Abstract

一种油箱防盗装置及设置有该油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱。所述油箱防盗装置设置在油箱加油口上,用于防止从油箱加油口盗取燃油。所述油箱防盗装置包括:盒体(1),盒体(1)的至少一个侧壁上设置有至少一个第一滤网(12);加油管(2),加油管(2)从盒体(1)的上顶面向盒体(1)外伸出,加油管(2)的一端设置有能够拆卸的顶盖(22),加油管(2)的另一端与所述盒体(1)连接,且加油管(2)与盒体(1)二者内部相通,加油管(2)的管体内部以可拆卸的方式设置有第二滤网(23),燃油从加油管(2)的设置有顶盖(22)的一端加入,穿过第二滤网(23)后流入盒体(1)内,并穿过第一滤网(12)进入油箱中。该油箱防盗装置及设置有该油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱能够兼顾防盗和过滤并同时保证维护简易性。

Description

油箱防盗装置及防盗油箱 本申请要求于 2012 年 4 月 5 日提交中国专利局, 申请号为 201210096932. 1 , 发明名称为 "油箱防盗装置及防盗油箱" 的中国专利申请的 优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及能源领域,尤其涉及一种油箱防盗装置及具有该油箱防盗装置 的防盗油箱,该油箱防盗装置一方面可以在加油时滤除所加燃油中存在的颗粒 物或其它杂质, 另一方面可以防止他人经由加油口从油箱盗取燃油。 背景技术
一些附有燃油箱的机械设备,特别是需要经常在野外作业或者需要在野外 泊靠的机械设备, 以及一些需要在野外作业的附有燃油箱的发电设备, 例如发 电机、 小汽车、 工程机械等, 需要经常向其燃油箱中补充燃油, 补充燃油的过 程需要考虑滤除所加燃油中存在的颗粒物或其它杂质, 以利于设备的正常运 行。 此外, 在这些设备放置在野外无人看护的情况下, 需要考虑防止他人经由 加油口从油箱盗取燃油。 图 1显示了目前一种典型的发电机组用的燃油箱加油盖结构,其大体上分 为上下两个部分, 上部主要包括拧盖, 下部包括用于滤除待补充燃油中杂质的 加油滤网。 这种加油盖没有设置任何防盗装置, 只要打开加油盖, 就可通过加 油管从油箱中偷取燃油。 为了防止他人盗取油箱中的燃油, 已提出在这种燃油 箱加油盖设置防盗加油口结构。 图 2a、 图 2b和图 2c示出现有防盗加油口结 构的例子。 在如图 2a、 图 2b和图 2c所示的加油口结构中, 滤网一体地焊接 在连接法兰上(见图 2a ), 或者将常规的加油盖换为带锁加油盖 (见图 2b和 2c ), 这样防止偷盗者从加油口处盗取燃油。 然而,这种加油盖尽管通过带锁加油盖或者将滤网焊接在连接法兰上的方 式可以一定程度上起到防止偷盗者从加油口处盗取燃油的作用,但是,加油滤 网一般为塑料网或铁丝网结构, 很容易被尖锐物体破坏, 在此情况下, 不可能 起到滤除所加燃油中存在的颗粒物或其它杂质的作用。 而且,现有的加油口中 所釆用的加油滤网通常是特制滤网,一般开孔很大,很难起到过滤燃油杂质的 作用。 此外, 滤网和法兰一起焊接在油箱上, 这样, 一旦滤网堵塞, 不能方便 地将滤网取出清洗, 因此维护不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种兼顾防盗和过滤并同时保证维护简易性的油箱防盗装 置及防盗油箱, 以达到更好的防盗效果, 减少燃油从加油口被盗现象, 降低客 户的经济损失, 同时降低油箱及滤网维护的难度。
一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种油箱防盗装置, 所述油箱防盗装置设置 在油箱加油口上, 用于防止从油箱加油口盗取燃油, 所述油箱防盗装置包括: 盒体, 所述盒体的至少一个侧壁上设置有至少一个第一滤网; 加油管, 所述加 油管从所述盒体的上顶面向盒体外伸出,所述加油管的一端设置有能够拆卸的 顶盖, 所述加油管的另一端与所述盒体连接,且所述加油管与所述盒体二者内 部相通, 所述加油管的管体内部以可拆卸的方式设置有第二滤网, 燃油从所述 加油管的设置有顶盖的一端加入, 穿过所述第二滤网后流入所述盒体内, 并穿 过所述第一滤网进入油箱中。
