흐르는 기체나 유체의 방향에 영향을 받지 않고 회전 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 수직축 유체 발전 시스템의 로터 구조체에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 회전체와 플라이휘 외면에 복수 개의 대소블레이드를 구비하여서 발전효율이 향상되도록 한 풍력 발전 시스템의 로터 구조체에 관한 것이다.
