技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童推车的座兜。
背景技术
现有技术中,儿童推车的座兜通常可以转为躺姿状态,以方便在使用中根据儿童的使用需要供儿童躺卧。如中国专利CN201626463公开的一种童车上的座兜,它包括座兜框架、设置在座兜框架上的座位和软性靠背,座位前端部活动连接于座兜框架两侧的支撑杆上,通过座位相对支撑杆转动和滑动,调节靠背与座位之间的夹角。上述结构的缺点是当其由坐姿转换为躺姿时,座位角度改变但前后未变,躺姿时的舒适性差,且安装到推车上时,躺姿的稳定性差。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种儿童推车的座兜,其可具有坐姿状态和躺姿状态,且安装到推车上后稳定性高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种儿童推车的座兜,包括具有多个状态的座兜架以及用于将所述座兜架锁定在不同状态的锁定机构,所述座兜架包括两个侧扶手以及依次相接的座位板、导向机构以及靠背板,所述导向机构可相对所述座位板转动,两个侧扶手位于所述座位板的左右两侧且各侧扶手上均开设有一弧形的导槽,所述导槽的圆心角大于90度,所述导向机构的部分插入所述导槽内并可相对导槽滑动。所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部分别可沿前后方向滑动地连接于侧扶手。靠背板的对着座位板的表面大致处于一第一平面,座位板的对着靠背板的表面大致处于第二平面。所述座兜架的多个状态包括坐姿状态和躺姿状态,当座兜架由坐姿状态转换为躺姿状态时,所述靠背板带动导向机构沿导槽滑动以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动,第一平面与第二平面之间构成的夹角增大。
优选地,所述导向机构包括相转动连接的导向板和连接机构,所述导向板固定连接于靠背板,所述导向板的左侧部和右侧部分别插入导槽内并以受导槽导向的方式滑动,所述连接机构转动地连接于座位板且可展开/伸长和折叠/收缩以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动。
更优选地,所述连接机构包括两个分别转动连接于座位板、导向板的连接板,两个所述的连接板相转动连接。
更进一步地,所述座兜架还具有折叠状态,当所述座兜架由坐姿状态转换为折叠状态时,两个连接板相向靠拢,所述座位板沿滑槽向后滑动,所述靠背板叠合于座位板的上方。

更优选地,所述导向板呈弧形延伸,所述导向板的曲率半径与所述导槽的曲率半径相等,所述导向板的圆心角小于所述导槽的圆心角。

优选地,所述锁定机构设置于所述侧扶手和/或靠背板上用于将侧扶手和靠背板锁定。
优选地,所述座兜架还包括分别连接于靠背板左右两侧的靠背侧部,所述靠背侧部分别转动地连接于所述侧扶手。
本发明采用以上结构,相比现有技术具有如下优点:调节靠背板角度,导向机构随之在其推动下沿弧形导槽滑动,从而可调节靠背板和座位板之间的角度使其在坐姿状态和躺姿状态之间转换,以及折叠,转换方便灵活;同时导向机构可带动座位板向前滑动,提高了躺姿状态时的舒适性,当安装到推车上时具有较高的稳定性。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种儿童推车的座兜,包括座兜架、安装于所述座兜架上的座兜布套以及用于将所述座兜架锁定的锁定机构。所述座兜架具有躺姿状态、坐姿状态以及折叠状态,结合图1所示为座兜架的坐姿状态供儿童坐着使用;结合图2所示为座兜架的躺姿状态供儿童躺着使用;结合图3所示为座兜架的折叠状态,当儿童推车不使用时,将座兜架折叠存放以节省存储空间并便于运输;通过调节靠背1的角度来实现座兜架在三个状态之间的转换,当靠背1调节到指定角度后,通过锁定机构将其锁定。具体地,锁定机构设置于所述侧扶手5和/或靠背板11上用于将侧扶手5和靠背1的靠背板11锁定,靠背1上还设置有一用于控制所述锁定机构的解锁捏手12,通过解锁捏手12解锁锁定机构后调节靠背板11角度。所述座兜架的靠背1还包括分别连接于靠背板11左右两侧的靠背侧部,所述靠背侧部分别转动地连接于所述侧扶手5。
本发明中述及的前后、左右及上下是根据本领域技术人员对儿童推车的座兜的惯常观察视角定义的,即座兜安装于儿童推车上后所处的方位来定义。
结合图1至图3所示,所述座兜架包括两个侧扶手5以及依次相接的座位板4、导向机构、靠背板11,导向机构包括连接机构和导向板2,所述座位板4的前端下部设置有搁脚板7,所述侧扶手5的上部转动地设置有上扶手6,靠背1上连接有用于支撑遮阳篷的篷杆9,侧扶手5的后端设置有安装座8用于将座兜安装于儿童推车上。述连接机构可相对所述座位板4和导向板2转动,所述导向板2与所述靠背板11固定连接,所述侧扶手5位于所述座位板4的左右两侧且均开设有一沿前后方向延伸的滑槽51和一弧形的导槽52,所述导槽52的圆心角大于90度,所述座位板4的左侧部和右侧部分别插入所述滑槽51内并可沿前后方向滑动,所述导向板2的左侧部和右侧部分别插入所述导槽52内并可沿导槽52的延伸方向滑动,所述靠背板11所在的平面与所述座位板4所在的平面构成一夹角,所述靠背板11导向机构沿导槽52以带动座位板4沿前后方向滑动。具体地,当所述座兜架由坐姿状态转换为躺姿状态时,所述导向板2沿导槽52滑动,所述夹角增大且小于等于180度,所述连接机构转动并伸长或展开以推动所述座位板4沿滑槽51向前滑动。所述导槽52的圆心角大于180度,所述座兜架还具有折叠状态,当所述座兜架由坐姿状态转换为折叠状态,所述夹角A减小且大于等于0度,所述座位板4沿滑槽51向后滑动。

