针对传统洗衣机的不足, 现有技术中出现了一种采用聚合物材料特殊制作的固 体颗粒作为洗涤介质的洗涤方法, 通过固体颗粒和衣服之间的摩擦, 吸附并吸收衣 服上的污垢, 从而实现洗涤的功能。 该洗涤方法能节水 80%以上, 另外, 该固体颗粒 洗涤介质可以回收再利用, 使用寿命长, 无需更换, 安全环保。
采用该颗粒洗涤方法的滚筒洗衣机, 在洗衣机设置有颗粒的储料箱, 在洗涤前, 将颗粒从储料箱中投放至洗涤筒内, 在洗涤结束后, 洗涤过程中使其与衣物完全接 触, 在洗涤完毕后, 需要很长的时间将衣物与颗粒分离, 再将颗粒完全回收到储料 箱内。
颗粒与衣物的分离回收是一个很难实现的过程, 在现有技术中, 普遍采用的结 构是在洗衣机的外筒上开有出料孔, 出料孔与储料箱连通, 在颗粒回收时, 需要高 速旋转内筒, 利用离心力将颗粒从出料孔中甩至储料箱内, 这不仅需要花费大量的 时间, 而且由于衣物的包裹缠绕几乎难以实现颗粒百分百的分离, 且如要对颗粒进 行脱水, 还需要再次投放颗粒和回收颗粒, 程序极为复杂。 另外, 这种方法因为需 要一个颗粒的回收储存装置, 进而增加了洗衣机的整体尺寸与重量。
发明内容

在外筒 2的上部设置有进水口 5, 用于洗涤和漂洗过程的进水, 洗涤水穿过透水 孔进入内筒 3内参与洗涤, 在外筒 2的下部设置有排水口 6, 用于脱水后的排水。
如图 1和图 2所示, 在内筒 3的筒壁上设置有若干个凸起 7, 凸起 7由作为洗涤介质 的聚合物吸附材料制成, 凸起 7可以是空心结构, 也可以是实心的结构。 凸起 7设置 在内筒 3的内壁上, 为了增加凸起 7与洗涤水的接触面积, 进而增加吸附性能, 在内 筒 3的外壁上也可以设置若干凸起 7。

在脱水过程中, 内筒 3高速旋转, 依靠高速离心力将附着在内筒 3筒壁和凸起 7的 污垢随着洗涤水一起排出洗衣机外, 以此实现构成内筒 3和凸起 7的聚合物材料吸附 能力的再生, 再生过程简单方便。
该种结构的洗衣机与普通洗衣机的洗涤过程相同。