另一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种防盗油箱, 包括: 箱体、 燃油入口和 燃油出口, 其中在所述燃油入口处设置有如油箱防盗装置, 所述油箱防盗装置 包括: 盒体, 所述盒体的至少一个侧壁上设置有至少一个第一滤网; 加油管, 所述加油管从所述盒体的上顶面向盒体外伸出,所述加油管的一端设置有能够 拆卸的顶盖, 所述加油管的另一端与所述盒体连接,且所述加油管与所述盒体 二者内部相通, 所述加油管的管体内部以可拆卸的方式设置有第二滤网, 燃油 从所述加油管的设置有顶盖的一端加入, 穿过所述第二滤网后流入所述盒体 内, 并穿过所述第一滤网进入油箱中。 本发明提供的油箱防盗装置和防盗油箱,能够兼顾防盗和过滤并同时保证 维护简易性。 具体而言, 在过滤性能方面, 由于加油管的管体内部设置有第二 滤网, 因此在进行加油作业后, 第二滤网将燃油中的杂物截留下来, 实现对燃 油的过滤功能。而且,由于在油箱防盗装置的盒体的侧壁上还设置有第一滤网, 这可以进一步强化燃油的过滤效果。在可维护性方面, 当需要对第二滤网进行 诸如清洗或更换等维护工作时,只需将以可拆卸的方式设置于加油管的管体内 部的第二滤网取出进行维护即可, 这保证了维护的简易性。 此外, 在防盗性能 方面,如果他人从加油管伸入硬质管来从油箱中抽取燃油时,硬质管受到盒体 的限制而不能直接伸入贮有燃油的油箱, 因此无法抽油; 如果他人从加油管伸 入软质管来从油箱中抽取燃油时,软质管因盒体侧壁上所设置的第一滤网而不 能伸入到贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油, 这样可以有效地实现防盗的功能。
本发明提供的油箱防盗装置和具有所述油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱可以用 于柴油发电机组中,还可以应用在任何其它既能在补充燃油时实现过滤的功能 又能防止他人从加油口盗取燃油的功能的场合,例如可以应用于小汽车、卡车、 工程机械、 农业机械、 户外发电机等中。 附图说明

以下将结合附图通过具体的实施例来清楚、 完整地描述本发明。 显然, 所 描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例, 本领域技术 人员可以通过本发明所公开的内容了解本发明的其它特征和效果。
图 3 是根据本发明的具有油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱的立体示意图, 图 4 是图 3所示具有油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱的正视示意图, 图 5a是图 4所示油 箱防盗装置的放大示意图, 图 5b是图 4所示油箱防盗装置的俯视示意图。 如 图 3、 图 4和图 5a、 图 5b所示, 本发明一个实施例的具有油箱防盗装置的防 盗油箱包括箱体 3、 燃油入口 31和燃油出口 32。 燃油入口 31和燃油出口 32 分别设置在箱体 3的顶侧和底角侧, 并且在燃油入口 31处设置有根据本发明 一个实施例的油箱防盗装置。 加注的燃油流经油箱防盗装置后从燃油入口 31 注入箱体 3内, 在油箱工作状态下, 燃油从油箱的燃油出口 32处输出燃油。
具体如图 5a和图 5b所示, 根据本发明一个实施例的油箱防盗装置包括: 盒体 1 , 该盒体的至少一个侧壁上设置有至少一个第一滤网 12 ; 加油管 2 , 该 加油管 2从盒体 1的上顶面 11向盒体外伸出, 加油管 2的一端设置有能够拆 卸的顶盖 22 , 加油管 2的另一端与盒体 1连接, 并且加油管 2与盒体 1二者 内部相通, 加油管 1的管体 21内部以可拆卸的方式设置有第二滤网 23 , 燃油 从加油管 1的设置有能够拆卸的顶盖 22的一端加入,穿过第二滤网 23后流入 盒体 1内, 并穿过第一滤网 12进入油箱中。
如图 5a和图 5b所示并参见图 4 , 加油管 2和盒体 1通过已知的任何连接 方式固定于防盗油箱的箱体 3的顶壁 33 , 其中加油管 1的设置有顶盖 22的一 端位于箱体 3的顶壁 33的外部, 加油管 1的与盒体 1连接的另一端以及盒体 1位于箱体 3的顶壁 3的外部。 这样, 本发明的油箱防盗装置可以方便地设置 到油箱上。 由于加油管 1与盒体 1二者内部相通,因而可以使燃油在从加油管 1的设 置有能够拆卸的顶盖 22的一端加入并穿过第二滤网 23后流入盒体 1内,进而 穿过第一滤网 12进入油箱中, 完成加油过程并实现了过滤燃油的目的。