结合图1和图2所示,当座兜架由坐姿状态转换为躺姿状态时,通过靠背1上的解锁捏手12解锁靠背板11和侧扶手5的锁定,调节靠背板11的角度,导向板2随之在导槽52内沿其延伸方向向下滑动,继而带动尾端的连接板3向转动,从而使得两个连接板3展开,首端的连接板3推动座位板4在滑槽51内迁移,前移量通过导向槽的半径调整,夹角A增大的同时,座位板4的后部也滑动至靠背板11的前方,在一定程度上实现了座位的伸长,提高了躺姿状态时的舒适性以及稳定性。
结合图6和图7所示,当座兜架转换为折叠状态时,通过靠背1上的解锁捏手12解锁靠背板11和侧扶手5的锁定,调节靠背板11的角度,导向板2随之在导槽52内沿其延伸方向向上滑动,继而带动尾端的连接板3向上转动,从而使得两个连接板3相向靠拢,拉动座位板4沿滑槽51向后滑动,座位板4的后部缩回至靠背板11的后方,所述靠背板11叠合于座位板4的上方。由于导向板2与尾端连接板3之间、两个连接板3之间单向打折,有效避免座位板4被过度前拉伸长造成的折叠尺寸过大,这样整个座兜架折叠后的体积非常小、占用空间小。

1、一种儿童推车的座兜,包括具有多个状态的座兜架以及用于将所述座兜架锁定在不同状态的锁定机构,其特征在于:所述座兜架包括两个侧扶手以及依次相接的座位板、导向机构以及靠背板,所述导向机构可相对所述座位板转动,所述两个侧扶手位于所述座位板的左右两侧且各侧扶手上均开设有一弧形的导槽,所述导槽的圆心角大于90度,所述导向机构的部分插入所述导槽内并可沿导槽滑动,所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部分别可沿前后方向滑动地连接于侧扶手,所述靠背板的对着座位板的表面大致处于一第一平面,所述座位板的对着靠背板的表面大致处于第二平面,所述座兜架的多个状态包括坐姿状态和躺姿状态,当座兜架由坐姿状态转换为躺姿状态时,所述靠背板带动导向机构沿导槽滑动以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动,第一平面与第二平面之间构成的夹角增大。
2、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述导向机构包括相转动连接的导向板和连接机构,所述导向板固定连接于靠背板,所述导向板的左侧部和右侧部分别插入导槽内并可沿导槽滑动,所述连接机构转动地连接于座位板且可展开或伸长和折叠或收缩以带动座位板沿前后方向滑动。
3、根据权利要求2所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括两个分别转动连接于座位板、导向板的连接板,两个所述的连接板相转动连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述座兜架还具有折叠状态,当所述座兜架由坐姿状态转换为折叠状态时,两个连接板相向靠拢,所述座位板沿滑槽向后滑动,所述靠背板叠合于座位板的上方。
5、根据权利要求4所述的座兜,其特征在于:当座兜架处于折叠状态时,所述座位板的后部位于所述靠背板的后方。
6、根据权利要求2所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述导向板呈弧形,所述导向板的曲率半径与所述导槽的曲率半径相等,所述导向板的圆心角小于所述导槽的圆心角。
7、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:各侧扶手上均开设有一沿前后方向延伸的滑槽,所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部分别可滑动地插设于滑槽内。
8、根据权利要求7所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述座位板的左侧部和右侧部上均设置有多个沿前后方向间隔排列的导向柱,所述导向柱的轴心线沿左右方向延伸,所述导向柱插入所述滑槽内且其圆周面与所述滑槽的槽壁相接触。
9、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述锁定机构设置于所述侧扶手和/或靠背板上用于将侧扶手和靠背板锁定。
10、根据权利要求1所述的座兜,其特征在于:所述座兜架还包括分别连接于靠背板左右两侧的靠背侧部,所述靠背侧部分别转动地连接于所述侧扶手。
