1 ) 本发明的滴眼液点滴器采用挤压装置挤压弹性密封组件来压縮用来 储存滴眼液的空间, 从而使得滴眼液由所述眼液出口滴出, 方便适用;
2) 本发明的弹性压件密封插接在眼液储存器的内壁上, 压板挤压弹性压 件, 通过弹性压件的形变挤压滴眼液, 结构设计简单, 成本低;
3 ) 本发明在眼液储存器顶部设置限位块, 防止挤压装置脱出, 结构设计 可罪;
4) 本发明在眼液储存器下端设置撑眼部, 方便撑开眼睑, 从而保证滴眼 液顺利滴入眼睛, 使用方便, 避免浪费。

具体实施方式
图 1是本发明的滴眼液点滴器的结构图, 如图 1所示, 本发明的滴眼液点滴 器包括: 用来储存滴眼液 2的眼液储存器 1, 其顶部开口, 底部设置有眼液出口 10; 安装在眼液储存器 1 内的弹性密封组件 3, 与出口 10之间形成用来储存滴 眼液 2的空间; 安装在眼液储存器 1顶部的挤压装置 4, 用来挤压弹性密封组件 3, 以便压缩所述用来储存滴眼液 2 的空间, 使得滴眼液 2 由所述眼液出口 10 滴出。 在给液时, 通过挤压装置 4挤压弹性密封组件 3, 压缩储存滴眼液 2的空 间使滴眼液从眼液出口 10滴出,这样便实现了本发明滴眼液点滴器给液的过程。
其中, 眼液储存器 1内壁上设置有插槽 11。 本发明的弹性密封组件 3包括: 形成筒形的弹性压件 31, 其底部开口并密封插接在插槽 11内, 其顶部密封。
具体地, 如图 1所示, 本发明的眼液存储器 1的内壁上设置有一圈插槽 11。 本发明的眼液储存器 1整体为圆筒状, 包含上壳体 la和下壳体 lb, 下壳体 lb 的底部设置有眼液出口 10, 下壳体 lb的顶部形成内高外低的台阶状, 上壳体 la 的底部支撑在台阶的外部较低部分上, 并与下壳体固定连接, 上壳体 la与台阶 的内部较高部分之间留有间隙形成上述的插槽 11。 弹性压件 31为筒形, 其底部 开口并密封插接固定在插槽 11内, 其顶部密封, 所述储存滴眼液 2的空间由弹 性压件 31、 下壳体 lb内壁至眼液出口 10环绕形成。
本发明中,在眼液储存器 1内壁上位于弹性密封组件 3上方固定设有向内延 伸的挡板 13, 其上设置有通孔 13a, 该挡板 13配合挤压装置 4工作; 挤压装置 4包括: 封盖在眼液储存器 1顶部开口上的盖板 41 ; 一端穿过挡板通孔 13a, 另 一端与盖板 41固定连接的压杆 42; 套装在压杆 42上位于盖板 41与挡板 13之 间的弹簧 43 ; 与压杆 42向下伸出通孔 13a的一端嵌接的压板 44, 用于挤压所述 弹性压件 31。
具体地, 如图 1所示, 挡板 13固定在眼液储存器 1内壁上位于弹性密封组 件 3上方, 挡板 13将眼液储存器 1的内部分成上、 下两个相互隔离的空间。 在 眼液储存器 1顶部开口固定设置有限位环块 12,限位环块 12有向内延伸的挡部, 盖板 41封盖在顶部开口上并位于限位环块 12挡部的下方, 压杆 42的一端向下 伸出通孔 13a并嵌接压板 44, 压杆 42的另一端与盖板 41的底部固定连接, 弹 簧 43套装在压杆 42上位于盖板 41与挡板 13之间,弹簧 43的直径大于通孔 13a 的直径。 如图 2所示, 当下压盖板 41时, 压杆 42随着盖板 41的下移而下移, 弹簧 43在盖板 41和挡板 13的作用下压缩,当压杆 42向下移动到其底部的压板 44与弹性压件 31的顶部接触时, 便会挤压由可形变材料制成的弹性压件 31 ,弹 性压件 31受到压板 44的向下挤压发生形变, 从而压缩贮存滴眼液 2的空间,使 得滴眼液 2由眼液出口 10滴出。
为了方便滴眼液的滴出, 本发明的弹性压件 31的中部具有缩颈部, 使得弹 性压件 31形成上端为挤压部下端为支撑部的葫芦形结构。 如图 2所示, 当压板 44与弹性压件 31的顶部接触时, 便会挤压弹性压件 31 , 弹性压件 31的上端挤 压部被压扁发生形变, 从而压缩贮存滴眼液 2的空间, 使得滴眼液 2由眼液出口 10滴出。
松开盖板 41 , 盖板 41在弹簧 43的作用下向上移动, 同时带动压杆 42和压 板 44向上移动, 压板 44对弹性压件 31的挤压作用逐渐解除, 弹性压件 31的挤 压部逐渐恢复至图 1所示的状态, 这样便完成了一次滴眼液的过程。
当盖板 41 向上移动至与限位环块 12的挡部接触时便停止向上移动, 盖板 41回位到原来的位置。
