一种充气帐篷管道支撑装置 技术领域
本发明属于户外运动设备领域,尤其是涉及一种充气帐篷管道支撑装 置。 背景技术
充气帐篷在帐篷行业中为新生产品, 并广泛的投入市场。 目前已经投 入市场的充气帐篷分为两种, 一是以 PVC加网布为主要材料, 利用高周波 热粘合技术制作的整体充气帐篷, 即整个帐篷的内腔全部由空气填充。二 是利用充气的充气管道作为帐篷支撑框架, 使帐篷成型。
第一种 PVC整体充气帐篷: 体积大, 重量大, 不方便收支且粘合点较 多造成漏气的隐患多,一旦一点漏气整个帐篷全部无法使用且修补更换困 难, 承压力小, 所以常配有持续气源, 长期充气。
第二种利用充气管道作为帐篷支撑的框架结构,由此结构制做的帐篷 重量更轻, 结构造型可变性大, 气密性好, 承压力强, 可适用于多种面料 的帐篷。此类帐篷用于支撑的充气管道又分为单层和双层两种。单层的一 般制作材质为 PVC, 这种管道同样有第一种帐篷的诸多缺点。 双层的外层 为编织物, 内部为气密性材料的管道, 如消防水管或牛津布包 PVC管。此 类管道自然形状多为直线形, 利用帐篷的面料将管道控制弯曲成圆弧型, 形成帐篷结构,此类帐篷的形状有诸多限制多为半圆型或圆顶帐篷,此类 管道的充、 放气嘴多为铜制细管形气嘴(同车胎用的打气嘴), 这种气嘴 缺点就是充放气速度慢, 违背了充气帐篷需要快速方便的收支特点。 因此 气嘴的口径对不同容积的气管也有相应的要求。此类较大型的帐篷会出现 较多的支撑气管, 支撑时需要分别对每个气管进行充气,排气时同样存在 此类问题。 发明内容
为了克服上述充气帐篷中支撑机构体积大, 重量大, 易漏气、 充放气 速度慢, 支撑气管充气排气过程繁瑣等缺陷,本发明提出一种充气帐篷管 道支撑装置。
其技术方案为,一种充气帐篷管道支撑装置, 包括多个固定在一起构 成帐篷框架的充气管道和将相邻充气管道连通起来的连接软管,所述连接 软管通过充气管道上的连接组件将相邻的充气管道连通。 本技术方案中, 所有的充气管道都通过连接软管进行了连通,对一个管道充气就可以完成 对所有管道的充气或排气, 可以迅速的将帐篷撑起, 简化了充气和排气的 步骤, 缩短了帐篷的充气和排气时间。
所述充气管道包括内胆, 包裹内胆的蒙皮, 固定在内胆上并穿过蒙皮 的气孔底座和螺纹气嘴, 所述螺纹气嘴固定在气孔底座上,将内胆与外界 连通。 本技术方案中, 蒙皮将内胆保护起来, 延长了内胆的使用寿命,增 强了支撑装置的机械强度, 使支撑装置更加牢固。
所述连接组件一端与连接软管连通,另一端通过螺纹扣与气孔底座连 通。 本技术方案中, 采用螺紋连接易于更换, 在一个位置出现损伤的时候 可以迅速更换维修。
在连接软管上还固定有阀门。通过阀门控制相邻两个充气管道的流通 通道,在一个充气管道出现泄露的时候, 关闭阀门不影响其他充气管道的 使用, 同时也方便了在充气完成后更换损坏的充气管道。
所述内胆为 TPU管道内胆, 由圆管形 TPU薄膜构成。所述蒙皮呈圓管 形, 由复膜 PE纺织布缝制而成, 其内侧设有拉链, 侧壁对应内胆气嘴底 座的位置缝制圓环固定片。 本技术方案中, 内胆为囷管型 TPU薄膜构成, 两端热粘合封死, 内胆放入蒙皮内,保证 TPU内胆无论在充气或无气状态 下都不会有位置偏移。 内胆根据帐篷大小, 压力要求, 长度、 厚度、 直径 可变。 蒙皮由复膜 PE纺织布缝制而成, 侧壁还缝制有固定气嘴底座的圆 环固定片, 使其方便内胆的放置和固定, 增强了本新型的机械强度, 在蒙 皮内侧设有拉链, 方便了内胆的安装和更换,且拉链在内侧不影响外部外 观和使用。 本发明可以实现充气帐篷的体积小、重量轻; 充气管道的造型多种多 样, 适用各种形状、 功能、 材质的帐篷。 内胆和蒙皮构成的强大的气密性 和承压力使帐篷更加稳固, 一次充气可长时间使用。 附图说明

