Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une membrane à base de nanofibres, comprenant les étapes suivantes : modification d'une poudre de cartilage d'animal produite au moyen d'un tissu de cartilage d'animal ; et production d'une membrane à base de nanofibres au moyen d'un procédé de filage électrostatique, après mélange de la poudre de cartilage d'animal modifiée et d'un alcool polyvinylique (PVAL), qui est un polymère de synthèse, à un taux approprié. Étant donné que la présente invention peut modifier la poudre de cartilage d'animal pour obtenir un matériau qui se dissout facilement dans une solution aqueuse neutre, telle qu'un milieu de culture ou une solution PBS, la présente invention est adéquate pour la préparation d'un article sous la forme d'un hydrogel ou d'un film ne pouvant pas être produit au moyen de la poudre de cartilage d'animal existante.