为了滴眼液点滴器的美观, 可以将盖板 41的中央设计成向上凸起的形状, 使得盖板 41中央的顶部与限位环块 12的顶部平齐, 盖板 41的下部边缘位于限 位环块 12挡部的下方, 在盖板 41回位过程中起限位作用。
其中, 如图 1所示, 弹性压件 31与眼液存储器 1下壳体 lb内壁至眼液出口 10之间形成用来储存滴眼液 2的空间, 眼液出口 10与眼液存储器 1下壳体 lb 为一体的, 其既为生产时滴眼液 2的注入口, 也为使用时滴眼液 2的挤出口。 为 方便加工和滴眼液 2的灌注, 眼液出口 10的孔径可适当放大, 此时另外配备一 出液塞 20, 参见图 3所示, 出液塞 20具有利于滴眼液 20挤出的内通孔, 其外 部紧密配合套装在眼液出口 10内; 灌注滴眼液 2时, 取下出液塞 20以保证灌注 顺利, 灌注完成后, 则将出液塞 20套入眼液出口 10内。 眼液出口 10外壁上可 以通过螺纹连接瓶盖 5,在无需使用滴眼液时,可以将瓶盖 5封盖在眼液出口 10 上, 防止滴眼液流出或者滴眼液受到污染。
眼液储存器 1的下壳体 lb最下端为撑眼部 14, 撑眼部 14呈向开口敞幵的 喇叭状, 并且在该喇叭状的下壳体 lb侧壁上设置有一个或多个透气孔 lc; 眼液 出口 10位于喇叭状撑眼部 14的中心,并且眼液出口 10位于撑眼部 14底部的上 方, 使得当将撑眼部 14放置在眼睑处时, 眼液出口 10不会接触到人眼睛, 从而 防止眼液出口 10对人眼睛造成伤害或者对眼液储存器 1内的滴眼液造成污染。 将撑眼部 14放置在眼睑处时稍稍用力下压便可以将眼睑撑开, 以帮助滴眼液顺 利地滴进眼睛。
本发明中,所述眼液储存器 1的上壳体 la及其向内延伸有挡板 13为一体成 型或分件组装, 包括眼液出口 10、 撑眼部 14和透气孔 lc的所述眼液储存器 1 的下壳体 lb—体成型; 上壳体 la和下壳体 lb为一体成型或分件组装。 除弹性 压件 31需使用可形变材料(如 PE、 医用橡胶)制成外, 其它部件均可使用普通 材料 (如 PC) 制成, 与滴眼液 2直接接触的弹性压件 31、 下壳体 lb以及密封 材料均使用医用级材料。
工业应用性
本发明的滴眼液点滴器将挤压装置和弹性密封组件分置于眼液储存器中两 个分隔的空间,保证了滴眼液所在空间尽可简洁以减少部件对滴眼液的污染, 设 计巧妙并利于加工, 适于工业应用。
尽管本文对本发明作了详细说明, 但本发明不限于此,本技术领域的技术人 员可以根据本发明的原理进行修改, 因此,凡按照本发明的原理进行的各种修改 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 包括- 用来储存滴眼液 (2) 的眼液储存器 (1), 其顶部开口, 底部设置有眼液出 口 (10);
安装在眼液储存器内 (1) 的弹性密封组件 (3), 与所述眼液出口 (10) 之 间形成用来储存滴眼液 (2) 的空间;
安装在眼液储存器(1)顶部的挤压装置(4), 用来挤压弹性密封组件(3), 以便压縮所述用来储存滴眼液(2)的空间,使得滴眼液(2)由所述眼液出口( 10) 滴出。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼液储存器 (1) 内壁上设置有插槽(11);所述弹性密封组件(3)包括:形成筒形的弹性压件(31), 其底部开口并密封插接在所述插槽 (11) 内, 其顶部密封。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于,
固定在所述眼液储存器(1) 内壁上位于所述弹性密封组件(3)上方设有挡 板 (13), 其上设置有通孔 (13a); 所述挤压装置 (4) 包括:
位于所述眼液储存器 (1) 顶部开口处的盖板 (41);
一端向下伸出所述通孔(13a), 另一端与盖板(41) 固定连接的压杆(42); 套装在压杆 (42) 上位于盖板 (41) 与挡板 (13) 之间的弹簧 (43); 弹簧 (43) 直径大于所述通孔 (13a) 的直径。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述挤压装置(4)还 包括嵌装在所述压杆 (42) 伸出通孔 (13a) —端位于所述挡板 (13) 下方用来 挤压所述弹性压件(31 )的压板(44),所述压板(44)的水平尺寸大于通孔( 13a) 的直径。
