Claims (8)
- タービンのための固定装置であって、
前記タービンのハウジング(400)に取り付けられたフランジ(100)と、前記ハウジング内の構成部品(300)への固定を提供するために前記フランジに収容されたナットアセンブリ(200)とを備えており、
前記フランジ(100)は、複数の第1のボルト(101)によって前記ハウジングに固定されており、かつ中央ねじ穴を備えており、
前記ナットアセンブリ(200)は、ナットボディ(201)であって、該ナットボディの中心軸線に沿って形成された第1の穴(206)と前記中心軸線の周りに形成された複数の第2の穴(207)とを有するナットボディ(201)と、前記第2の穴(207)のそれぞれに収容された複数の第2のボルト(202)とを備えており、
前記ナットボディ(201)は、該ナットボディ(201)の外周表面にねじ山が形成されており、かつ前記フランジ(100)の前記中央ねじ穴に嵌められており、前記第2のボルト(202)は、前記タービンの前記ハウジング内の前記構成部品(300)に対する固定を提供するために前記第2の穴(207)に螺合させられていることを特徴とする、タービンのための固定装置。 - 前記ナットアセンブリ(200)は、前記第2の穴(207)のそれぞれに収容された複数のスリーブ(203)をさらに備えており、前記複数の第2のボルト(202)は、前記複数のスリーブ(203)にそれぞれ収容されている、請求項1記載の固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ(203)は、該スリーブ(203)の一端に、前記ナットボディ(201)に当接するためのカラー(204)と、前記スリーブ(203)の他端に、前記第2のボルト(202)に嵌まりあうための雌ねじ(205)とを備えている、請求項2記載の固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ(203)の前記カラー(204)は、前記ナットボディ(201)に溶接されている、請求項3記載の固定装置。
- 第2のボルト(202)は、前記スリーブ(203)の雌ねじ(205)に嵌まりあうためのねじ山部と、前記ハウジング内の前記構成部品に当接しかつ固定を提供するための押圧部とを備えている、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の固定装置。
- 前記押圧部の直径は、前記ねじ山部の直径よりも小さい、請求項5記載の固定装置。
- 前記ナットボディ(201)の前記第1の穴(206)は、前記フランジ(100)に対して前記ナットアセンブリ(200)を螺合するための組み立て工具を収容するために6角穴である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の固定装置。
- 請求項1記載の固定装置によりタービンのハウジング(400)内の構成部品(300)への固定を提供するための方法であって、
a 前記複数の第1のボルト(101)を介して前記ハウジング(400)に前記フランジ(100)を取り付ける工程と、
b 前記フランジ(100)の前記中央ねじ穴に前記ナットアセンブリ(200)を螺合する工程と、
c 前記ハウジング内の前記構成部品(300)への固定を提供するために前記第2のボルト(202)を締め付ける工程と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。