在根据本发明的该实施例中, 如图 4、 图 5a和图 5b所示, 盒体 1为长方 体盒体,加油管 1在沿其轴向向下延伸时与盒体 1的顶壁相交,加油管 1的径 向轮廓在盒体 1中的投影处于盒体 1的底壁, 远离设置有第一滤网 12的盒体 1的侧壁。 这样, 如果他人从加油管 2伸入硬质管欲从油箱中抽取燃油时, 硬 质管由于不能拐弯而会被盒体 1限制, 例如被盒体 1的侧壁挡住,从而硬质管 不能直接伸入贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油。 另一方面, 如果他人从加油管 2 伸入软质管欲从油箱中抽取燃油时, 软质管尽管可能会拐弯而触及到盒体 1 的侧壁, 但由于盒体 1 的侧壁上设置有第一滤网 12 , 从而软质管不能伸入到 贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油。
在根据本发明的该实施例中, 向盒体 1 外引出的加油管 2垂直于盒体 1 的上顶面 11。 当然, 向盒体 1外引出的加油管 2也可以不垂直于盒体 1的上 顶面 11 , 即, 向盒体 1外引出的加油管 2与盒体 1的上顶面 11呈倾斜状态。 向盒体外引出的加油管无论是否垂直于盒体上顶面,均可以良好地实现本发明 目的,但在某些情况下油箱上部需要安装其它装置,加油管向整个油箱或者载 有油箱的机械设备外侧稍微倾斜, 例如倾斜成与盒体上顶面呈 60度角, 这可 以减少加油作业受油箱上部设置的其它装置的干扰。
图 6至图 8示出根据本发明另一个实施例的油箱防盗装置,其中图 6是图
3所示具有油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱的局部右视剖视图, 图 7是图 6的右视示 意图,示出本发明油箱防盗装置的燃油流路示意图,图 8是图 6的俯视示意图, 示出本发明油箱防盗装置的燃油流路示意图。 本发明该实施例与以上参照图 3、 图 4和图 5a、 图 5b描述的实施例的区别在于盒体 1的形状结构不同, 因 此以下仅描述二者的不同而略去相同内容的赘述。 如图 6、 图 7和图 8所示, 盒体 1为 T形盒体, 其中所述 T形盒体包括 如图 8所示的构成 T字形的横部和竖部, 其中, 图 8所示的 T形盒体的左 边长方体部分为横部,右边的长方体部分(即标识有上下箭头的部分)为竖部, 加油管 1在沿其轴向向下延伸时与盒体 1的顶壁相交,加油管 1的径向轮廓在 盒体 1中的投影处于 T形盒体的竖部, 而盒体 1的设置有第一滤网 12的侧壁 为 T形盒体的横部的侧壁。 也就是说, 第一滤网 12远离加油管 2的径向轮廓 在盒体 1中的投影。这样, 如果他人从加油管 2伸入硬质管欲从油箱中抽取燃 油时,硬质管由于不能拐弯而不会从 T形盒体 1的竖部伸到 T形盒体 1的横部, 从而硬质管不能直接伸入贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油。 另一方面, 如果他人从 加油管 1 伸入软质管欲从油箱中抽取燃油时, 软质管尽管可能会拐弯而从 T 形盒体 1的竖部伸到 T形盒体 1的横部并从而可能触及到 T形盒体 1的横部的 侧壁, 但由于 T形盒体 1的横部的侧壁上设置有第一滤网 12 , 从而软质管不 能伸入到贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油。
尽管附图没有示出,但是加油管 1的径向轮廓在盒体 1中的投影也可处于 T形盒体的横部, 而盒体 1的设置有第一滤网 12的侧壁为 T形盒体的竖部的 侧壁。 这同样使得第一滤网 12远离加油管 1的径向轮廓在盒体 1中的投影。 这样,如果他人从加油管 2伸入硬质管欲从油箱中抽取燃油时,硬质管由于不 能拐弯而不会从 T形盒体 1的横部伸到 T形盒体 1的竖部,从而硬质管不能直 接伸入贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油。 另一方面, 如果他人从加油管 1伸入软质 管欲从油箱中抽取燃油时 ,软质管尽管可能会拐弯而从 T形盒体 1的横部伸到 T形盒体 1的竖部并从而可能触及到 T形盒体 1的竖部的侧壁, 但由于 T形盒 体 1 的竖部的侧壁上设置有第一滤网 12 , 从而软质管不能伸入到贮有燃油的 油箱, 无法抽油„
在根据本发明的该实施例中,如图 7和图 8中由箭头标示的燃油流路所示, 燃油在从加油管 1的设置有能够拆卸的顶盖 22的一端加入并穿过设置在管体 21内部的第二滤网 23后,下行进入 T形盒体 1的 T字形的竖部中,然后分流, 分别进入 T形盒体 1的 T字形的横部中。其后, 燃油穿过 T形盒体 1的 T字形 的横部的侧壁上设置的第一滤网 12而进入油箱中, 从而完成加油过程并同时 实现了过滤燃油的目的。
