Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for forming an inner coating layer of a urinal for reducing the washing water, and in particular, a hard coating layer containing silicon as a main component is formed on the inner surface of the urinal, as well as a beautiful appearance due to gloss, as well as using no washing water after urine or a small amount. It is possible to drastically reduce the use of water by keeping the urinal clean even by flushing water.
- a detergent such as a surfactant, an acidic cleaner or an alkaline cleaner to a scrubber or a brush to rub the urinal surface strongly.
- stains or dirt adhered to the urinal surface are removed through the use of chemical cleaning power with detergent and physical cleaning with a scrubber or brush.
- a method of coating a surface of a ceramic product such as a urinal with a fluoro resin or a siloxane resin containing a fluoroalkyl group to reduce the surface energy of the ceramic product, thereby reducing the tendency for stains or dirt to adhere to the surface.
- Another means is to smooth the surface to prevent stains or dirt from adhering to or strongly adhering to the urinal surface.
- Urinals with particularly smooth surfaces have been proposed on the basis of a simple ideological understanding that they will inhibit the adhesion of stains or stains thereon and are desirable from an aesthetic point of view as well.
- Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 236846/1998 describes a ceramic product prepared by applying a transparent glaze having an inorganic antimicrobial agent to be blended with glaze before firing, and then firing a colored glaze and a transparent glaze on an existing glaze.
- WO 96/23412 discloses a base glaze as a base glaze of a glaze layer to be provided on the surface of an antimicrobial member, by mixing and grinding water, a glaze material and a pigment, and mixing a heat resistant powder carrying an antimicrobial metal on the base glaze. And then mixing and using the binder is described.
- the present invention is to compensate for all the problems of the prior art, maintaining the appearance of the urinal beautifully, of course, do not use the washing water used for washing after urine, or to maintain the clean state of the urinal even if the consumption is reduced, hygienic By making it possible to manage, it is possible to drastically reduce the amount of water used, and also to easily remove the contamination in use.
- the urinal After washing the urinal which is used as a means to solve the above problems, clean and apply a coating agent containing silicon mainly on the inner surface of the dried and washed urinal, wherein the coating agent used is silane (Silane) and siloxane (Siloxane) ) And a small amount of chelate, and when the hard coating layer is formed by application of a coating agent to the urinal surface, the present invention is completed by sufficiently drying it.
- silane silane
- Siloxane siloxane
- the present invention cleans the urinal, and then applies a coating agent containing silicon mainly on the inner surface of the dried and washed urinal, the coating agent used in the above-mentioned silane (Silane) and siloxane (Siloxane) and a small amount of chelate (Chelate)
- Silane silane
- Siloxane siloxane
- chelate Chelate
- FIG. 1 is an illustration of an urinal to which the present invention is applied
- FIG. 1 is an exemplary view of the urinal 10 to implement the present invention, by applying a coating mainly containing silicon on the inner surface of a conventional urinal (10) smooth and hard on the inner surface of the main body 11 of the urinal (10)
- a coating mainly containing silicon on the inner surface of a conventional urinal (10) smooth and hard on the inner surface of the main body 11 of the urinal (10)
- the present invention may be applied to the urinal 10 currently in use, but may be applied to a molded product during the manufacturing process.
- the cleaner When the contaminants of the urinal 10 are removed through the polishing process, the cleaner is washed once more with clear water, and then the internal water is wiped off with a dry cloth and dried.
- the natural drying may be, but it is preferable to shorten the working time by drying through a dryer such as a heating gun.
- the inside of the dried urinal 10, which is cleanly cleaned through the secondary cleaning process, is coated with a coating agent so that the coating layer 20 is formed.
- the coating agent used above uses a coating agent containing about 40 to 68% by weight of a silicon component such as glass.
- the coating layer is not preferable, and if it is 68% or more, there is no problem in use, but it is difficult to manufacture the coating agent. % Was maintained.
- the coating agent may be used a number of materials but in the present invention is composed of silane (Silane, SiH 4 ) and siloxane (Siloxane, H 3 Si- (OSiH 2 ) n-OSiH 3 ) and a small amount of chelate (Chelate), Silanes and siloxanes used in the process contain about 62-72% silicon.
- composition ratio of the coating agent composed of silane and siloxane and chelate is composed of 35 to 55% by weight of silane, 35 to 55% by weight of siloxane, and 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of chelate, wherein the chelate is stable in mixing of silane and siloxane.
- the coating agent composed of the above components is applied to the inner surface of the main body 11 of the urinal 10 to form a coating layer 20 such as a glass coating.
- a liquid coating agent is evenly applied to the inner surface of the main body 11 of the urinal 10 using a spray, a brush, a sponge, or the like.
- the coating agent When the coating agent is evenly applied to the inner surface of the main body 11 of the urinal 10 through the coating process, the coating agent is sufficiently dried using a dryer such as a heating gun, and the coating agent of the silicon component is cured to the inner surface of the urinal 10.
- the hard coating layer 20 is formed.
- Silicon the main component of the coating agent used in the present invention, is a material such as glass or quartz, and the surface of the coating layer 20 is kept smooth.
- the present invention is completed by removing the masking tape.
- the coating method of the present invention is not only applied to urinals, but can be applied to all products made of ceramics such as toilets or washbasins.
- the inner coating layer forming method of the urinal to be provided in the present invention is coated with a silicon-based coating on the inner surface of the urinal 10 to form a hard coating layer 20, the coating layer 20 is Made of silicon such as glass, the surface of the coated coating layer 20 is kept very smooth.
- the present invention when the urine is produced in the manufacturing process, the present invention may be carried out by applying a coating process immediately after the first cleaning operation after the urine forming without a polishing process.
