Description
本发明涉及一种书写工具,更具体地说,涉及一种书写笔。
现有技术中的书写笔结构比较复杂,且当使用者将笔头朝上时,笔头的墨水会回流至笔杆内的储墨腔中,这样容易导致再次使用时笔头缺墨,书写不流畅的问题。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种书写笔。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种书写笔,包括用于存储油墨的笔杆、以及设置在所述笔杆一端的书写组件;所述书写组件包括设置在所述笔杆一端的笔嘴、设于所述笔嘴内的笔头,所述笔头内贯穿有出墨孔,且其一端外露于所述笔嘴,另一端延伸至所述笔杆内;所述笔头延伸到所述笔杆内的一端还设有用于防止油墨回流的防倒流结构。
本发明所述的书写笔,其中,所述防倒流结构包括设于所述笔杆内的隔筒、和设于所述隔筒内的气压平衡塞;所述隔筒呈中空的圆柱状,所述隔筒的外壁与所述笔杆的内壁贴合,其一端设有与所述笔杆内部连通,另一端的内底面向内延伸有用于容纳所述笔头的圆柱凸起,所述圆柱凸起的顶面设有第二开口;
所述笔头位于所述笔杆内的一端延伸至所述圆柱凸起内,所述气压平衡塞从所述第一开口放入并罩设在所述圆柱凸起周围。
本发明所述的书写笔,其中,所述气压平衡塞的顶面开设有与所述第二开口同轴的第三开口,且所述气压平衡塞的外表面上还均匀间隔设置有用于通过油墨的导槽。
本发明所述的书写笔,其中,所述笔嘴内还设有吸墨海绵。
本发明所述的书写笔,其中,所述笔头为包括亚克力笔头。
本发明所述的书写笔,其中,所述笔杆设有用于储存墨水的储墨腔,所述储墨腔内设有搅拌用的钢球。
实施本发明的书写笔,具有以下有益效果:本发明的书写笔,由于在笔杆内部设置了防倒流结构,即使用户将笔头朝上也不会影响再次使用时的流畅度,其结构简单,也不会产生污染环境的粉尘。

如图1所示,同时参见图2。在本发明的优选实施例中,该书写笔包括用于存储油墨的笔杆100、以及设置在笔杆100一端的书写组件。进一步地,该书写组件包括设置在笔杆100一端的笔嘴200、设于笔嘴200内的笔头300,可以理解的,笔头300内贯穿有出墨孔,且其一端外露于笔嘴200,另一端延伸至笔杆100内。此外,如图3所示,本发明的书写笔的笔头300延伸到笔杆100内的一端还设有用于防止油墨回流的防倒流结构400。
优选地,如图4所示,同时参见图5。上述防倒流结构400包括设于笔杆100内的隔筒401、和设于隔筒401内的气压平衡塞402。如图5所示,隔筒401呈中空的圆柱状,装配到位是,隔筒401的外壁与笔杆100的内壁贴合,其一端与笔杆100的储墨腔101连通的第一开口404,另一端的内底面向内延伸有用于容纳笔头300的圆柱凸起403,该圆柱凸起403呈中空状,且其顶面设有第二开口405。笔头300位于笔杆100内的一端延伸至圆柱凸起403内,气压平衡塞402从第一开口404放入并罩设在圆柱凸起403周围。
进一步地,如图6-7所示,气压平衡塞402具有内腔,其顶面开设有与第二开口405同轴的第三开口406,且气压平衡塞402的外表面上还均匀间隔设置有用于通过油墨的导槽407。
使用的时候,由于隔筒401通过第一开口404与储墨腔101连通,因此,油墨会先进入隔筒401内部,然后经由气压平衡塞402侧壁上的导槽407引入到圆柱凸起403的内部,最后通过第二开口405将墨水供给笔头300。当笔头300朝上时,气压平衡塞402利用大气压力与外界保持气压的平衡,从而防止笔头300上的油墨回流回储墨腔101。
优选地,如图1所示,笔嘴200内还设有吸墨海绵201。吸墨海绵201可以吸油墨,使得书写更加顺畅。本发明的笔头300采用的是亚克力笔头。使用亚克力生产工艺的气孔可随要求变更,让书写更加稳定流畅。
如图1所示,优选地,笔杆100内设有用于储存墨水的储墨腔101,该储墨腔101内还设有搅拌用的钢球102。
本发明的书写笔,由于在笔杆100内部设置了防倒流结构400,即使用户将笔头朝上也不会影响再次使用时的流畅度,其结构简单,也不会产生污染环境的粉尘。
以上实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据此实施,并不能限制本发明的保护范围。凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。
Claims (6)
1、一种书写笔,其特征在于,包括用于存储油墨的笔杆(100)、以及设置在所述笔杆(100)一端的书写组件;所述书写组件包括设置在所述笔杆(100)一端的笔嘴(200)、设于所述笔嘴(200)内的笔头(300),所述笔头(300)内贯穿有出墨孔,且其一端外露于所述笔嘴(200),另一端延伸至所述笔杆(100)内;所述笔头(300)延伸到所述笔杆(100)内的一端还设有用于防止油墨回流的防倒流结构(400)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的书写笔,其特征在于,所述防倒流结构(400)包括设于所述笔杆(100)内的隔筒(401)、和设于所述隔筒(401)内的气压平衡塞(402);所述隔筒(401)呈中空的圆柱状,所述隔筒(401)的外壁与所述笔杆(100)的内壁贴合,其一端设有与所述笔杆(100)内部连通的第一开口(404),另一端的内底面向内延伸有用于容纳所述笔头(300)端部的圆柱凸起(403),所述圆柱凸起(403)的顶面设有第二开口(405);
所述笔头(300)位于所述笔杆(100)内的一端延伸至所述圆柱凸起(403)内,所述气压平衡塞(402)从所述第一开口(404)放入并罩设在所述圆柱凸起(403)周围。
3、根据权利要求2所述的书写笔,其特征在于,所述气压平衡塞(402)的顶面开设有与所述第二开口(405)同轴的第三开口(406),且所述气压平衡塞(402)的外表面上还均匀间隔设置有用于通过油墨的导槽(407)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的书写笔,其特征在于,所述笔嘴(200)内还设有吸墨海绵(201)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的书写笔,其特征在于,所述笔头(300)为包括亚克力笔头。
6、根据权利要求1所述的书写笔,其特征在于,所述笔杆(100)设有用于储存墨水的储墨腔(101),所述储墨腔(101)内设有搅拌用的钢球(102)。
