在行业中, 通常使用的瓶装置包括盖和管口件, 将管口件安装在包装容器上, 盖装卸 自如地拧在管口件上, 以开闭管口件。 多年来, 对于具有瓶盖装置的包装容器, 在不被发 现瓶盖已被开封的情况下, 将盖打开而改换内容物之类的恶劣的商业行为已成为社会性的 问题。 后来有发明人设计了一种带有防盗箍的瓶盖, 其中, 瓶盖包括盖体和连接于盖沿的 防盗箍, 盖体为圆柱形结构, 其一端封闭, 另一端敞开, 盖体盖在管口件上, 盖体与管口 件通过螺纹连接、 旋紧。 箍由两段箍部件组成, 相邻箍部件之间接有切断片, 用以在盖稍 稍旋开时即出现断裂, 以便简易、 直观地反应盖被开封过, 还是未开封过。 箍的内壁上设 有至少两个爪部, 两个爪部沿盖的中心轴线呈对称布置。 在箍的内壁上还设有突起部。 在 盖体和箍之间周向连有至少两条连接片, 以保障盖在开封后箍移位变形但不会完全脱离盖 体。
但现有的防盗瓶盖装置仍存在一些不足, 由于封装时盖旋转的最终位置难以确定, 容 易导致两种不良密封状态: 一是旋转过紧, 导致消费者难以打开; 二是旋转不够, 导致密 封不实, 一旦包装袋外部受到一定挤压, 袋内内容物便从流出口漏出, 并且可能出现棘爪 与爪部未完全卡合, 导致在不切断连接片的情况下打开盖。
包装容器, 特别是饮料的包装容器是孩童的喜爱。市场上有部分饮料的瓶盖装置由于较 小, 其拧下来的小盖子往往会被一些尚未懂事的幼童误吞, 更甚者如若盖子卡在幼童喉部, 极易造成窒息, 不及时取出盖子的话还可能会发生生命危险。 为解决该问题, 有发明人设 计一种具有系带的瓶盖装置, 该系带使盖子拧下来后仍然连接在管口件或包装容器上, 这 种方式虽然在一定曾度上解决了误吞的问题, 但仍有不足之处; ώ于小孩在喝完包装容器 内饮料后, 往往不会立即将包装容器扔掉, 而是反复玩耍, 因而系带极易损坏使盖子脱落, 仍然存在被玩耍幼童误吞的危险。 此外, 还有发明人为防止幼童误吞, 根据幼童张嘴的大 小, 设计了 种比较大的盖子, 使幼童不能吞入; 此种方式 然也能防止大部分孩童误吞, 但仍不能排除 -些例外情况, 比如幼童嘴型较大, 或年龄较大的孩童等。 发明内容
本发明的 t:l的在于为解决上述问题, 提供一种用于包装容器的防盗型瓶盖装置, i亥瓶 盖装置能够从瓶盖旋转的切线方向上阻止盖体过拧, 避免消赀 , 尤其是孩童难以打丌盖 子, 同时水发明的瓶盖装置还能够防止大部分孩童不能吞入 I i屮, 即使被误吞卡住喉部时

确认本 也不会造成窒息, 因而具有良好的应用前景。
为实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种瓶盖装置,包括盖和具有圆筒状流出口的管口件, 所述盖通过螺纹与管口件的流出口装卸自如地连接, 其中, 所述管口件上设有从其外周突 出用于阻止所述盖旋进的挡板, 所述盖包括盖体, 盖体下缘设有与所述挡板外周卡合的防 盗箍; 所述防盗箍分割为两段箍部件, 各段箍部件之间通过切断片连接, 箍部件与盖体之 间通过连接片连接; 所述防盗箍内壁上设有四个沿盖的中心对称分布的爪部, 所述挡块外 周上设有四个与所述爪部卡合的棘爪; 在所述盖体下缘表面上, 沿圆周方向设有若干定位 槽, 该定位槽沿盖的旋进方向由浅渐深, 每个定位槽的深端在向下一个定位槽过渡时形成 具有轴向深度的挡壁; 在所述挡板的上表面对应于盖体定位槽的周向上设有若干定位块, 所述定位块滑进定位槽深端时, 定位块侧面碰到挡壁, 此时所述盖体与管口件密封, 所述 棘爪与爪部卡合。 所述盖还包括具有环状结构的把环, 所述把环套设于盖体外, 盖体和把 环之间具有可上下透气的通道, 盖体外周与把环内壁通过多个连接元件固定连接; 所述把 环上设有若干贯穿把环外周面和把环内壁面的透气孔, 该透气孔沿把环周向分布。
