Abstract

儿童推车
技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童推车。
背景技术
儿童推车的主体一般包括车架、安装在车架上的座位以及安装在车架底部的车轮,车架则主要包括推杆、前轮支架、后轮支架。为使用方便,目前已有推杆可换向的儿童推车。
如实用新型专利ZL 99226992.X公开的童车,其包前腿、前轮、后轮、后轮、推杆,前腿的上部连接一连接件,后腿的上部也与该连接件相连接,推杆的下部与该连接件相活动连接。推杆通过相对连接件的转动来实现前、后换向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能换向推的儿童推车。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种儿童推车,包括车架、设置于车架上的座位、设置于车架底部的前轮和后轮,车架包括推杆、上部可转动地连接于推杆且下端安装前轮的前轮支架、下端安装后轮的后轮支架、前部连接于前轮支架后部与后轮支架相转动连接的座垫杆,座位位于座垫杆的上方。推杆上设置有一可沿推杆滑动的滑动件,滑动件与后轮支架可转动地相连接。推杆具有第一工作位置和第二工作位置,通过推杆相对前轮支架的转动使得推杆可从第一工作位置转换到第二工作位置,反之亦然,并且,在第一工作位置下,推杆的上部位于座位的后上方,在第二工作位置下,推杆的上部位于座位的前上方。在正向推车时,将推杆的上部定位于座位的后上方,需要反向推车时,将推杆相对前轮支架转动,推杆上的滑动件在后轮支架的牵拉下移动,同时,后轮支架也在滑动件的牵拉下相对座垫杆转动,直至推杆转动到第二工作位置并将推杆定位,即可。
进一步地,滑动件最好位于推杆的与前轮支架连接的位置的上方,在推杆从第一工作位置向第二工作位置变化时,滑动件沿推杆向下滑移。
进一步地,滑动件可以是套设在推杆上的滑套。
进一步地,滑动件与后轮支架可以通过一第一转轴相转动连接,前轮支架与推杆通可以过一第二转轴相转动连接,第一转轴的轴线与第二转轴的轴线相平行。
更进一步地,座垫杆与后轮支架通过一第三转轴相转动连接,第三转轴的轴线与第一转轴的轴线相平行。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有下列优点:采用了另一种构思的技术方案,通过推杆相对前轮支架转动、滑动件在推杆转动的同时相对推杆移动、后轮支架随之转动,使得推杆在车架展开时可以改变位置,从而使推车可以换向推,以上所述的这种结构整体构造简单,且没有部件对车架的折叠构成阻碍。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对根据本发明的优选实施例的儿童推车进行描述。
实施例1见图1-2所示,图中示意性的显示一种单向折叠的儿童推车的结构,该儿童推车包括车架、设置于车架上的座位、位于车架底部的前轮8和后轮9。车架包括推杆1、上部可转动地连接于推杆1且下端连接前轮8的前轮支架2、下端连接后轮9的后轮支架3、前部连接于前轮支架2且后部与后轮支架3相转动连接的座垫杆6,座位即位于座垫杆6的上方,由于本领域技术人员早已熟知座位的构造和安装方式,因而,未在附图中显示出座位。
如图1和图2所示的那样,通常,座垫杆6上还连接一靠背杆7,座位即由座垫杆6和靠背杆7支撑。
由于推杆1相对前轮支架2的转动,使得推杆1具有第一工作位置和第二工作位置并可在两个工作位置之间相互转换。第一工作位置如图1所示,推杆1的上部位于座位的后上方,第二工作位置如图2所示,推杆1的上部位于座位的前上方。此处及本文其它各处所指的“前”、“后”是根据使用者的习惯来定义的,图1中的左侧即为前侧,右侧即为后侧。
推杆1上可沿推杆1滑动地设置有一滑动件,该滑动件与后轮支架3相转动连接。在图1和图2所示的优选实施例中,滑动件为滑套4,该滑套4套设在推杆1上,且滑套4位于推杆1的与前轮支架2连接的位置的上方。
理想地,滑套4与后轮支架3通过第一转轴5相转动连接,前轮支架2与推杆1通过第二转轴10相转动连接,第一转轴5的轴线与第二转轴10的轴线相平行。
进一步地,座垫杆6与后轮支架3通过第三转轴11相转动连接,第三转轴11的轴线与第一转轴5的轴线相平行。
在一般状况下,推杆1处于图1所示的第一工作位置,换向后推杆1可以变换到图2所示的第二工作位置,换向方法为:将推杆1沿图1中的箭头A所示的方向相对前轮支架2转动,通过滑套4的带动,后轮支架3相对座垫杆6沿图1中的箭头C所示的方向转动,同时,滑套4会沿图1中的箭头B所示的方向相对推杆1移动。当推杆2换向后,如图2所示,后轮支架3也转动到一合适的位置,使得反向推的推车平衡性得以保持,且外形也漂亮。
为便于折叠该推车,座垫杆6的前部与前轮支架2也可以采用可转动的连接,但是在推杆1换向的过程中座垫杆6与前轮支架2之间最好应相对不动。
为使车架在展开时(无论推杆1正向或反向)结构稳定,最好应通过一锁定机构来将车架锁定,该锁定机构可以跟滑套4或其它杆件连接位置相关联,本领域技术人员早已熟知多种锁定机构的结构设计及操作方式,因而在此不再采用附图作进一步的详细介绍。
图3-4反映了根据本发明的实施例2,实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:该推车是双向折叠的,在车架的底部设置有X形的底撑架12,该底撑架12由两根相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的连杆构成,每根连杆的两端分别对应地连接到位于相反侧的前轮支架2和后轮支架3上,在折叠推车时,底撑架12也会收拢。该实施例中的推杆1的换向方式直接参照实施例1中介绍的换向方式。
以上对本发明的特定实施例结合图示进行了说明,很明显,在不离开本发明的范围和精神的基础上,可以对现有技术和工艺进行很多修改。在本发明的所属技术领域中,只要掌握通常知识,就可以在本发明的技术要旨范围内,进行多种多样的变更。

Claims (5)

1. 一种儿童推车,包括车架、设置于车架上的座位、设置于车架底部的前轮和后轮,所述车架包括推杆、上部可转动地连接于推杆且下端安装前轮的前轮支架、下端安装后轮的后轮支架、前部连接于前轮支架且后部与后轮支架相转动连接的座垫杆,所述座位安置于座垫杆的上方,其特征在于:所述推杆上设置有一可沿推杆滑动的滑动件,所述滑动件与后轮支架可转动地相连接,所述推杆具有第一工作位置和第二工作位置,推杆通过相对前轮支架的转动可在第一工作位置和第二工作位置之间相互变换,在第一工作位置下,所述推杆的上部位于座位的后侧上方,在第二工作位置下,所述推杆的上部位于座位的前侧上方。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:滑动件位于推杆的与前轮支架的连接位置的上方。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:滑动件为套设在推杆上的滑套。
4. 根据权利要求1-3之一所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:滑动件与后轮支架通过一第一转轴相转动连接,前轮支架与推杆通过一第二转轴相转动连接,第一转轴的轴线与第二转轴的轴线相平行。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:座垫杆与后轮支架通过一第三转轴相转动连接,第三转轴的轴线与第一转轴的轴线相平行。