5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼液储存器 (1)顶部固定设置有限位环块 (12), 所述盖板 (41)位于限位环块(12) 的限 位挡部下方。
6、 如权利要求 1-5任一所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼液储存 器 (1) 下端设置有喇叭状撑眼部 (14), 所述眼液出口 (10) 位于撑眼部 (14) 底部的上方。
7、 如权利要求 1至 6任一所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 还包括用来 封盖在所述眼液出口 (10) 上的瓶盖 (5)。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼液储存器 (1) 下端的侧壁上设置有透气孔 (lc)。
9、 如权利要求 2至 8任一所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性压 件(31)的中部具有縮颈部, 使得所述弹性压件形成上端为挤压部下端为支撑部 的葫芦形结构。
10、如权利要求 1至 9任一所述的滴眼液点滴器,其特征在于,眼液出口( 10) 内套装一出液塞 (20)。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼液储存器 (1) 包含上壳体 (la) 和下壳体 (lb), 下壳体 (lb) 的顶部设内高外低的台阶, 上 壳体 (la) 的底部支撑在台阶上与下壳体 (lb) 固定连接, 上壳体 (la) 与下壳 体 (lb) 台阶的较高部分之间留有间隙形成插槽 (11); 所述弹性密封组件 (3) 为筒形弹性压件(31), 其顶部密封, 底部开口并密封插接固定在插槽(11) 内。
12、如权利要求 11所述的滴眼液点滴器,其特征在于,所述储存滴眼液(2) 的空间由弹性压件 (31)、 下壳体 (lb) 内壁至眼液出口 (10) 环绕形成。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性压件 (31)的中部具有缩颈部, 使得所述弹性压件形成上端为挤压部下端为支撑部的 葫芦形结构。
14、 如权利要求 11或 12或 Π所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述下 壳体(lb)底端为呈喇叭状的撑眼部(14), 所述眼液出口(10)位于撑眼部(14) 底部的上方。
15、 如权利要求 11或 12或 13或 14所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所 述眼液储存器(1)上壳体(la)内壁向内延伸有挡板(13),其上设置有通孔(13a); 所述挤压装置 (4) 包括- 盖板 (41), 位于所述眼液储存器 (1) 顶部开口处;
压杆 (42), 一端向下伸出所述通孔 (13a), 上端与盖板 (41) 固定连接; 弹簧 (43), 套装在压杆 (42) 上位于盖板 (41) 与挡板 (13) 之间, 弹簧 (43) 直径大于所述通孔 (13a) 的直径;
压板 (44), 嵌装连接于压杆 (42) 的下端, 位于所述挡板 (13) 下方, 所 述压板 (44) 的水平尺寸大于通孔 (13a) 的直径。
16、如权利要求 15所述的滴眼液点滴器,其特征在于,所述眼液储存器(1) 顶部固定设置有限位环块 (12), 所述盖板 (41 ) 位于限位环块 (12) 的限位挡 部下方。
17、 如权利要求 14或 15或 16所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼 液储存器 (1 ) 下端撑眼部 (14) 的侧壁上设置有透气孔 (lc)。
18、 如权利要求 11至 17任一所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 眼液出口 ( 10) 内套装一出液塞 (20)。
19、 如权利要求 11至 18任一所述的滴眼液点滴器, 其特征在于, 所述眼液 储存器(1 ) 的上壳体(la)及其向内延伸有挡板(13 ) 为一体成型或分件组装, 包括眼液出口 (10)、 撑眼部 (14) 和透气孔 (lc) 的所述眼液储存器 (1 ) 的下 壳体 (lb) —体成型; 上壳体 (la) 和下壳体 (lb) 为一体成型或分件组装。
