在日常的烹饪过程中,厨房里会产生大量的油烟,特别是宾馆、酒店和一些大的食堂以及普通家庭中的小厨房,其产生的油烟中含有相当多的油污微粒,既污染厨房内的设施和家居设备,影响家居环境,又会对人的身体造成一定的损害,故目前很多厨房中都安装有吸油烟机,传统生活中的吸油烟机与燃气灶具大多为分体结构,燃气灶具摆放在台面上,吸油烟机则安装在燃气灶具的上方,这种吸油烟机不但占用空间,而且也没有对油烟进行净化处理,只是将油烟收集后通过住宅的油烟管道直接排到室外的大气中,这不但会造成空气污染,而且因为住宅的油烟管道较长,在长时间使用后其内壁会积聚大量的易燃的油渍,形成严重的火灾隐患,其安全性不高;而如果在油烟管道处安装净化设备,则需要大功率的风机和净化设备,造价较高,耗电量大,安装调试和维修困难。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种集油烟收集、油烟净化处理和炉灶为一体的用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,这种设备占用空间小,成本低,且具有良好的油烟净化作用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其包括主机体和安装在主机体上的炉灶,主机体的背板朝炉灶斜向上方向延伸形成油烟收集器,所述油烟收集器与位于背板中的流道相连通,流道的另一端向下延伸并通向位于主机体底部的底腔,所述底腔的上方位置设有净化腔,净化腔中搁置有电净化器,所述电净化器包括一底部安装有正极筒的绝缘盒体,正极筒中穿装有负极杆;所述绝缘盒体内壁间架设有正、负极丝杆,正、负极丝杆上分别安装有正、负极板,正、负极板位于正极筒上方位置且呈间隔排列;所述主机体中还设置有风机腔,净化腔通过位于净化腔上部的通口与风机腔相通,所述风机腔中搁置有风机,风机的出口对准位于背板底侧的出风口。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述正极筒为正六边形筒体,正极筒的棱边靠近其棱角处的一端设置有一个凸起,另一端设置有与凸起相适配的卡槽,正极筒通过凸起和卡槽扣合在一起。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述正极筒为正六边形筒体,正极筒的棱角为一开口槽,开口槽的开口端较开口槽的非开口端小,每相邻的三个正极筒通过一根其横截面与三个开口槽相适配的扣销连接。
进一步,所述负极杆由内杆和若干套接在内杆上的外管构成,内杆上层叠排列有其外周带有放电齿尖的风车轮片,风车轮片的两端由外管卡紧固定。
优选地,所述净化腔分为左净化腔和右净化腔,左、右净化腔中各搁置有一个电净化器,左净化腔与流道连通,左、右净化腔之间形成有与左净化腔的上部和右净化腔下方的底腔相连通的油烟通道,通口位于右净化腔中。
进一步,所述风机腔中安装有净化灯。
进一步,所述主机体中还安装有清洗装置,该清洗装置包括水箱,水箱通过水泵和水管与净化腔连通;净化腔中安装有水位控制器。
优选地,所述主机体底部位于底腔的下方位置设有废油回收槽,废油回收槽上安装有在油烟进行净化处理时连通废油回收槽与底腔、在主机体进行浸泡清洗时隔断废油回收槽与底腔的电磁阀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将油烟收集设备、油烟净化设备和炉灶集成设计成一体化设备,其占用的空间小,油烟经油烟收集器收集后被电净化器极化和吸附,并通过净化灯净化后被风机排出,使得排出的空气中油烟颗粒少,对空气的污染大大的减少,也不会污染室内的设施设备,另外,带有放电齿尖的风车轮片的使用,提高了对油污颗粒的拦截,且使得极化油污颗粒的电场大大加强,保证了对油烟分子的充分极化,使得油烟净化更彻底;同时,将净化腔分成左、右净化腔并分别搁置一电净化器,大大的增加了油烟的净化能力。本发明所述的一体化设备所需要的风机等功率小,耗电量小,成本低,安装调试和维修也方便。