近年来, 为增加消费性电子产品的应用层面, 业者开始在电子装置的产品 中加入近场通讯 (或近距离无线通讯) 的功能。 其中, 近场通讯 (或近距离无 线通讯) 可提供一个不通过实体电路连接而可将例如指令、 音乐、 图片、 名片、 数据或档案等等的信息从一电子装置传输至另一电子装置的传输途径。 除了使 电子装置具有传输上的便利性外, 还可提高其应用层面, 例如可取代大量使用
IC卡的场合, 例如门禁管制、 车票、 门票、 信用卡付费, 或接收广告信息的场 合, 例如自卖场屏幕透过蓝芽通讯而接收优惠券等。
具有近场通讯功能的电子装置产品, 是个必然的趋势。 因此, 如何提供一 种新架构的近场通讯功能的电子装置, 是此业界的厂商积极想找出的方案。 发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种记录媒体及具有此记录媒体的数据传输系统, 此 系统可将显示用数据及传输用数据处理后传送至视觉接口装置的显示面板, 除 了可通过视觉接口装置的显示面板显示影像画面外, 还可通过视觉接口装置的 显示面板将数据或档案等传输数据传输至另一电子装置, 借此, 在不需增加额 外零组件下利用显示面板, 可达成无线连接的传输功能而扩大电子装置的应用 层面。
本发明提出一种记录媒体储存多个指令, 所述指令被一视觉接口装置执行, 视觉接口装置具有一显示面板及一控制单元, 所述指令包括: 控制控制单元整 合一显示数据及一传输数据; 以及控制控制单元将整合后的显示数据及传输数 据传送到显示面板。
在一实施例中, 控制单元的整合包括加入至少一个标记于显示数据或传输 数据内。

请参照图 1A所示, 其为本发明优选实施例的一种数据传输系统的功能方块 示意图。
如图 1A所示, 数据传输系统包括一操作装置 1、 一视觉接口装置 2以及一 记录媒体 3。其中, 操作装置 1与视觉接口装置 2耦接, 并例如可通过电磁耦合 (例如电容或电感) 的方式而电性耦接, 借此可传送数据或档案, 故为不须接 线的数据或档案的传输, 可称为无线方式的数据或档案的传输。
操作装置 1可例如为一接收装置 (例如可为卡片阅读机或门禁系统等) 或 一芯片卡, 或为一手机, 或为一公众信息装置, 或为一销售点(Point Of Sales, P0S) 装置, 或为另一具有视觉接口显示的电子装置, 或为可执行其它功能的电 子装置。 另外, 视觉接口装置 2例如可包括另一手机、 一电脑 (例如平板电脑、 笔记本电脑)、 另一公众显示广告牌 (public display), 一广告广告牌、 一电 子白板或一个人数字助理或其组合, 于此均不加以限制。 此外, 操作装置 1及 视觉接口装置 2内可分别具有处理控制系统、 储存系统或传送系统等等功能性 子系统。 于此, 「系统」 可通过硬件、 软件、 或韧体、 或其组合所构成。
视觉接口装置 2包括一显示面板 21及一控制单元 22。 显示面板 21与控制 单元 22可整合于一机体内 (例如智能型手机或平板电脑), 或者显示面板 21与 控制单元 22可分别设置于一机体内 (例如个人电脑或笔记本电脑)。 其中, 控 制单元 22可包括视觉接口装置 2的核心控制组件, 并例如可包括至少一个中央 处理器 (central processing unit, CPU) 及一存储器, 或包括其它控制硬件、 软件或韧体。 另外, 本发明的控制单元 22还可包括驱动显示面板 21的一驱动 电路 221。而驱动电路 221可整合于显示面板 21上(例如玻璃覆晶基板 chip on glass, 整合驱动电路于玻璃基板 integrate driver on glass等), 或独立于 显示面板 21外 (例如通过导线电、 卷带 (TCP、 C0F) 连接)。
显示面板 21 可具有多维度的像素矩阵, 并可为一有源式矩阵 (active matrix) 或为一无源式矩阵 (passive matrix) ; 或者显示面板 21 可具有单一 维度像素数组, 例如 segment type或 direct drive点矩阵显示 (如七段式显 示屏、 电子卷标); 或是一单一像素电极 (如具有明亮标示的按键开关)。 于此, 有源式矩阵例如可为液晶显示面板、 有机发光二极管面板、 发光二极管面板、 电泳显示面板、触控显示面板、或 MEMS显示面板等的矩阵基板。在本实施例中, 显示面板 21 以有源式矩阵液晶显示面板为例。 其中, 显示面板 21包括多个行 电极、多个列电极及多个像素电极, 而所述行电极与所述列电极可交错设置(图 未显示)。 另外, 显示面板 21还可包括多个晶体管 (图未显示), 且所述晶体管 分别与所述行电极、 所述列电极、 以及所述像素电极电性连接。 于此, 所述行 电极以多个扫描线为例, 所述列电极以多个数据线为例, 当然还可以是所述行 电极为多个数据线, 而所述列电极为多个扫描线。 此外, 本实施例的驱动电路 221可包括一数据驱动电路 (Data driver ) 与一扫描驱动电路 (Scan driver ) , 而两者的时序控制则由一时序控制电路产生 (图未显示)。 其中, 扫描驱动电路 与显示面板 21 的扫描线电性连接, 数据驱动电路与显示面板 21 的数据线电性 连接, 而时序控制电路可将自外部接口所接收的扫描信号及数据信号转换成显 示面板显示的影像画面的信号, 并包括产生扫描驱动电路及数据驱动电路所需 的频率、 同步信号及每一像素所需的扫描信号及数据信号等。
