Abstract

Das Spindelrotorpaar des Spindelverdichters hat einen 2-zähnigen Spindelrotor (2) und einen verzahnungsmäßig berührungsfrei eingreifenden 3-zähnigen Spindelrotor (3). Der Umschlingungswinkel bezogen auf den 2-zähnigen Spindelrotor ist mindestens 800 Winkelgrad. Als mittlere Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Rotorkopfes wird ein Bereich von mindestens 30 m/sec erreicht. Beide Spindeiro Rotorkopftore weisen im Stirnschnitt Kreisbogen-Abschnitte (36.K und 36.F, sowie 37.K und 37.F) und zykloidenförmige Profilkonturflanken (38 und 39) auf, die bei dem 2-zähnigen Spindelrotor (2) vorwiegend oberhalb seines Verzahnungs-Wälzkreises (6) und konvex gestaltet sind und beim 3-zähnigen Spindelrotor (3) vorwiegend unterhalb seines Verzahnungs-Wälzkreises (7) und konkav, also hohl, ausgeführt sind. Die Stirnschnitte jedes Spindelrotors sind vorzugsweise symmetrisch gestaltet, so dass in jedem Stirnschnitt der Profil-Flächenschwerpunkt auf den jeweiligen Rotor-Drehpunkt (M.2 bzw. M.3) zu liegen kommt.
