实施方式二: 参照图 4、 图 5和图 6, 本供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 包括环状件 1、 左封面 2、 右封面 3, 其中: 环状件 1采用密度比水大的材料 制成, 且环状件 1于左、 右两侧面的上部各具有一组互相独立的凹槽 11 , 在 一组互相独立的凹槽 11中, 各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开来, 各个凹槽 11其槽口均向左或向右与外界连通; 由左封面 2粘贴在环状件 1的左侧, 由 此形成的腔室可放置入饮料颗粒 4, 再由右封面 3粘贴在环状件 1的右侧, 将 饮料颗粒封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒不能从袋里面逸出; 另外, 可以通过调节 环状件 1的密度或凹槽 11的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯中水里, 包装物的顶面刚好与水面平齐, 同样可实现本实用新型的目的。 实施方式三: 参照图 7、 图 8和图 9, 本供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 包括环状件 1、 左封面 2、 右封面 3, 其中: 环状件 1采用密度比水大的材料 制成, 由环状左件 la和环状右件 lb构成, 可由环状右件 lb与环状左件 la 粘合而成为一体,环状左件 la和环状右件 lb的侧面上部各具有一组互相独立 的凹槽 11, 在一组互相独立的凹槽 11中, 各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开 来, 各个凹槽 11其槽口均向左或向右与外界连通; 由左封面 2和右封面 3构 成袋, 可在袋的腔室中放置入饮料颗粒 4, 然后将饮料颗粒 4封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒 4不能从袋里面逸出; 袋的四周边沿夹持在环状左件 la和环状右 件 lb的缝隙之间; 另外, 可以通过调节环状件 1的密度或凹槽 11的深度, 使 饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯中水里,袋的顶面刚好与水面平齐, 同样可实现 本实用新型的目的。
实施方式四: 参照图 10、 图 11和图 12, 本供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装 物, 包括 8个环状件 1、 左封面 2、 右封面 3, 其中: 环状件 1采用密度比水 大的材料制成, 且环状件 1于侧面具有一组互相独立的凹槽 11, 在一组互相 独立的凹槽 11中,各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开来, 各个凹槽 11其槽与 外界连通;由左封面 2和右封面 3构成袋,可在袋的腔室中放置入饮料颗粒 4, 然后将饮料颗粒 4封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒 4不能从袋里面逸出; 8个环状 件 1分成两组, 分别粘贴在袋上部左右两侧的边沿处; 且在袋的下部左、 右两 侧粘贴有不开有凹槽的环状件; 另外, 可以通过调节环状件 1 的密度或凹槽 11 的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯中水里, 袋的顶面刚好与水面平 齐, 同样可实现本实用新型的目的。
上述四个实施方式的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物虽以心形的形式列 举, 显然, 将这些包装物制作成椭圆形、 圆形、 六角形、 星形、 四边形等等, 均同样也可实现本实用新型的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 其特征在于, 包括具有微细孔的且 满足食用卫生要求的材料制成的封面、 具有满足食用卫生要求且密度比水 大的材料制成的环状件, 环状件于左、 右侧面除下部外均具有凹槽, 凹槽 通过其槽口向左或向右与外界形成连通, 其中: 封面与环状件围成腔室, 且腔室可构成封闭; 或者, 封面围成腔室, 且腔室可构成封闭, 而环状件 固定在封面边沿处。
2. 根据权利要求 1的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物,凹槽具有若干个隔板, 隔板可以将凹槽分隔成若干部分, 使各部分相互隔断, 互相独立。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 封面具有左封面 和右封面, 左、 右封面分别贴于环状件的左、 右面。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 封面具有左封面 和右封面, 左、 右封面贴合形成袋, 而环状件夹持或粘贴在袋的四周边沿 处。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物,环状件有若干个, 由若干个环状件固定在袋的四周边沿处, 或者封面具有左封面和右封面, 左、 右封面的边沿贴在若干个环状件的左、 右面。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝 隙的间距以饮料颗粒连同包装物置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
7. 根据权利要求 3的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的 间距以饮料颗粒连同包装物置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
8. 根据权利要求 4的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的 间距以饮料颗粒连同包装物置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
9. 根据权利要求 5的供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的 间距以饮料颗粒连同包装物置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
10. 根据权利要求 7供一次性饮料颗粒冲泡的包装物,环状件为心形,环状件 于中心轴线上的最高部分处开有导流孔, 环状件的密度或缝隙的深度, 以 饮料颗粒连同包装物一起浸泡在杯中水里, 包装物的顶面刚好与水面平齐 为准。
