所述的电子触发装置可以根据不同的结构而设置,在本实施例中,该电子触发装置为电子锁3。该电子锁3安装在所述安全导轨2上,其锁舌可以插在所述座椅导轨组1的插孔11内。该电子锁也可以安装在所述座椅导轨组上,其锁舌可以插在所述安全导轨的插孔内(未予图示)。
本实施例的工作原理为(以图中所述实施例进行说明):当汽车处于正常状态时,所述电子锁3的锁舌伸于座椅导轨组1的插孔11内,从而将座椅导轨组1固定在安全导轨2上的常规位置。在发生严重事故时,汽车的安全系统启动,例如安全气囊被触发,在安全气囊被触发的同时,所述的电子锁3受控制器的控制而解锁,使座椅导轨组1可在安全导轨2上任意前后滑移,驾驶员被固定在安全带上因惯性作用会向前冲出,而爆开的安全气囊则阻止其继续向前冲甚至于反弹回来,此时可向后滑动一定距离的座椅将起到缓冲的作用,从而增加了驾驶员的生存空间,大大减轻了撞击力。
为了不影响后座乘客的安全,驾驶座椅向下移动的距离需要考虑,正常汽车后座的腿部空间约有40公分以上,为此设定整个驾驶座椅除了正常调节的距离以外,还可以向后退20公分,向后退20公分的软靠背并不会给后座乘客(即使是有乘客的情况下)造成严重的腿部伤害。
如图5及图6所示,为本发明所述安全防护装置的第二较佳实施例。所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置包括与汽车安全系统的控制器电连接的电子触发装置、控制齿轮4及倾斜齿轮5。其中:
所述的控制器与上述第一实施例相同,在此不赘述。
所述控制齿轮4安装在驾驶座椅的椅座上,所述倾斜齿轮5安装在驾驶座椅的椅背上,两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合,并可以受座椅角度控制装置(图中示出)控制,以便可以调节座椅椅背的角度。座椅的角度调节结构及功能也属于现有技术领域的常规技术,在此也不详细描述。
所述电子触发装置在本实施例中为电磁阀(图中未示出),该电磁阀与所述控制齿轮4的转轴6连接,当电磁阀动作时,可带动转轴6移动,并带动控制齿轮4一同移动,从而令控制齿轮4与倾斜齿轮5脱离啮合状态。
本实施例的工作原理为:当汽车处于正常状态时,所述的转轴6处于常规位置,所述控制齿轮4与倾斜齿轮5相互啮合,座椅的椅背可根据需要任意调节角度。而当发生严重事故时,汽车的安全系统启动,例如安全气囊被触发,所述控制器控制电磁阀动作,带动转轴6及控制齿轮4向远离倾斜齿轮5的一侧移动,从而使相互啮合的控制齿轮4与倾斜齿轮5脱离啮合状态,这样倾斜齿轮5失去了受力,座椅靠背完全脱离齿轮的控制,使靠背瞬间向后倒下,以此来缓冲撞击力,并大大增加了驾驶员的避险及生存空间。
如图7所示,为本发明所述安全防护装置的第三较佳实施例。本实施例是将上述第一实施例所述设置在驾驶座椅下方的安全防护装置与第二实施例所述设置在驾驶座椅靠背处的安全防护装置同时设置在一个驾驶座椅上。这样,当撞击力达到启动安全防护系统时,座椅可向后移动,同时椅背也可向后翻倒,这样可更大限度的增加驾驶员的生存空间,增加缓冲,减少死亡率。
综合上述,当发生严重碰撞事故时,绷紧的安全带将驾驶员固定在座椅上后,爆开的安全气囊,向后退的座椅以及瞬间后倒的靠背,将极大的减轻驾驶员整个胸腔的冲击力,结合这四项安全装置的触发,驾驶员所承受的撞击力将大大的减弱,其生存率的提高也是毫无疑问的。
再如图8、9所示,为本发明所述安全防护装置的第四较佳实施例,本实施例是上述第二实施例的另一种控制齿轮锁定结构。所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置同样包括与汽车安全系统的控制器电连接的电子触发装置、控制齿轮4及倾斜齿轮5,所述控制器、控制齿轮4及倾斜齿轮5的结构与相对位置均与上述第二实施例相,不再详细描述。
本实施例所不同的是,所述的电子触发装置为齿轮定位电子锁7,该齿轮定位电子锁7安装在齿轮定位器8上,该齿轮定位器8上设有一倾斜槽81,所述控制齿轮4的转轴6设置于该倾斜槽81内,且在常规状态时位于倾斜槽81的顶部。所述齿轮定位电子锁7的锁舌在常规状态伸出并抵顶于所述转轴6的下方,从而将转轴6定位在令所述控制齿轮4与倾斜齿轮5相互啮合的状态。
本实施例的工作原理为:当汽车处于正常状态时,所述的转轴6由齿轮定位电子锁7锁固在常规位置,从而令所述控制齿轮4与倾斜齿轮5相互啮合,此时座椅的椅背可根据需要任意调节角度。而当发生严重事故时,汽车的安全系统启动,例如安全气囊被触发,所述控制器控制齿轮定位电子锁7动作,令锁舌缩回,转轴6失去齿轮定位电子锁7的受力后,控制齿轮4在自身重力的作用下沿着倾斜槽81向下滑落,从而使相互啮合的控制齿轮4与倾斜齿轮5脱离啮合状态,这样倾斜齿轮5失去了受力,座椅靠背完全脱离齿轮的控制,使靠背瞬间向后倒下。
所述第四实施例构造也可以联合上述第一实施例构造共同设置于驾驶座椅上。

Claims (12)