通过挡壁对定位块的阻挡, 从盖旋转的切线方向上阻止盖体过拧, 避免消费者, 尤其是 孩童难以打开盖子; 同时由于定位块被挡壁阻挡时恰好位于定位槽的最深处, 向前旋进会 受到挡壁的阻拦, 向后旋退会受到定位槽底部倾斜面的轻微阻拦, 防止因不小心摩擦触碰 而导致意外旋开盖子; 因而定位槽和定位块的配合使用, 既可防止盖子过拧, 又不会导致 发生盖子拧不紧的情况。 连接片保证在旋开盖时断开的切断片不会脱离盖体, 防止细小且 带有突刺的箍部件被随意丢弃而造成的环境污染或刺伤他人。
此外, 由于整个盖体增加了一个带有透气孔的把环, 增大了盖子的大小, 阻止了普通幼 童将盖子整个吞入口中, 同时整个盖子通过把环与盖体之间的间隙和把环周向的透气孔, 既可上下透气又可前后左右透气, 因而即使被孩童误吞也不会造成因盖子堵住喉部而产生 窒息的危险情况。
作为本方案的进一步改进, 所述定位块的上表面沿盖旋进的方向倾斜向下, 使定位块的 上表面与定位槽的斜面相贴合。
作为本方案的进一歩改进,所述定位块的上表面和所述定位槽的斜面设有用于增加摩擦 力的粗糙纹路。
将定位块和定位槽的斜面相贴合并设置粗糙纹路可增大摩擦力,让盖子在不会过拧的情 况下使盖子获得更好的旋紧效果。
作为本方案的进一歩改进, 所述爪部沿盖体旋开的方向向前倾斜, 所述棘爪沿盖体旋紧 的方向向前倾斜, 从而在旋开未开封的盖时, 使爪部与管口件上与之匹配的棘爪更加紧密 地扣紧。
通过将连接片与箍部件连接的位霄:设 f各自箍部件沿盖旋紧方向的前端,而将爪部设 各自箍部件沿盖旋紧方向的末端的方式, 使相邻箍部件的连接片和爪部分别设置在切断片 两端, 从而对切断片形成更大的张力, 既能 W效地降低对未开封状态的防盗箍进行恶意做 假的可能性, 亦能进一步确保盖在正常旋开时切断片必然断开的效果。
作为本方案的进一步改进, 所述盖体下缘的外周边设有沿径向向外延伸的盖檐, 盖檐的 外周直径大于或等于所述防盗箍的外周直径, 防盗箍内周直径大于盖体下缘的外周直径; 所述防盗箍与盖体下缘通过连接片连接, 该连接片沿盖体径向向外延伸, 连接片的背面与 盖檐连接, 箍部件通过连接片与盖体径向连接与盖檐轴向连接。
作为本方案的进一步改进, 所述每段箍部件通过一个连接片与盖体连接, 连接片与箍部 件连接的位置设于各自箍部件沿盖旋紧方向的前端, 各段箍部件的第一爪部设于各自箍部 件沿盖旋开方向的前端, 以便对切断片端点形成更大的张力。
作为本方案的一种改进, 所述连接元件为片状结构, 该片状连接元件沿周向均匀分布。 作为本方案的一种改进, 所述片状连接元件具有扇形的曲面, 该扇形连接原件呈螺旋状 对称设置。
作为本方案的进一步改进, 所述透气孔沿把环周向均匀分布, 防止瓶盖出现径向透气死 角的情况; 所述盖体的顶面低于透气孔的上壁所在平面, 使把环通过透气孔可以沿多个径 向透气。
作为本方案的进一步改进, 所述把环的环形内壁为光滑的直面, 以方便实际生产制造时 的脱模成型; 把环的外壁为向外周凸起的曲面, 相邻透气孔之间的曲面上设有防滑条纹, 使得手握时既舒适又不打滑。 附图说明

实施例 - : 本发明瓶盖装置的一种实施例, 包括盖和具有管状流出口的管口件, 盖和管口件通过 螺紋连接匹配使用,盖可装卸自如地拧在流出口外周上并将流出口密封。
如图 1至图 8所示, 盖包括盖体 3、 把环 1和防盗箍 4, 所述盖体 3套设于所述把环 1 内, 盖体 3外周通过扇形舌片 2与把环内壁 11a连接, 盖体 3、 舌片 2和把环 1为一体成型 的结构, 盖体 3和把环 1之间的间隙可上下通透; 所述把环 1在旋转盖时起到可供握紧的 作用; 所述防盗箍 4设于盖体 1下方通过连接片 43与盖体 3连接。
所述盖体 3为圆筒状的结构, 盖体 3内壁设有与管扣件匹配使用的螺纹 32, 盖体 3与 管口件通过螺纹连接、 旋紧; 盖体下缘 30b的外周边设有沿径向向外延伸的盖檐 34, 盖檐 34的外周直径大于或等于所述防盗箍 4的外周直径; 盖体 3的盖顶 30a内设有与管口件内 壁贴合的密封环 35, 当盖体 3旋紧吋用以密封管口件, 盖体 3的盖顶 30a内还设有紧邻密 封环 35的密封片, 密封片与密封环 35的间距小于管口件的壁厚, 以便紧贴管口件上端, 通过对管口件的两层密封, 以实现对管口件更好的密封效果。