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图10,本发明的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其包括主机体1和安装在主机体1上的炉灶2,所述炉灶2包括两个灶头21和一个尾煲22;主机体1的背板11朝炉灶2斜向上方向延伸形成油烟收集器3,背板11一般斜向上35°角延伸;所述油烟收集器3上安装有油烟过滤网,油烟过滤网为弧形光槽正反扣叠层,弧形光槽正反扣叠层结构的油烟过滤网具有表面光滑流畅、容易清洗、导油性好、导风率高的特性,能够提高油烟收集器3对厨房油烟的收集能力;所述油烟收集器3与位于背板11中的流道12相连通,流道12的另一端向下延伸并通向位于主机体1底部的底腔13,所述底腔13的上方位置设有净化腔14,净化腔14中搁置有电净化器4,所述电净化器4包括一底部安装有正极筒42的绝缘盒体41,正极筒42通过螺钉425固定在绝缘盒体41上,正极筒42中穿装有负极杆43,绝缘盒体41的内壁之间固定有支架压板48,支架压板48上连接有水平放置的负电极金属支架49,负极杆43的两端为螺纹端,其上端穿过负电极金属支架49后通过螺母拧紧固定,正极筒42和负极杆43共同构成电净化器4的高压电场极化层,正极筒42和负极杆43之间会形成极化电场,以对从正极筒42中通过的油烟颗粒进行极化;所述绝缘盒体41内壁间架设有正、负极丝杆44、45,正、负极丝杆44、45上分别安装有正、负极板46、47,正、负极板46、47位于正极筒42上方位置且呈间隔排列,正、负极板46、47由铝板制成,其共同构成电净化器4的高压静电吸附层,当被正极筒42和负极杆43极化的油烟颗粒通过正、负极板46、47之间的间隙时,带正电的油烟颗粒就会被负极板47吸附,带负电的油烟颗粒就会被正极板46吸附,通过高压电场极化层和高压静电吸附层的配合作用,电净化器4起到了净化油烟的作用;所述主机体1中还设置有风机腔15,净化腔14通过位于净化腔14上部的通口16与风机腔15相通,所述风机腔15中搁置有风机5,风机5的出口对准位于背板11底侧的出风口17。在烹饪过程中产生的油烟首先被位于背板11上的油烟收集器3收集,被收集的油烟流经流道12并进入到主机体1底部的底腔13中,然后油烟从底腔13中进入位于底腔13上方位置的电净化器4,油烟先通过由正极筒42和负极杆43组成的高压电场极化层被极化,经极化的油烟颗粒再进入到位于正极筒42上方位置的由正、负极板46、47组成的高压静电吸附层,经过高压电场极化层和高压静电吸附层的净化作用后,油烟中的绝大部分油烟颗粒已被电净化器4拦截吸附,此时被净化的油烟从电净化器4顶端出来,并通过位于净化腔14上部位置的通口16进入到风机腔15中,风机腔15中搁置有风机5,优选还可在风机腔15中安装净化灯7,风机腔15中安放有配电箱10,净化灯7安装在配电箱10上;净化灯7采用紫外线光学原理对进入风机腔15中的油烟进行照射,经照射的油烟其中的异味会被分解,同时,净化灯7还具有对油烟起到杀菌的作用。在被照射的同时,油烟被风机5吸入并由风机5从位于背板11底侧的出风口17中排出,此时,排到室外的油烟是干净的空气,对外界坏境污染小。
作为上述实施方式的改进,所述正极筒42为正六边形筒体,正极筒42的棱边靠近其棱角处的一端设置有一个凸起421,另一端设置有与凸起421相适配的卡槽422,正极筒42通过凸起421和卡槽422扣合在一起。安装时,将一个正极筒42上的凸起421从上往下插入到另一个正极筒42的卡槽422中,实现相邻正极筒42之间的扣合,因为正极筒42为正六边形筒体,将若干个正极筒42扣合在一起后,这些正极筒42就构成一蜂窝结构,根据数学知识,蜂窝结构具有结构精巧、节省材料的特点,且每相邻正极筒42之间没有间隙,保证了油烟是完全从该正极筒42中通过的,使得油烟中的油烟颗粒最大程度的被极化,大大的提高了本发明所述一体化设备的油烟净化能力。
