- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1절삭부는 상기 제1절삭부의 외주면이 상기 제2절삭부의 내주면에 접촉할 경우에 상기 제1절삭부의 일부를 이격시키는 접촉방지단을 가지며,상기 접촉방지단은 상기 제1절삭부의 외주면 방향에서 내주면 방향으로 절곡 형성되고, 상기 제1컷팅날 및 제1지지대의 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1절삭부는상기 제1컷팅날의 일단으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 제1컷팅날을 지지하는 적어도 하나의 제1지지대; 를 더 포함하고,상기 제2절삭부는상기 제2컷팅날의 일단으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 제2컷팅날을 지지하는 제2지지대; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1컷팅날의 중심점을 기준으로 상기 중심점에서 상기 제2컷팅날까지의 직선거리는 상기 제2지지대로부터 상기 제2컷팅날의 방향으로 갈수록 점차 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 대상물을 절삭하기 위해 폐쇄된 환형으로 형성된 제1컷팅날을 갖는 제1절삭부;상기 제1절삭부의 일면을 감싸도록 상기 제1컷팅날과 동일한 곡률로 형성된 제2컷팅날을 갖는 제2절삭부;상기 제1절삭부의 일측에서 상기 제1절삭부를 지지하는 제1프레임부;상기 제2절삭부의 일측에서 상기 제2절삭부를 지지하는 제2프레임부; 및상기 제1절삭부가 회동에 의해 상기 제2절삭부와 접촉되도록 상기 제1프레임부 및 제2프레임부를 힌지 결합시키는 결합부; 를 포함하고,상기 제1절삭부가 상기 결합부를 축으로 회동할 경우, 상기 제1절삭부의 외주면은 상기 제2절삭부의 내주면에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제2절삭부는 상기 제1절삭부의 외주면이 상기 제2절삭부의 내주면에 접촉할 경우에 상기 제2절삭부의 일부를 이격시키는 접촉방지단을 가지고,상기 접촉방지단은 상기 제2절삭부의 내주면 방향에서 외주면 방향으로 절곡 형성되고, 상기 제2컷팅날 및 제2지지대의 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1절삭부는 상기 제1절삭부의 외주면이 상기 제2절삭부의 내주면에 접촉할 경우에 상기 제1절삭부의 일부를 이격시키는 접촉방지단을 가지고,상기 접촉방지단은 상기 제1절삭부의 외주면 방향에서 내주면 방향으로 절곡 형성되고, 상기 제1컷팅날 및 제1지지대의 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1절삭부는상기 제1컷팅날의 일단으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 제1컷팅날을 지지하는 적어도 하나의 제1지지대; 를 더 포함하고,상기 제2절삭부는상기 제2컷팅날의 일단으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 제2컷팅날을 지지하는 적어도 하나의 제2지지대; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
- 제1항, 제9항 또는 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1프레임부 및 제2프레임부의 일단에는 원형의 파지수단이 각각 형성되고, 상기 제1절삭부 및 제2절삭부는 상기 파지수단의 평면을 기준으로 상기 파지수단과 수직이 되는 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는둥근 날 가위.