盖体 3的下缘 30b表面均匀设有四个定位槽 31,四个定位槽 31沿盖体下缘 30b表面的 周向首尾相连, 每个定位槽 31都是沿盖的旋进方向 K由浅渐深的斜面, SP, 每个定位槽 31 的浅端与上一个定位槽的深端连接, 深端则与下一个定位槽的浅端连接, 从而, 在相邻定 位槽 31的深端和浅端之间过渡时, 形成了一个具有轴向深度的挡壁 33, 该挡壁 33用以在 盖拧紧时, 从旋转的切线方向上阻止盖体 3过拧。
所述把环 1为环状的结构, 把环 1的上缘 10a内径大小和下缘 10b内径大小相等, 把 环 1的环形内壁 11a为光滑的直面, 以方便实际生产制造时的脱模成型; 把环 1的外壁 l ib 为向外周凸起的曲面, 曲面上设有防滑条纹 13, 使得手握时既舒适又不打滑。 把环中部偏 上沿周向还对称设有四个透气孔 12。
把环 1和盖体 3之间通过四个扇形舌片 2连接, 舌片 2呈螺旋状对称设置, 舌片 2内 边与盖体 3外周连接, 外边与把环内壁 1 1a连接, 使盖体 3、 舌片 2和把环 1为一体成型的 结构; 把环下缘 10b、 舌片下缘 20b和盖檐 34下表面处于同一平面, 而盖体下缘 30b则向 下略凸出该平面; 盖体的顶面 30a低于把环上缘 10a所在的平面, 同时略低于透气孔 12的 上壁, 使得各透气孔 12之间相互通透, 从而整个盖子既可上下透气又可前后左右透气, 即 使被小孩误吞也不会造成因盖子堵住喉部而产生窒息的情况; 舌片 2的上缘 20a在把环上 缘 10a和盖体顶面 30a之间倾斜过渡连接。
所述防盗箍 4设于盖体 3下方通过连接片 43与盖体 3连接, 防盗箍 4的内周直径大于 盖体下缘 30b的外周直径, 防盗箍 4的外周直径小于或等于盖檐 34的外周直径, 使得防盗 箍 4位于盖檐 34的下方, 起到一定的防护作用。
防盗箍 4由两段箍部件组成, 相邻箍部件之间连接有切断片 41, 该切断片 41用以在盖 稍稍旋开时即出现断裂, 以便简易、 ώ观地反应盖是否被开封过。 在本实施例中, 两段箍 部件为等弧度箍部件, 在其他实施例屮, 还可采用非均匀分割方式划分箍部件, 以'、 iHHl 同或近似的圆环分段功能和效果。 所述切断片 41对应的切断口 42朝向内侧, 即盖檐 : 1的 方向, 从而使防盗箍 4 的表面平整, 有效防止切断口划到异物而造成切断片意外损坏, 或 划到手指造成对手指的伤害。
本实施例中的两段箍部件各自通过一个连接片 43与盖体 3连接, 用以保证在旋开盖时 断开切断片的箍部件不会掉离盖体 3,并防止细小且带有突刺的箍部件被随意丢弃而造成的 环境污染或刺伤他人; 连接片 43与箍部件连接的位置设于各自箍部件沿盖旋紧方向 K的前 端; 该连接片 43沿盖体 3的径向向外延伸, 连接片 43的背面与盖檐 34连接, 箍部件通过 连接片 43与盖体 3径向连接且与盖檐 34轴向连接, 以使连接片 43更加稳固地连接盖体 3 和箍部件,让箍部件不会因切断片 41被旋转扯断的张力而与盖体 3分离。在其他实施例中, 连接片 43的数量也可根据防盗箍 4的分段数量选择两条以上的其他数量, 以实现相同或近 似的功能和效果, 不以此为限。
防盗箍 4的内壁上设有四个爪部 44, 每段箍部件包括两个爪部 44, 各段箍部件的第一 爪部 44a设于各自箍部件沿盖旋开方向 L的前端, 以便对切断片 41端点形成更大的张力; 各段箍部件的第二爪部 44b设于离各段箍部件第一爪部 44a稍远的内壁上。 通过将连接片 43与箍部件连接的位置设于各自箍部件沿盖旋紧方向 K的前端,而将爪部 44设于各自箍部 件沿盖旋紧方向 K的末端的方式, 使相邻箍部件的连接片 43和爪部 44分别设置在切断片 41两端, 从而对切断片 41形成更大的张力, 既能有效地降低对未开封状态的防盗箍 4进行 恶意做假的可能性, 亦能进一步确保盖在正常旋开时切断片必然断开的效果。