当然,也可以将所述正极筒42制成正六边形筒体,将该正六边形筒体的棱角设置为一开口槽423,开口槽423的开口端较开口槽423的非开口端小,每相邻的三个正极筒42通过一根其横截面与三个开口槽423相适配的扣销424连接。如图8所示,这种连接结构同样能够保证相互扣合后的正极筒42形成蜂窝结构,且每相邻的正极筒42之间不存在间隙,保证油烟完全从正极筒42中通过。
作为上述实施方式的进一步改进,所述负极杆43由内杆431和若干套接在内杆431上的外管432构成,内杆431上层叠排列有其外周带有放电齿尖的风车轮片6,风车轮片6的两端由外管432卡紧固定。安装时,先在内杆431上套上一根外管432使得外管顶在负电极金属支架49上,然后将风车轮片6套在内杆431上并使其与外管432顶接,当然也可先不用套装外管432,使得风车轮片6直接与负电极金属支架49顶接;接着继续套入一根外管432,使其与原先套入的外管432共同顶住卡紧风车轮片6,如此重复,可在同一根内杆431上套装多个风车轮片6,最后通过螺母将位于最底端的外管432固定,当然,位于最低端的风车轮片6也可直接由螺母固定,而无需通过套装在风车轮片6下端的外管432顶紧固定。风车轮片6的外周带有放电齿尖,负极杆43通电时,因为放电齿尖的存在,使得正极筒42与负极杆43之间的电场强度较大,大大的提高了油烟颗粒的极化程度,同时相对于负极杆43,风车轮片6较负极杆43的截面积大,提高了对油污颗粒的拦截,使得有更多的油污颗粒得到充分的极化,总之,其外周带有放电齿尖的风车轮片6的设置保证了对油烟颗粒的充分极化,使得净化更彻底。
优选地,所述净化腔14分为左净化腔141和右净化腔142,左、右净化腔141、142中各搁置有一个电净化器4,左净化腔141与流道12连通,左、右净化腔141、142之间形成有与左净化腔141的上部和右净化腔142下方的底腔13相连通的油烟通道18,通口16位于右净化腔142中。在本实施例中,以正在烹饪的炊事人员为观察人员,左、右净化腔141与142呈前后布置,被收集的油烟流经流道12后从底腔13中进入位于左净化腔141中的电净化器4的高压电场极化层,经高压静电吸附层吸附后从电净化器4的顶端流出,并进入到油烟通道18中,然后通过位于右净化腔142下方的底腔13依次进入位于右净化腔142中的电净化器4的高压电场极化层和高压静电吸附层,并从右净化腔142中的右净化器4的顶端流出,通过通口16进到风机腔15中,最后被风机5排放出去,如图3所示,其中箭头代表油烟的流向。左、右净化腔141和142的设置,使得烹饪过程中所产生的油烟经过多次极化吸附后才会被排出,大大的降低了排出的油烟中油渍和油烟颗粒含量,提高了本发明所述一体化设备的净化性能,降低甚至避免了油烟对空气和室内设备等的污染。当然,根据需要,净化腔14可设置成3个或更多,原理同上,此处不再赘述。
进一步,所述主机体1中还安装有清洗装置,该清洗装置包括水箱81,水箱81通过水泵82和水管83与净化腔14连通;净化腔14中安装有水位控制器84。当本发明所述的一体化设备使用一段时间后需要清洗时,启动单片微机程序使其控制水泵82将水箱81中的洗涤溶液通过水管83抽送至净化腔14中,净化腔14中的水位控制器84用于控制泵入净化腔14中的洗涤溶液的容量,使得洗涤溶液漫过电净化器4即可,当净化腔14中的洗涤溶液达到适合量时,水泵82停止工作,浸泡清洗开始,一般浸泡时间为30~40分钟,当设置的浸泡时间到后,可通过排水口将洗涤溶液排出。这实现了无需拆下电净化器4即可对电净化器4进行自动浸泡清洗,操作简单,大大的降低了对一体化设备的维护强度,确保了电净化器4始终具有良好的净化效果,减小了厨房油烟对空气的污染,具有结构简单合理、安装方便、成本低的特点,可广泛的应用于厨房中的油烟净化。
