技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童推车的座兜。
背景技术
现有技术中,儿童推车的座兜通常可以转为躺姿状态,以方便在使用中根据儿童的使用需要供儿童躺卧。如中国专利CN201626463公开的一种童车上的座兜,它包括座兜框架、设置在座兜框架上的座位和软性靠背,座位前端部活动连接于座兜框架两侧的支撑杆上,通过座位相对支撑杆转动和滑动,调节靠背与座位之间的夹角。上述结构的缺点是当其由坐姿转换为躺姿时,座位角度改变但前后未变,躺姿时的舒适性差,且安装到推车上时,躺姿的稳定性差。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种儿童推车的座兜,其可具有坐姿状态和躺姿状态,且安装到推车上后稳定性高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种儿童推车的座兜,包括具有多个状态的座兜架以及用于将所述座兜架锁定在不同状态的锁定机构,所述座兜架包括两个侧扶手以及依次相接的座位板、导向机构以及靠背板,所述导向机构可相对所述座位板转动,两个侧扶手位于所述座位板的左右两侧且各侧扶手上均开设有一弧形的导槽,所述导槽的圆心角大于90度,所述导向机构的部分插入所述导槽内并可相对导槽滑动。所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部分别可沿前后方向滑动地连接于侧扶手。靠背板的对着座位板的表面大致处于一第一平面,座位板的对着靠背板的表面大致处于第二平面。所述座兜架的多个状态包括坐姿状态和躺姿状态,当座兜架由坐姿状态转换为躺姿状态时,所述靠背板带动导向机构沿导槽滑动以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动,第一平面与第二平面之间构成的夹角增大。

1、一种儿童推车的座兜,包括具有多个状态的座兜架以及用于将所述座兜架锁定在不同状态的锁定机构,其特征在于:所述座兜架包括两个侧扶手以及依次相接的座位板、导向机构以及靠背板,所述导向机构可相对所述座位板转动,所述两个侧扶手位于所述座位板的左右两侧且各侧扶手上均开设有一弧形的导槽,所述导槽的圆心角大于90度,所述导向机构的部分插入所述导槽内并可沿导槽滑动,所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部分别可沿前后方向滑动地连接于侧扶手,所述靠背板的对着座位板的表面大致处于一第一平面,所述座位板的对着靠背板的表面大致处于第二平面,所述座兜架的多个状态包括坐姿状态和躺姿状态,当座兜架由坐姿状态转换为躺姿状态时,所述靠背板带动导向机构沿导槽滑动以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动,第一平面与第二平面之间构成的夹角增大。
2、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述导向机构包括相转动连接的导向板和连接机构,所述导向板固定连接于靠背板,所述导向板的左侧部和右侧部分别插入导槽内并可沿导槽滑动,所述连接机构转动地连接于座位板且可展开或伸长和折叠或收缩以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动。
3、根据权利要求2所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括两个分别转动连接于座位板、导向板的连接板,两个所述的连接板相转动连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述座兜架还具有折叠状态,当所述座兜架由坐姿状态转换为折叠状态时,两个连接板相向靠拢,所述座位板沿滑槽向后滑动,所述靠背板叠合于座位板的上方。
5、根据权利要求4所述的座兜,其特征在于:当座兜架处于折叠状态时,所述座位板的后部位于所述靠背板的后方。
6、根据权利要求2所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述导向板呈弧形,所述导向板的曲率半径与所述导槽的曲率半径相等,所述导向板的圆心角小于所述导槽的圆心角。
7、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:各侧扶手上均开设有一沿前后方向延伸的滑槽,所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部分别可滑动地插设于滑槽内。
8、根据权利要求7所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部上均设置有多个沿前后方向间隔排列的导向柱,所述导向柱的轴心线沿左右方向延伸,所述导向柱插入所述滑槽内且其圆周面与所述滑槽的槽壁相接触。
9、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述锁定机构设置于所述侧扶手和/或靠背板上用于将侧扶手和靠背板锁定。
10、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述座兜架还包括分别连接于靠背板左右两侧的靠背侧部,所述靠背侧部分别转动地连接于所述侧扶手。