爪部 44沿盖的旋幵方向 L向前稍倾斜, 从而在旋开未开封的盖时, 使爪部 44与管口 件上与之匹配的棘爪 71更加紧密地扣紧; 爪部 44的结构可以是单峰形式, 也可是多峰形 式; 不同段的箍部件的爪部 44沿盖的中心对称布置。
如图 9和图 10所示, 管口件为圆筒状的管件, 其中部为流通通道 51, 用于形成包装袋 内物质灌入 /流出的通道。 在管口件外周的中部设置沿径向向外伸展的基座 60, 基座 60靠 上侧的部分为流出口 53, 流出口外周设有与盖配套使用的螺纹, 基座靠下侧的部分为管部 55。 流出口 53的高度与盖的高度相匹配, 并保证盖与基座 60有一定间隙, 方便盖的旋转 操作。
在流出口 53的下端部设有从流出口 53的外周面向外突出的一对挡板 70,各挡板 70呈 扇形形状并相互对称设置, 其外边缘呈具有规定曲率的圆弧状。 各挡板 70的外边缘以位于 基座 60外边缘的内侧的方式形成。 挡板 70在与容器的前面部和背面部相对应位置上两者 分离丌, 两者的端面彼此平行、 且分别相向。 挡板 70设置在离上层基座 60A规定距离的上 方位置上, 挡板 70与上层基座 60A之间形成有间隙, 该间隙之间设有连接挡板和上层基座 60A的加强肋, 用以支持挡板而不会被盖旋紧的压力压坏。
挡板 70上向外周凸出设有四个与防盗箍 4的爪部 44相互配合的棘爪 71, 用于在旋出 未开封的盖时, 爪部 44与棘爪 71分别同时卡合, 当盖继续旋出时, 爪部 44与棘爪 71相 互作用力变人, 各段箍部件之间的切断片 41受到的拉扯力随着变人, 拉扯力达到阈值时, 切断片 4 1将会被扯断, 防盗箍 4的各段箍部件被分开, 爪部 44 ^棘爪 71不再卡合, 此时 盖可继续旋出。 棘爪 71均设于挡板 70上, 将所有棘爪 71提高到同一高度平面, 提高了棘 爪 71与爪部的接触点数, 从而增强了盖在开封初期棘爪 71与爪部的卡合效果, 对防盗箍 4 起到了更好的张紧作用, 因而使防盗箍 4 的移位变形更灵敏有效, 也更明显, 达到了更灵 敏、 准确地直接识别是否已被开封的效果。 此外, 为进一步提高棘爪 71和爪部 44的卡合 效果, 将棘爪 71凸起的方向设置成沿盖旋紧的方向 K倾斜, 即逆向盖旋开的方向 L。
挡板 70上表面设有至少两个定位块 73, 当盖旋紧时, 定位块 73对准盖体下缘 30b并 与定位槽 31相互配合, 即定位块 73的上表面与定位槽 31的斜面相互贴合, 用以在盖拧紧 后, 管口件的流出口刚好被密封环密闭, 防止内容物渗漏。 为进一步使定位块 73与定位槽 31更加匹配, 将定位块 73的上表面设置成沿盖旋紧的方向 K倾斜向下, 使之与定位槽 31 的斜面相应; 当定位块 73与定位槽 31 因盖的旋紧而相互紧压时, 若继续旋紧盖, 则定位 块 73的侧面即会碰到定位槽的挡壁 33, 从而在旋转的切线方向上阻止盖过拧。
在本实施例中, 出于加工工艺的需要, 基座 60以在上下方向上成为三层的方式形成, 各基座分别形成在左右方向上横向较长的八角形状, 以流出口 53为中心, 其下面与容器的 上边缘接触, 防止在制造过程中该管口件掉入容器的内部。 在工艺发展过程中, 如能以三 层以下的工艺结构实现相同或近似的功能和效果, 也可采用少于三层的结构形式。
管部 55的上部设有沿管径方向伸出的安装片 57,用于与包装袋紧贴而固定安装在包装 袋上。 安装片 57上设有刻线或花纹, 用以起到更好的紧固安装效果。 管部 55的下部设有 导流结构。 导流结构包括紧邻安装片 57正下方设置的导流片 58, 用于引导灌入包装袋中的 物质顺畅流入包装袋中。 导流结构还有开设于管部壁上的导入口 59, 用于让灌入物质有效 地通过管口件流入包装袋中。