参照图 1, 本发明的一种实施例。 一种充气帐篷管道支撑装置, 包括 多个固定在一起构成帐篷框架的充气管道 1和将相邻充气管道连通起来 的连接软管 2 , 所述连接软管通过充气管道上的连接组件 3将相邻的充气 管道连通。 结合图 2 , 所述充气管道包括内胆 11 , 包裹内胆的蒙皮 12, 固定在内胆上并穿过蒙皮的气孔底座 13和螺紋气嘴 14, 所述螺纹气嘴固 定在气孔底座上, 将内胆与外界连通。
参照图 3, 所述连接组件一端与连接软管连通, 另一端通过螺紋, 15 与气孔底座连通。在连接软管上还固定有阀门 4。所述内胆为 TPU管道内 胆, 由圆管形 TPU薄膜构成。 所述蒙皮呈圆管形, 由复膜 PE纺织布缝制 而成,其内侧设有拉链,侧壁对应内胆气嘴底座位置处缝制圆环固定片 5 ,, 本发明在使用的时候, 将充气管道与帐篷外皮 6安装到一起, 然后 将各个通气管道通过连接软管连接好, 完成帐篷的框架的拼接。 然后用 充气筒为其中一个充气管道的螺纹气嘴充气。 由于多个充气管道之间通 过连接软管连通到一起, 所以空气可以通过连接软管进入每一个充气管 道。 在各个充气管道都充满气体后, 帐篷就被支撑了起来。
本发明可以实现充气帐篷的体积小、重量轻; 充气管道的造型多种多 样, 适用各种形状、 功能、 材盾的帐篷。 内胆和蒙皮构成的强大的气密性 和承压力使帐篷更加稳固, 一次充气可长时间使用。 充气管道为 PE蒙皮 加 TPU内胆构成的内部结构,重量轻,体积小,总重约为 PVC管道的 1 /2。 使帐篷更加方便携带和存放。 利用复膜 PE编织布的蒙皮经纬拉力均匀, 受力变型小, 做出的管道在高压情况下不会发生变形, 变粗。 PVC管道采 用热粘合形状上受到很多的限制多为直线形或半圆形,且直径过小形状结 构复杂的全都无法加工。 而 PE蒙皮做的充气管道外皮则采用车缝工艺, 可以做出多种形状,且充气后可以很好的保持原有设计。适用更多种类不 同款式的帐篷。 PE蒙皮也可以根据帐篷的大小, 用料的轻重做出任意直 径的管道外皮, 保证帐篷框架的足够支撑力。
本新型通过充气管道中间的连接组件实现了一个进气口对整个支撑 装置进行充放气,提高了帐篷支撑与收起的方便性,解决了大型帐篷或气 管较多帐篷充气繁瑣的缺陷。通过连接软管中的阀门可以将各个充气管道 内胆分隔成独立的气室,保证一个管道出现漏气不会影响到整个帐篷的使 用,解决了充气帐篷一点漏气整体不能使用的缺点。在帐篷某部分出现漏 气时可以很方便的找到漏气点或漏气的充气管道并将其更换。每个连接软 管都通过螺丝扣与气孔底座连接, 可以方便的拆卸更换。 蒙皮设有拉链, 可以方便的更换内胆或对内胆进行修补,解决了整体充气帐篷漏气后无法 更换气管的问题。内胆采用 TPU材料, TPU内胆有很好的气密性和延展性, TPU内胆放入蒙皮后, 最大承受力可达到 1. 5Bar ,且可以保证不会出现漏 气。 内胆强大的承压力, 可以气管更硬, 承受力更强, 这样帐篷才能得到 最好的外型和抗风性能。而 TPU的延展性可以使管道形内胆适用各种形状 的蒙皮, 无论蒙皮如何改变形状, TPU内胆全部可以根据蒙皮自然变形。 用此类气管做成的充气帐篷实现了只通过充气无须外力作用帐篷可自然 支撑。

3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的充气帐篷管道支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件一端与连接软管连通, 另一端通过螺紋扣与气孔底座连通。
