Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'entraînement au développé couché qui permet à un individu de s'entraîner au développé couché de manière sûre et qui permet de tonifier les muscles du tronc de façon adéquate en utilisant les poids d'une machine de musculation. La présente invention est dotée d'un mécanisme de réduction de charge situé sous la plateforme de développé couché et chargé verticalement depuis le dessous au moyen d'un câble de transmission de charge, le mécanisme de réduction de charge réduisant la charge sur un axe de support de charge se déplaçant librement. Le mécanisme de réduction de charge est doté d'une plateforme formant pédale qui peut être déplacée par l'action produite lorsque l'utilisateur effectue une flexion des jambes, et d'un moyen de transmission servant à transmettre la force de pression exercée sur la plateforme formant pédale et le mouvement de la plateforme formant pédale à l'axe de support de charge. Lorsque l'utilisateur appuie sur la plateforme formant pédale lors de la réalisation d'un mouvement de développé couché, la charge sur l'axe de support de charge exercée sur les mains et la poitrine de l'utilisateur est réduite par le moyen de transmission. En outre, lorsque l'utilisateur réalise un squat complet et soulève l'axe en utilisant ses mains, la charge de l'axe de support de charge exercée sur les jambes de l'utilisateur est réduite par le moyen de transmission.
