实施方式二: 参照图 4、 图 5和图 6, 本一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 包括环状 件 1、 左封面 2 右封面 3和饮料颗粒 4, 其中: 环状件 1采用密度比水大的 材料制成, 且环状件 1于左、 右两侧面除下部外均具有一组互相独立的凹槽 11, 在一组互相独立的凹槽 11中, 各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开来, 各 个凹槽 11其槽口均向左或向右与外界连通; 由左封面 2粘贴在环状件 1的左 6 侧, 由此形成的腔室可放置入饮料颗粒 4, 再由右封面 3粘贴在环状件 1的右 侧, 将饮料颗粒封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒不能从袋里面逸出; 另外, 可以 通过调节环状件 1的密度或凹槽 11的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯 中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒的顶面刚好与水面平齐, 同样可实现本发明的 目的。
实施方式三: 参照图 7、 图 8和图 9, 本一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 包括环状 件 1、 左封面 2、 右封面 3和饮料颗粒 4, 其中: 环状件 1采用密度比水大的 材料制成, 由环状左件 la和环状右件 lb构成, 可由环状右件 lb与环状左件 la粘合而成为一体, 环状左件 la和环状右件 lb的侧面除下部外均具有一组 互相独立的凹槽 11, 在一组互相独立的凹槽 11中, 各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开来, 各个凹槽 11其槽口均向左或向右与外界连通; 由左封面 2和右 封面 3构成袋,:可在袋的腔室中放置入饮料颗粒 4, 然后将饮料颗粒 4封闭在 腔室中, 使饮料颗粒 4不能从袋里面逸出; 袋的四周边沿夹持在环状左件 la 和环状右件 lb的缝隙之间; 另外, 可以通过调节环状件 1 的密度或凹槽 11 的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒的顶 面刚好与水面平齐, 同样可实现本发明的目的。
实施方式四: 参照图 10、 图 11和图 12, 本一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 包括 8 个环状件 1、 左封面 2、 右封面 3和饮料颗粒 4, 其中: 环状件 1采用密度比 水大的材料制成, 且环状件 1于侧面具有一组互相独立的凹槽 11, 在一组互 相独立的凹槽 11中, 各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开来, 各个凹槽 11其 槽与外界连通; 由左封面 2和右封面 3构成袋, 可在袋的腔室中放置入饮料 颗粒 4, 然后将饮料颗粒 4封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒 4不能从袋里面逸出; 8个环状件 1分成两组, 分别粘贴在袋上部左右两侧的边沿处;
且在袋的下部左、 右两侧粘贴有不开有凹槽的环状件, 以增加下部的重量; 另外, 可以通过调节环状件 1的密度或凹槽 11的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同袋一 起浸泡在杯中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒的顶面刚好与水面平齐, 同样可实 现本发明的目的。
上述四个实施方式的包泡饮料颗粒虽以心形的形式列举, 显然, 将这些 包泡饮料颗粒制作成椭圆形、 圆形、 六角形、 星形、 四边形等等, 均同样也 可实现本发明的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求
- 1、 一种一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 其特征在于, 包括具有微细孔的且满足 食用卫生要求的材料制成的封面、 具有满足食用卫生要求且密度比水大的材 料制成的环状件, 环状件于左、 右侧面除下部外均具有凹槽, 凹槽通过其槽 口向左或向右与外界形成连通, 其中: 封面与环状件围成腔室, 于腔室中放 入有饮料颗粒, 且腔室构成封闭; 或者, 封面围成腔室, 于腔室中放入有饮 料颗粒, 且腔室构成封闭, 而环状件固定在封面边沿处。
2、 根据权利要求 1的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽具有若干个隔板, 隔板 可以将凹槽分隔成若干部分, 使各部分相互隔断, 互相独立。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 封面具有左封面和右封 面, 左、 右封面分别贴于环状件的左、 右面。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 封面具有左封面和右封 面, 左、 右封面贴合形成袋, 而环状件夹持或粘贴在袋的四周边沿处。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 环状件有若干个, 由若 干个环状件固定在袋的四周边沿处, 或者封面具有左封面和右封面, 左、 右 封面的边沿贴在若干个环状件的左、 右面。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的间 距以一次性包泡饮料颗粒置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
7、 根据权利要求 3的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的间距以 一次性包泡饮料颗粒置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
8、 根据权利要求 4的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的间距以 饮料颗粒连同包装物置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
9、 根据权利要求 5的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的间距以 饮料颗粒连同^ ^装物置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
10、 根据权利要求 7的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 环状件为心形, 环状件于 中心轴线上的最高部分处开有导流孔, 环状件的密度或缝隙的深度, 以一次 性包泡饮料颗粒浸泡在杯中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒的顶面刚好与水面平 齐为准。
