[0031] 使用时, 把一次性包泡饮料颗粒放入杯中, 当注入开水时, 水柱将直接 冲泡着一次性包泡饮料颗粒的上封面,并进入包装物里面将饮料颗粒溶解,随后, 经下封面进入杯里, 接着, 水将凹槽覆盖并封闭成中空状态, 这样, 随着水的不 断注入, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒将悬浮在水中, 且其上、下封面均保持着与水平面 平行。
因此, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒始终能够接受水柱的直接冲泡, 并使注入的水 穿过包装物与饮料溶释物一起自上而下扩散到杯子的水中,从而获得浓度均匀的 饮料而无须搅拌。
实施方式二: 参照图 3和图 4, 本一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 包括环状件 1、 上 封面 2、 下封面 3和饮料颗粒 4, 其中: 环状件 1由环状上件 la和环状下件 lb 构成, 由环状下件 lb套合在环状上件 la而成为一体, 而环状下件 lb的底面具 有一组互相独立的凹槽 11, 各个凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔幵来, 各个凹槽 11 其槽口向下与外界连通; 由上封面 2和下封面 3构成袋, 可在袋的腔室中放置入 饮料颗粒 4, 然后将饮料颗粒封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒不能从袋里面逸出; 袋 的四周边沿被夹持在环状上件 la和环状下件 lb之间的缝隙中, 另外,可以通过 调节环状件 1的密度或凹槽 11的深度,使饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒的上封面刚好与水面平齐, 同样可实现本发明的目的。 实施方式三: 参照图 5和图 6, 本一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 包括环状件 1、 上 封面 2、 下封面 3和饮料颗粒 4, 其中: 环状件 1中间形成有叶片 13, 叶片 13 将环状件分隔成六个部分; 环状件 1于底面具有一组互相独立的凹槽 11, 各个 凹槽 11之间由隔板 12分隔开来, 各个凹槽 11其槽口向下与外界连通; 下封面 3粘贴于环状件 1的下部, 由此形成的六个独立腔室可以在其中放置入饮料颗粒 4, 然后再在环状件 1 的上部粘贴上上封面 2, 将饮料颗粒封闭在其腔室中, 使 饮料颗粒不能从包装物里面逸出; 另外, 可以通过调节环状件 1 的密度或凹槽 11 的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同包装物一起浸泡在杯中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒 的上封面刚好与水面平齐。

因此, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒始终能够接受水柱的直接冲泡, 并使注入的水穿 过包装物与饮料溶释物一起自上而下扩散到杯子的水中, 同时, 由于包装物的旋 转, 饮料溶释物以转动的、 自上而下的方式扩散到杯中水里各处, 从而获得浓度 均匀的饮料而无须搅拌。
实施方式四: 参照图 7和图 8, 本一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 包括六个环状件 1、 上封面 2、 下封面 3和饮料颗粒 4, 其中: 环状件 1的底面具有凹槽 11, 各个凹 槽 11其槽口与外界连通; 由上封面 2和下封面 3构成袋, 可在袋的腔室中放置 入饮料颗粒 4, 然后将饮料颗粒封闭在腔室中, 使饮料颗粒不能从袋里面逸出; 六个环状件 1粘贴在袋的四周边沿处, 另外, 可以通过调节环状件 1的密度或凹 槽 11的深度, 使饮料颗粒连同袋一起浸泡在杯中水里, 一次性包泡饮料颗粒的 上封面刚好与水面平齐。 同样可实现本发明的目的, 其他参见实施方式一。
上述四个实施方式的包泡饮料颗粒虽以圆形的形式列举, 显然, 将这些包泡 饮料颗粒制作成椭圆形、 心形、 六角形、 星形、 四边形等等, 均同样也可实现本 发明的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 其特征在于, 包括具有微细孔的且满足食用 卫生要求的材料制成的封面、具有满足食用卫生要求材料制成的环状件, 且环状 件中具有凹槽,凹槽通过其槽口与外界形成连通,其中:封面与环状件围成腔室, 于腔室中放入有饮料颗粒, 且腔室构成封闭; 或者, 封面围成腔室, 于腔室中放 入有饮料颗粒, 且腔室构成封闭, 而环状件固定在封面处。
2、 根据权利要求 1的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽具有若干个隔板, 隔板可 以将凹槽分隔成若干部分, 使各部分相互隔断, 互相独立。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 封面具有上封面和下封面, 上、 下封面分别贴于环状件的上、 下面。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 封面具有上封面和下封面, 上、 下封面贴合形成袋, 而环状件夹持或粘贴在袋的四周边沿处。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 环状件有若干个, 由若干 个环状件固定在袋的四周边沿处, 或者封面具有上封面和下封面, 上、下封面的 边沿贴在若干个环状件的上、 下面。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的间距 以一次性包泡饮料颗粒置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
7、 根据权利要求 3的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 凹槽为缝隙, 缝隙的间距以一 次性包泡饮料颗粒置于杯中水里, 水不能进入缝隙为准。
8、 根据权利要求 3的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 腔室被分隔成一个以上的独立 腔室, 饮料颗粒放置在这些独立腔室中。
9、 根据权利要求 3的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 于环状件的中间形成有叶片。
10、 根据权利要求 7的一次性包泡饮料颗粒, 于环状件的中间形成有叶片, 并由叶片将腔室被分隔成一个以上的独立腔室, 饮料颗粒放置在这些独立腔室 中。