在根据本发明的该实施例中, 向盒体 1外引出的加油管 2不垂直于盒体 1 的上顶面 11 , 即, 向盒体 1外引出的加油管 2与盒体 1的上顶面 11呈倾斜状 态。 当然, 向盒体 1外引出的加油管 2也可以垂直于盒体 1的上顶面 11。 向 盒体外引出的加油管无论是否垂直于盒体上顶面,均可以良好地实现本发明目 的,但在某些情况下油箱上部需要安装其它装置,加油管向整个油箱或者载有 油箱的机械设备外侧稍微倾斜, 例如倾斜成与盒体上顶面呈 60度角, 这减少 加油作业受油箱上部设置的其它装置的干扰。
在根据本发明的以上所有实施例中, 第一滤网 12可以例如通过焊接而固 定于盒体 1的侧壁。 优选地, 第一滤网 12是硬质滤网, 例如其是焊接于盒体 上并构成盒体侧壁的一部分。这样可以更加有利于防止从油箱中盗取燃油, 同 时也进一步强化了燃油过滤效果。
在根据本发明的以上所有实施例中 ,盒体 1除了是长方体盒体或者 τ形盒 体外, 还可以根据实际需要选择为其他形状, 例如正方体盒体。 长方体盒体的 好处是可以使盒体在至少一个水平方向有较长的伸展距离,从而可使第一滤网
12远离加油管 2的径向轮廓在盒体中的投影面, 避免盗取燃油软管或硬管对 滤网造成损伤。 T 形盒体在安装到油箱中后, 从俯视方向看为字母 "T" 的形 状, 但其整体为一盒体。 对于 T形盒体而言, 加油管 2可以从 T字形的竖部从 盒体上顶面 11向盒体外引出,在此情况下, 第一滤网 12设置在 T字形的横部 的至少一侧端上。 优选地, 为了加强燃油的过滤效果, 在 T字形的横部的两侧 端上都设置有第一滤网 12。 可选地, 加油管 2可以从 T字形的横部从盒体上 顶面 11向盒体外引出,在此情况下, 第一滤网 12设置在 T字形的竖部的至少 一侧端上。
在根据本发明的以上所有实施例中, 盒体 1的上顶面 11基本上为平面。 上顶面为平面的好处是在将本发明油箱防盗装置安装到油箱中时,平面的上顶 面可以与油箱的顶面配合, 例如可以方便地焊接到油箱的顶面。
在根据本发明的以上所有实施例中, 第二滤网 23以可拆卸的方式设置于 加油管 2的管体 21 内部。 本领域技术人员可以理解, 在进行加油作业后, 第 二滤网 23将燃油中的杂物截留下来, 从而实现燃油的过滤功能。 当需要对第 二滤网 23进行诸如清洗或更换等维护工作时, 只需将处于加油管 1的管体 21 内部的第二滤网 23取出进行维护即可。 这样, 第二滤网 23以可拆卸的方式设 置于管体 21 内有利于对滤网中所截留的燃油杂物进行清洁。 可见, 第二滤网 23 的设置方式与现有技术基本上相同, 虽然该第二滤网可能会被他人打开以 试图从油箱中盗取燃油,但是由于在本发明油箱防盗装置中盒体 1的特殊设计 而难以向油箱中插入硬管或者软管。 由此, 本发明的油箱防盗装置既实现了为 油箱进行滤油的目的, 又可以防止他人从油箱中盗取燃油。
在根据本发明的以上所有实施例中, 第二滤网 23可以是金属材质或者塑 料材质的。 本领域技术人员可以理解, 釆用不同材质对于实现本发明目的没有 不利的影响。 另外, 对于第一滤网和第二滤网, 本领域技术人员可以根据已有 知识和经验容易设计和安排二者的孔径,考虑的因素例如包括加油速度和过滤 效果等。 考虑到第二滤网 23在拆卸、 清洗、 更换等方面更加方便, 在加油速 度可接受的范围内, 第二滤网 23可以考虑釆用孔径更小的滤网。
此外,在具有根据本发明的油箱防盗装置的防盗油箱中, 油箱防盗装置设 置于箱体 3的顶壁 33。具体参见图 4 ,加油管 2和盒体 1通过已知的任何连接 方式固定于防盗油箱的箱体 3的顶壁 33 , 其中加油管 1的设置有顶盖 22的所 述一端位于箱体 3的顶壁 33的外部, 加油管 1的与盒体 1连接的所述另一端 以及盒体 1位于箱体 3的顶壁 3的外部。一方面, 由于本发明的油箱防盗装置 具有过滤功能, 因此可以保证注入到油箱中的燃油的品质; 另一方面, 由于本 发明的油箱防盗装置的特殊设计, 他人无法使用软管或者硬管从油箱盗取燃 油。
综上所述, 利用本发明的油箱防盗装置及具有该油箱防盗装置的防盗油 箱, 能够兼顾防盗和过滤并同时保证维护简易性。 具体而言, 如果他人从加油 管伸入硬质管欲从油箱中抽取燃油时 ,硬质管由于受到盒体的限制而不能直接 伸入贮有燃油的油箱, 无法抽油; 如果他人从加油管伸入软质管欲从油箱中抽 取燃油时,软质管因盒体侧壁上所设置的第一滤网而不能伸入到贮有燃油的油 箱, 无法抽油。 此外, 第二滤网以可拆卸的方式设置于加油管的管体内部, 这 样, 在进行加油作业后, 第二滤网将燃油中的杂物截留下来, 实现对燃油的过 滤功能。 同时, 当需要对第二滤网进行诸如清洗或更换等维护工作时, 只需将 处于加油管管体内部的第二滤网取出进行维护即可。 而且, 由于设置在油箱防 盗装置的盒体的侧壁上的第一滤网, 还可以进一步强化燃油的过滤效果。
