一种汽车座椅撞击缓冲装置,在其底板上面的两边各安装一直线轴承,移动板的两边连接在直线轴承的滑动部上,该移动板的前部两边分别连接一蜗卷弹簧的外端,该蜗卷弹簧的内端与该底板连接;在该移动板的后部的一边或两边设有插槽,在该底板的后部设有与该插槽对应的锁销,在该锁销上装有复位弹簧。本发明的优点是:车辆一旦遭到猛烈撞击,车体向内挤压,乘客在惯性的作用下向前猛冲而拉动安全带,安全带的卡扣将装置内固定插销从卡槽中拉出,座椅由固定状态转变成为活动状态。在蜗卷弹簧恢复力的作用下,移动板带动座椅沿着直线轴承向后移动一段距离,座椅和乘员同步移动,乘员的前方腾出安全空间,从而避免了乘员的胸部、腿部受到挤压造成的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车座椅撞击缓冲装置,在车辆遭到撞击时固定的座椅变成可以向后移动的座椅。这样大量的缓解撞击的力度,由于座椅变成活动的座椅可以使驾驶员、乘员胸部、腿部免遭挤压创伤。极大的降低车祸的直接伤害。
背景技术
在车辆遭到猛烈撞击时,车头部位在巨大的撞击力的作用下向车内凹陷,挤压到驾驶员的胸部、腿部,不仅使其造成伤残,而且大大增加了抢救工作的难度。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有防撞击功能的汽车驾驶员、乘员座椅防撞击缓冲装置,以解决现有技术存在的在车辆遭到猛烈撞击时,车头部位在巨大的撞击力的作用下向车内凹陷,挤压到驾驶员乘员的胸部、腿部,使其造成死亡和伤残的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车座椅撞击缓冲装置,其特征在于,包括底板、移动板、蜗卷弹簧、直线轴承和锁销,在底板上面的两边各安装一直线轴承,移动板的两边连接在直线轴承的滑动部上,该移动板的前部两边分别连接一蜗卷弹簧的外端,该蜗卷弹簧的内端与该底板连接;在该移动板的后部的一边或两边设有插槽,在该底板的后部设有与该插槽对应的锁销,在该锁销上装有复位弹簧;在该移动板上设有座椅安装孔,在该底板的边缘设有固定孔。
本发明的优点是:车辆一旦遭到猛烈撞击,车体向内挤压,乘客在惯性的作用下向前猛冲并拉动安全带,安全带带动卡扣将装置内固定插销从卡槽中拉出,此时移动板脱离锁定状态,在蜗卷弹簧恢复力的作用下,带动座椅沿着直线轴承向后移动一段距离,座椅和乘员同步移动,乘员的前方腾出安全空间,从而避免了乘员的胸部、腿部受到挤压造成的伤害和降低了救援的难度,保护了车内人员的安全。结构简单,便于实施应用。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明一种汽车座椅撞击缓冲装置,包括底板1、移动板2、蜗卷弹簧3、直线轴承5和锁销6,在底板1上面的两边各安装一直线轴承5,移动板2的两边连接在直线轴承5的滑动部上,该移动板2的前部两边分别连接一蜗卷弹簧3的外端,该蜗卷弹簧3的内端与该底板连接;在该移动板2的后部的一边或两边设有插槽9,在该底板1的后部设有与该插槽9对应的锁销6,在该锁销6上装有复位弹簧7;在该移动板2上设有座椅安装孔8,在该底板1的四角设有固定孔4,一侧的两个固定孔4分别为纵向和横向的长孔,可以微调底板的1位置。
本发明在应用时,首先用螺栓穿过底板1四角的固定孔4将弹射装置固定在汽车底盘上,将座椅固定在活动移动板2后部的安装孔8上。在弹射装置开启的状态下,用力向前推动,移动板2将蜗卷弹簧3压缩为卷紧状态,储存弹性势能;随后,固定插销6(在弹簧7的作用下)进入滑动板2两侧的卡槽9内,将移动板2定位,此时弹射装置为图1所示的待释放状态。图中的上端为车辆的前端。固定插销6的外端与安全带卡扣传动连接。
驾驶员或乘客上车后系好安全带,这样整个系统就处于随时触发预备阶段。当车辆发生撞击后,车体向内(后)挤压,乘客在惯性的作用下向前猛冲,拉动安全带。当安全带卡扣被用力拉动并达到一定力量时(如30公斤),将插销6从卡槽9中拉出。在蜗卷弹簧3的恢复力的作用下,滑动板2沿着直线轴承5向后快速移动一段距离,移动板2带动座椅和乘员同步移动,为乘员的前方腾出安全空间,从而避免了乘员的胸部、腿部受到挤压和伤害,保护了车内人员的安全。

1.一种汽车座椅撞击缓冲装置,其特征在于,包括底板、移动板、蜗卷弹簧、直线轴承和锁销,在底板上面的两边各安装一直线轴承,移动板的两边连接在直线轴承的滑动部上,该移动板的前部两边分别连接一蜗卷弹簧的外端,该蜗卷弹簧的内端与该底板连接;在该移动板的后部的一边或两边设有插槽,在该底板的后部设有与该插槽对应的锁销,在该锁销上装有复位弹簧;在该移动板上设有座椅安装孔,在该底板的边缘设有固定孔;车辆一旦遭到猛烈撞击,车体向内挤压,乘客在惯性的作用下向前猛冲并拉动安全带,当安全带卡扣被用力拉动并达到一定力量时将插销从卡槽中拉出,此时移动板脱离锁定状态。
