弹支架 32上共同支 撑和容纳电子烟 9的烟弹部分 91 ; 其形状及高度与烟弹 91相应且与盒体 2形状相适应。 一 般而言, 电子烟烟弹 91为圆柱形, 烟盒为长方体, 相应地, 本实施例中所述烟弹托盘 31为 方形盘, 所述烟弹支架 32 整体呈长方体; 也可根据需要设计其它形状。 所述多个电子烟烟 弹 91分别从托盘 31 的圆形开孔插入烟弹支架 32的筒体中, 从而容置于盒盖 21及底盒 22 上部对应的内部空间。 而底座 33位于所述底盒 22内所述烟弹支架 32下方。 盒电池 4及烟 盒 PCB板 5分别固持于所述底座 33上, 且通过电池连接器 6将盒电池 4电连接于 PCB板 5。 底座 33内还限定一容置空间 (未图标), 当电子烟 9存放于烟盒 100中时, 电池杆 92插 入底座 33的该容置空间内。 电池杆 92也与烟盒 PCB板 5 电连接, 从而可利用盒电池对其 进行充电。

[0039] 本发明所述触摸按键单元可以设计为电阻式触摸开关或电容式感应开关, 即滑动式 按键和点触式按键。 人体是导电的, 而电容式感应开关的触摸感应元体 11 上方的电路能产 生分布均匀的静电场, 当我们的手指移到的触摸区域 25时, 触摸感应元体 11导体表面的电 容发生了改变, 触摸检测控制电路 12 依据这种电容的改变来做出判断, 实现预定的功能。 电容式按键使用起来非常方便, 触摸感应元体 11 (即, 感应电极或导体) 与人体手指之间 无论是隔着何种电介质 (可以是玻璃, 塑料, 石材, 陶瓷或木材等), 都可以反应出独立感 测区域的信号, 因此其灵敏度较高。 电阻式触摸开关的原理是通过用手指触摸两个不相通的 导体, 达到控制电路的通或断。 例如用金属点 A、 B制成双接点形式的触摸电极。 人手指未 触及电极 A和 B时, 不导通; 人手指同时触及电极 A和 B, 相当于接入一个等效电阻, 电 阻发生变化, 根据检测到的电阻变化来控制电路。
[0040] 本发明的较佳实施例中, 所述触摸按键单元使用电容式感应开关方案, 通过一个电 阻和感应电极的电容 CX 构成的阻容网络的充电 /放电时间来检测人体触摸所带来的电容变 化。 当手指触摸在盒体 2表面的触摸区域 25时, 人体电场、 触摸感应元体 11导体表面形成 一个耦合电容, 于是手指从接触点吸走一个很小的电流, 电流流经电极, 检测电路感应到其 中的变化, 从而激发显示单元显示电池电量。 请同时参照图 6所示的一具体实施电路图, 所 述触摸检测控制电路 12由处理单元 U1及电子线路构成, 触摸感应元体 11包括电容电极。 当手指接触触摸点时, 对应电容产生充放电, U1检测到该电容的电信号。 显示元件 LED灯 15是由另一处理单元 U2构成的电路控制。 而电池 P1 (盒电池 4) 引脚表示盒电池的检测电 路 (未图标), 其可集成于烟盒 PCB板 5或触摸 PCB板 8, 或者集成于 U1或 U2, 以用于 检测盒电池 4 的电量, 并将检测的电量信号传递给 U2, U2 激发对应盏数的 LED 灯珠发 光。

2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触摸控制组件包括触摸按键单元; 所述触摸 按键单元包括触摸感应元件以及与之电连接的触摸检测控制电路; 所述触摸按键感应元件感 应到手指在触摸区域触摸或滑动, 产生相应的电信号变化, 触摸检测控制电路检测到该电信 号变化后便控制实现预定功能。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中所述触摸按键单元为电阻式触摸开关或电容式感应 开关; 当为电容式感应开关时, 所述触摸感应元件为一触摸感应导体; 当人体手指移到触摸 感应导体的上方时, 触摸感应导体表面的电容发生了改变, 触摸检测控制电路依据这种电容 的改变来做出判断, 实现预定的功能; 当其为电阻式触摸开关时, 所述触摸感应元件包括至 少两个不相通的电阻, 通过用手指触摸导通电阻达到控制电路的通或断, 触摸检测控制电路 检测到电阻变化来做出判断, 实现预定的功能。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 与电阻式触摸开关或电容式感应开关相对应, 所 述触摸感应元件分别一组并排的导体或电阻, 其相互之间间断开; 当手指在触摸区滑动时, 触摸检测控制电路检测到所有电极或电阻均发生相应电容或电阻的变化后, 才控制实现预定 功能。
5. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体还设置显示区域; 所述触摸控制组件进 一步包括显示单元; 所述显示单元包括控制显示电路以及与之电连接的显示元件; 其中触摸 检测控制电路用于检测当手指在触摸区域触摸或滑动时触摸感应元件的电信号变化; 控制显 示电路控制显示元件进行信息显示; 当所述触摸检测控制电路检测到相应的电信号变化时便 激发控制显示电路启动显示元件显示预定的信息。

8. 如权利要求 2~7 中任一项所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触摸检测控制电路集成于所述
PCB组件; 所述控制显示电路集成于所述 PCB组件; 所述电池检测电路集成于所述 PCB组 件。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触摸感应元件安装于所述 PCB组件; 所述显 示元件安装于所述 PCB 组件; 所述电池组件为盒电池和 /或电子烟烟杆电池; 所述电池组件 通过电池连接器与 PCB组件电连接; 所述 PCB组件上设置一充电端口用于外部电源对电池 组件进行充电。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述 PCB组件包括盒 PCB板以及触摸 PCB板; 所述盒 PCB板和触摸 PCB板之间由一连接器来连接。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触摸感应元件和所述显示元件安装于所述 触摸 PCB板正面; 所述触摸检测控制电路集成于所述触摸 PCB板上的一控制 IC; 所述控制 IC安装于所述触摸 PCB板背面; 控制显示电路集成于所述控制 IC。
12. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟盒, 其中所述显示单元为一列 LED灯珠或者 LCD 屏, 由 LED灯珠或 LCD屏来表示剩余电量的比例。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的电子烟盒, 进一步包括一导光片套设于 LED灯珠外; 所述 LED灯 珠通过该导光片位于显示区域内或其后方。
14. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触摸区域及显示区域位于盒体侧壁; 相应 地, 所述触摸 PCB 板位于盒体内侧壁, 安装于其上的触摸感应元件以及显示元件分别与所 述触摸区域和显示区域位置对应; 所述支架组件包括托盘, 烟弹支架及底座; 所述托盘与烟 弹支架配合将电子烟烟弹支持容纳其内; 所述电池及 PCB组件由所述底座固定。
15. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述触摸控制组件还包括预定功能单元; 所述预 定功能单元包括控制功能启动电路和预定功能组件; 当触摸检测控制电路检测到所述触摸感 应元件的电信号变化后, 便激发所述控制功能启动电路以启动预定功能组件, 从而实现预定 的功能。
