Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について図1乃至図6を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態の超音波処置装置1を示す図である。ここで、超音波処置装置1は、後述する超音波発生装置10が用いられる一例である。図1に示すように、超音波処置装置1は、長手軸Cを有する。ここで、長手軸Cに平行な2方向の一方を先端方向(図1の矢印C1の方向)とし、先端方向と反対方向を基端方向(図1の矢印C2の方向)とする。超音波処置装置1は、振動発生ユニット2と、基端から先端まで長手軸Cに沿って延設される超音波プローブ3とを備える。
ボルト状部材21では、頭部22により第1の軸方向側の第1の端E1が形成され、棒状部23により第2の軸方向側の第2の端E2が形成されている。
なお、第1の実施形態では、第1の軸方向が鉛直下方向と一致し、第2の軸方向が鉛直上方向と一致する状態で、ボルト状部材21の第2の端E2が固定端として固定されているが、これに限るものではない。また、第1の実施形態では、力印加ユニット60の操作レバー61を手動で操作することによって、力印加ユニット60から装着ユニット30に圧縮力F1が印加されるが、これに限るものではない。
Claims (4)
- 頭部が長手軸に平行な方向である第1の軸方向側の第1の端を形成し、前記頭部より外径が小さい棒状部が前記第1の軸方向とは反対方向である第2の軸方向側の第2の端を形成するボルト状部材において、電流を超音波振動に変換する圧電素子を含む装着ユニットを前記第2の軸方向側から前記棒状部に取付けることと、
自由端となる前記第1の端の前記第1の軸方向への移動によって前記ボルト状部材が伸長可能な状態で、ジグのボルト固定部により、前記装着ユニットが取付けられた前記ボルト状部材の前記第2の端を固定端として固定することと、
前記ボルト状部材の前記第2の端が固定された状態で力印加ユニットによって前記装着ユニットに前記第1の軸方向へ圧縮力を印加することにより、前記装着ユニットを収縮させ、収縮した前記装着ユニットの第1の弾性力により前記ボルト状部材を伸長させることと、
伸長した前記ボルト状部材の第2の弾性力が前記装着ユニットの前記第1の弾性力と釣合う釣合い状態において前記ボルト状部材の前記棒状部に締付け部材を取付け、前記締付け部材と前記ボルト状部材の前記頭部との間で前記装着ユニットを締付けることにより、前記釣合い状態を保持することと、
を具備する超音波発生装置の製造方法。 - 前記ボルト状部材の前記第2の端を固定する前に、前記第1の軸方向側の端部に前記ボルト固定部が設けられたジグ棒状部に、前記締付け部材を配置することをさらに具備し、
前記ボルト状部材の前記棒状部に前記締付け部材を取付けることは、前記釣合い状態において、前記ジグ棒状部から前記ボルト状部材の前記棒状部まで前記第1の軸方向に向かって前記締付け部材を移動させることを備える、
請求項1の製造方法。 - 長手軸に平行な方向である第1の軸方向側の第1の端を形成する頭部と、前記頭部より外径が小さく、前記第1の軸方向とは反対方向である第2の軸方向側の第2の端を形成する棒状部と、を備えるボルト状部材と、
電流を超音波振動に変換する圧電素子を備え、前記第2の軸方向側から前記ボルト状部材の前記棒状部に取付けられる装着ユニットと、
自由端となる前記第1の端の前記第1の軸方向への移動によって前記ボルト状部材が伸長可能な状態で、前記装着ユニットが取付けられた前記ボルト状部材の前記第2の端を固定端として固定するボルト状部材固定部を備えるジグと、
前記ボルト状部材の前記第2の端が固定された状態で前記装着ユニットに前記第1の軸方向へ圧縮力を印加することにより、前記装着ユニットを収縮させ、収縮した前記装着ユニットの第1の弾性力により前記ボルト状部材を伸長させる力印加ユニットと、
伸長した前記ボルト状部材の第2の弾性力が前記装着ユニットの前記第1の弾性力と釣合う釣合い状態において前記ボルト状部材の前記棒状部に取付けられ、前記ボルト状部材の前記頭部との間で前記装着ユニットを締付けることにより、前記釣合い状態を保持する締付け部材と、
を具備する超音波発生装置の組立てシステム。 - 前記ジグは、前記第1の軸方向側の端部に前記ボルト状部材固定部が設けられたジグ棒状部を備え、
前記締付け部材は、前記ボルト状部材の前記第2の端を固定する前に前記ジグ棒状部に配置され、前記釣合い状態において前記ジグ棒状部から前記ボルト状部材の前記棒状部まで前記第1の軸方向に向かって移動する、
