Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de pulvérisation d'un produit isolant pour un fil nu aérien, comprenant deux barres de suspension agencées sur un crochet de déplacement (6). Des roues de déplacement sont agencées au niveau de parties tête des deux barres de suspension; les roues de déplacement se déplacent sur le fil nu aérien (1) par l'intermédiaire de rainures de déplacement sur les faces des roues; un arbre de sortie d'un moteur de traction (8) est raccordé mécaniquement à une extrémité d'entrée d'un mécanisme de transmission par engrenage (9), et une extrémité de sortie du mécanisme de transmission par engrenage est engrenée avec un engrenage menant qui est agencé à demeure sur un essieu avant (4). Un support en queue d'aronde (17) est agencé à demeure à l'extrémité arrière du crochet de déplacement, et une buse de peinture isolante (18) est agencée aux deux extrémités arrière du support en queue d'aronde. Le dispositif pulvérise uniformément une peinture isolante sur le fil nu aérien au moyen d'un mécanisme pneumatique, ce qui permet de résoudre la contradiction liée à un arbre à fil, d'éviter des vols d'électricité, de réduire les coûts et de diminuer les difficultés de construction.