组装时将盖拧合在管口件上, 在盖密闭着管口件的状态下, 爪部与棘爪 71卡合。 且由 于在管口件上设有定位块 73, 当盖旋进到位时, 可以容易地区别盖是开封状态还是维持密 闭状态。
当开始向盖施力以拧开盖时, 随盖的旋转位移增加, 处于卡合状态的爪部与棘爪 71, 在箍的周向张紧力作用下, 迫使箍被棘爪 71牵制, 而使切断片被拉断。 且箍在连接片的作 用下, 相对盖体发生明显变形但不会完全脱离盖体, 以便灵敏、 简易、 直观、 准确地识别 盖被开封过, 还是未幵封过, 并兼具使用安全性。
实施例二:
本发明瓶盖装置的另一种实施例, 包括盖和具有管状流出口的管口件, 盖和管口件通 过螺纹连接匹配使用,盖可装卸自如地拧在流出口外周上并将流出口密封。
如图 1 1和图 12所示, 盖包括盖体 3、 把环 1和防盗箍 4, 所述盖体 3套设于所述把环 1内, 盖体 3外周通过扇形舌片 2 把环内壁连接。 本实施例二的瓶盖装置与实施例一的不 同之处在于缺少透气孔, 虽然实施例 :的透气效果没有实施一好, 但胜在工艺比实施例 - 简单, 成本更低。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教 , 水发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进 行变更和修改。 因此, 本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式, 对本发明的一 些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。 此外, 尽管本说明书中使用了 一些特定的术语, 但这些术语只是为了方便说明, 并不对本发明构成任何限制。

1、 一种瓶盖装置, 包括盖和具有圆筒状流出口的管口件,所述盖通过螺纹与管口件的 流出口装卸自如地连接, 其中, 所述管口件上设有从其外周突出用于阻止所述盖旋进的挡 板, 所述盖包括盖体, 盖体下缘设有与所述挡板外周卡合的防盗箍; 所述防盗箍分割为两 段箍部件, 各段箍部件之间通过切断片连接, 箍部件与盖体之间通过连接片连接; 所述防 盗箍内壁上设有四个沿盖的中心对称分布的爪部, 所述挡块外周上设有四个与所述爪部卡 合的棘爪, 其特征在于:
在所述盖体下缘表面上, 沿圆周方向设有若干定位槽, 该定位槽沿盖的旋进方向由浅 渐深, 每个定位槽的深端在向下一个定位槽过渡时形成具有轴向深度的挡壁; 在所述挡板 的上表面对应于盖体定位槽的周向上设有若干定位块, 所述定位块滑进定位槽深端时, 定 位块侧面碰到挡壁, 此时所述盖体与管口件密封, 所述棘爪与爪部卡合。
所述盖还包括具有环状结构的把环, 所述把环套设于盖体外, 盖体和把环之间具有可 上下透气的通道, 盖体外周与把环内壁通过多个连接元件固定连接; 所述把环上设有若干 贯穿把环外周面和把环内壁面的透气孔, 该透气孔沿把环周向分布。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的瓶盖装置, 其特征在于: 所述定位块的上表面沿盖旋进的方 向倾斜向下, 使定位块的上表面与定位槽的斜面相贴合。
3、 按照权利要求 1所述的瓶盖装置, 其特征在于: 所述定位块的上表面和所述定位槽 的斜面设有用于增加摩擦力的粗糙纹路。
4、 按照权利要求 1所述的瓶盖装置, 其特征在于: 所述爪部沿盖体旋开的方向向前倾 斜, 所述棘爪沿盖体旋紧的方向向前倾斜, 从而在旋开未开封的盖时, 使爪部与管口件上 与之匹配的棘爪更加紧密地扣紧。
5、 按照权利要求 1所述的瓶盖装置, 其特征在于: 所述盖体下缘的外周边设有沿径向 向外延伸的盖檐, 盖檐的外周直径大于或等于所述防盗箍的外周直径, 防盗箍内周直径大 于盖体下缘的外周直径; 所述防盗箍与盖体下缘通过连接片连接, 该连接片沿盖体径向向 外延伸, 连接片的背面与盖檐连接, 箍部件通过连接片与盖体径向连接与盖檐轴向连接。