1、一种汽车驾驶座椅安全防护方法,其特征在于:在驾驶座椅上安装电子触发装置,该电子触发装置在常规状态将驾驶座椅的椅座或椅背锁固;当汽车发生车祸撞击力达到预定值时,由汽车安全系统的控制器触发该电子触发装置,由该电子触发装置解除驾驶座椅的椅座或椅背的锁定状态,使驾驶座椅可以向后移动一定距离或者使椅背向后翻倒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护方法,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全系统的控制器为安全气囊的触发器。
3、一种汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:包括与汽车安全系统的控制器电连接的电子触发装置、座椅导轨组及安全导轨;所述安全导轨固定安装在座椅的椅座下方或者汽车底盘上,位于所述座椅导轨组的上方或者下方;且所述座椅导轨组与安全导轨之间以可以相对前后滑移的结构配合安装;所述的电子触发装置为电子锁,该电子锁安装在所述安全导轨或者座椅导轨组上,其锁舌在常规状态插于所述座椅导轨组或者安全导轨的一插孔内。
4、根据权利要求3所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全系统的控制器为安全气囊的触发器。
5、根据权利要求3所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述驾驶座椅的椅座上安装有一控制齿轮,所述驾驶座椅的椅背上安装有一倾斜齿轮,两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合;所述控制齿轮的转轴与一电磁阀相连,该电磁阀与所述汽车安全系统的控制器电连接;当该转轴受电磁阀控制而移动时,带动控制齿轮一同移动,令控制齿轮与倾斜齿轮脱离啮合状态。
6、根据权利要求4所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述驾驶座椅的椅座上安装有一控制齿轮,所述驾驶座椅的椅背上安装有一倾斜齿轮,两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合;所述控制齿轮的转轴与一电磁阀相连,该电磁阀与所述汽车安全系统的控制器电连接;当该转轴受电磁阀控制而移动时,带动控制齿轮一同移动,令控制齿轮与倾斜齿轮脱离啮合状态。
7、根据权利要求3所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述驾驶座椅的椅座上安装有一控制齿轮,所述驾驶座椅的椅背上安装有一倾斜齿轮,两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合;所述的控制齿轮的转轴设置在一齿轮定位器的倾斜槽内,且在常规状态时位于倾斜槽的顶部;所述齿轮定位器上安装有一齿轮定位电子锁,该齿轮定位电子锁的锁舌在常规状态伸出并抵顶于所述转轴的下方。
8、根据权利要求4所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述驾驶座椅的椅座上安装有一控制齿轮,所述驾驶座椅的椅背上安装有一倾斜齿轮,两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合;所述的控制齿轮的转轴设置在一齿轮定位器的倾斜槽内,且在常规状态时位于倾斜槽的顶部;所述齿轮定位器上安装有一齿轮定位电子锁,该齿轮定位电子锁的锁舌在常规状态伸出并抵顶于所述转轴的下方。
9、一种汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:包括与汽车安全系统的控制器电连接的电子触发装置、控制齿轮及倾斜齿轮;所述控制齿轮安装在驾驶座椅的椅座上,所述倾斜齿轮安装在驾驶座椅的椅背上,且两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合;所述电子触发装置为电磁阀,该电磁阀与所述控制齿轮的转轴连接,当电磁阀动作时,带动转轴移动,并带动控制齿轮一同移动,从而令控制齿轮与倾斜齿轮脱离啮合状态。
10、根据权利要求9所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全系统的控制器为安全气囊的触发器。
11、一种汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:包括与汽车安全系统的控制器电连接的电子触发装置、控制齿轮及倾斜齿轮;所述控制齿轮安装在驾驶座椅的椅座上,所述倾斜齿轮安装在驾驶座椅的椅背上,且两齿轮在常规状态下相互啮合;所述的电子触发装置为齿轮定位电子锁,该齿轮定位电子锁安装在一齿轮定位器上,该齿轮定位器上设有一倾斜槽,所述控制齿轮的转轴设置于该倾斜槽内,且在常规状态时位于倾斜槽的顶部;所述齿轮定位电子锁的锁舌在常规状态伸出并抵顶于所述转轴的下方。
12、根据权利要求11所述的汽车驾驶座椅安全防护装置,其特征在于:所述的汽车安全系统的控制器为安全气囊的触发器。