优选地,所述主机体1底部位于底腔13的下方位置设有废油回收槽9,废油回收槽9上安装有在油烟进行净化处理时连通废油回收槽9与底腔13、在主机体1进行浸泡清洗时隔断废油回收槽9与底腔13的电磁阀91。废油回收槽9可焊接或铆接于主机体1的底端,被过滤和拦截的废油最终会回流到废油回收槽9中,通过废油回收槽9上的放油嘴对其中的废油进行定时的排放,以减少废油在主机体1中的累积量,避免废油对主机体1进行二次污染,并杜绝相应的火灾隐患。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:包括主机体(1)和安装在主机体(1)上的炉灶(2),主机体(1)的背板(11)朝炉灶(2)斜向上方向延伸形成油烟收集器(3),所述油烟收集器(3)与位于背板(11)中的流道(12)相连通,流道(12)的另一端向下延伸并通向位于主机体(1)底部的底腔(13),所述底腔(13)的上方位置设有净化腔(14),净化腔(14)中搁置有电净化器(4),所述电净化器(4)包括一底部安装有正极筒(42)的绝缘盒体(41),正极筒(42)中穿装有负极杆(43);所述绝缘盒体(41)内壁间架设有正、负极丝杆(44、45),正、负极丝杆(44、45)上分别安装有正、负极板(46、47),正、负极板(46、47)位于正极筒(42)上方位置且呈间隔排列;所述主机体(1)中还设置有风机腔(15),净化腔(14)通过位于净化腔(14)上部的通口(16)与风机腔(15)相通,所述风机腔(15)中搁置有风机(5),风机(5)的出口对准位于背板(11)底侧的出风口(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述正极筒(42)为正六边形筒体,正极筒(42)的棱边靠近其棱角处的一端设置有一个凸起(421),另一端设置有与凸起(421)相适配的卡槽(422),正极筒(42)通过凸起(421)和卡槽(422)扣合在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述正极筒(42)为正六边形筒体,正极筒(42)的棱角为一开口槽(423),开口槽(423)的开口端较开口槽(423)的非开口端小,每相邻的三个正极筒(42)通过一根其横截面与三个开口槽(423)相适配的扣销(424)连接。
  4. 据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述负极杆(43)由内杆(431)和若干套接在内杆(431)上的外管(432)构成,内杆(431)上层叠排列有其外周带有放电齿尖的风车轮片(6),风车轮片(6)的两端由外管(432)卡紧固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述净化腔(14)分为左净化腔(141)和右净化腔(142),左、右净化腔(141、142)中各搁置有一个电净化器(4),左净化腔(141)与流道(12)连通,左、右净化腔(141、142)之间形成有与左净化腔(141)的上部和右净化腔(142)下方的底腔(13)相连通的油烟通道(18),通口(16)位于右净化腔(142)中。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3或5中任一项所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述风机腔(15)中安装有净化灯(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求1~3或5中任一项所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述主机体(1)中还安装有清洗装置,该清洗装置包括水箱(81),水箱(81)通过水泵(82)和水管(83)与净化腔(14)连通;净化腔(14)中安装有水位控制器(84)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于厨房的吸油烟、净化油烟和炉灶一体化设备,其特征在于:所述主机体(1)底部位于底腔(13)的下方位置设有废油回收槽(9),废油回收槽(9)上安装有在油烟进行净化处理时连通废油回收槽(9)与底腔(13)、在主机体(1)进行浸泡清洗时隔断废油回收槽(9)与底腔(13)的电磁阀(91)。