尽管申请人在上文以各种实施方案对本发明作了详细阐述,然而本领域技 术人员可以在本发明的精神和范围内对这些实施方案进行各种形式的组合、修 改, 这些组合或修改的实施方案均落在本发明所要求保护的范围内。
以上所描述的实施例仅是示例性的。本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明 的范围和主旨的情况下对上述的实施例进行各种修改和变型。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种油箱防盗装置, 所述油箱防盗装置设置在油箱加油口上, 用于防 止从油箱加油口盗取燃油, 其特征在于, 所述油箱防盗装置包括:
盒体, 所述盒体的至少一个侧壁上设置有至少一个第一滤网;
加油管, 所述加油管从所述盒体的上顶面向盒体外伸出, 所述加油管的一 端设置有能够拆卸的顶盖, 所述加油管的另一端与所述盒体连接,且所述加油 管与所述盒体二者内部相通,所述加油管的管体内部以可拆卸的方式设置有第 二滤网, 燃油从所述加油管的设置有顶盖的一端加入, 穿过所述第二滤网后流 入所述盒体内, 并穿过所述第一滤网进入油箱中。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的油箱防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述盒体为长方 体盒体, 所述加油管在沿其轴向向下延伸时与所述盒体的顶壁相交, 所述加油 管的径向轮廓在所述盒体中的投影处于所述盒体的底壁。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的油箱防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述盒体为 T形 盒体, 其中所述 T形盒体包括构成 T字形的横部和竖部, 所述加油管在沿其 轴向向下延伸时与所述盒体的顶壁相交,所述加油管的径向轮廓在所述盒体中 的投影处于所述 T形盒体的竖部 ,而所述盒体的设置有所述第一滤网的侧壁为 所述 T形盒体的横部的侧壁。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的油箱防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述盒体为 T形 盒体, 其中所述 T形盒体包括构成 T字形的横部和竖部, 所述加油管在沿其 轴向向下延伸时与所述盒体的顶壁相交,所述加油管的径向轮廓在所述盒体中 的投影处于所述 T形盒体的横部,而所述盒体的设置有所述第一滤网的侧壁为 所述 T形盒体的竖部的侧壁。 5、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二检测模块还包括第二开关电路,所述第二开关电路用于根据所述第二 针脚的电压变化控制所述第二故障检测点的电平状态,所述第二开关电路的输 入端与所述第二针脚相连,所述第二开关电路的输出端与所述第二故障检测点 相连。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的油箱防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一滤网是 硬质滤网。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的油箱防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述盒体的上顶 面为平面。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的油箱防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所 述加油管垂直于所述盒体的上顶面。
8. 一种防盗油箱, 所述防盗油箱包括:
箱体;
燃油入口; 和燃油出口,
其特征在于,在所述燃油入口处设置有油箱防盗装置, 其中所述油箱防盗 装置是如权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的油箱防盗装置。