记录媒体 3储存多个指令, 且所述指令可被视觉接口装置 2执行。 其中, 记录媒体 3例如可为一存储器、 一记忆卡、 一光盘片、 一录像带、 一计算机磁 带, 或其任意组合, 以储存程序或指令。 存储器可包括只读存储器 (R0M)、 随 机存取存储器 (應)、 快闪 (Flash ) 存储器、 或可程序化逻辑门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) , 或其它形式的存储器。 另外, 记 录媒体 3可为视觉接口装置 2的内部组件 (例如视觉接口装置 2内, 但独立于 控制单元 22的存储器, 或是控制单元 22的内部存储器), 或者为一独立于视觉 接口装置 2 的独立设备 (例如为云端数据中心), 并以有线 (例如局域网络)、 无线 (例如 Wi-Fi、 蓝牙或射频), 或其它实体或非实体连接的方式与视觉接口 装置 2连接。 在本实施例中, 记录媒体 3为独立于视觉接口装置 2的独立设备, 且其储存的多个指令可被视觉接口装置 2所存取。 不过, 在另一实施态样中, 如图 1B所示, 记录媒体 3也可为视觉接口装置 2a的内部组件, 且为独立于控 制单元 22的存储器。 或者, 在又一实施态样中, 记录媒体 3可以是控制单元 22 的内部存储器 (图未显示), 本发明并不予限定。
当视觉接口装置 2、 2a要进行数据传输时, 视觉接口装置 2、 2a可将记录 媒体 3内储存的多个指令加载 (Load) , 借此控制其数据传输的过程。 当载入所 述指令后, 所述指令至少可包括控制视觉接口装置 2、 2a进行数据产生与数据 传送的工作。
以下, 仍以图 1A为例说明, 数据产生与数据传送的过程。
于数据产生期间, 所述指令可控制控制单元 22整合一显示数据 DD及一传 输数据 TD。 另外, 所述指令还可控制控制单元 22将整合后的显示数据 DD及传 输数据 TD传送到显示面板 21。其中, 显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD可来自视觉接 口装置 2 自身所产生, 或来自外部装置经传输而取得或是两者的组合, 或者, 显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD也可来自记录媒体 3本身, 本发明均不予限定。
详而言之, 通过所述指令, 控制单元 22可将显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD合 并成一数据, 并传送至驱动电路 221 ; 其传送方式可通过一单一总线以并列(即 显示数据 DD与传输数据 TD各自使用不同总线的独立信道) 或是分时 (即显示 数据 DD与传输数据 TD共享一总线的信道), 或是不同总线进行。
驱动电路 221接收及处理显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD后, 再将一画面数据 SD及一耦合数据 CD传送至显示面板 21。 其中, 画面数据 SD及耦合数据 CD可 分别对应含有显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD的信息。 另外, 驱动电路 221的处理 可包括串-并转换 (series-to-paral lel conversion), 加码、 加密、 加入档头 (包括有数据大小、检查码、序号、追踪数据)、传送起始标记及或结束标记等。 于此, 显示数据 DD可为显示面板 21的图框画面的灰阶数据, 而传输数据 TD可 为一数字数据串流或数字档案串流, 并可为触控信息、 指令信息、 识别信息、 交易信息、 广告信息、 优惠信息、 档案信息或其它信息等。 此外, 上述的画面 数据 SD及耦合数据 CD是表示有两种不同目的的数据传送至显示面板 21, 而非 表示其信号。 以液晶显示面板为例, 画面数据 SD是代表包括扫描信号 (Y方向 驱动) 及数据信号 (X方向驱动) 两种, 而耦合数据 CD所代表的信号可以是独 立的扫描信号或数据信号、 或是并于画面数据 SD的扫描信号、 或是并于画面数 据 SD的数据信号中等等不同态样。
另外, 控制单元 22的整合可例如包括加入至少一个标记于显示数据 DD及 或传输数据 TD内, 以标示显示数据 DD及或传输数据 TD。 换言之, 为了使驱动 电路 221可区别显示数据 DD为显示用的画面数据 SD, 而传输数据 TD为传输用 的耦合数据 CD,所述指令可控制控制单元 22产生包括至少一个控制信号或至少 一个数据标记格式的不同标记加入显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD, 以使驱动电路 221可区别所述输入数据用以显示的画面数据 SD,或为用以耦合的耦合数据 CD。

值得注意的是, 所述指令除了控制控制单元 22使用控制信号或数据标记来 区别显示数据 DD与传输数据 TD外, 还可控制控制单元 22使用时间位置来区别 显示数据 DD与传输数据 TD , 例如所述指令可控制单元 22固定于不同时间 (例 如相对于画面同步信号的不同位置) 将显示数据 DD及传输数据 TD分别传送至 驱动电路 221, 利用时间位置的差别来区别显示数据 DD与传输数据 TD。 例如可 控制控制单元 22与驱动电路 221建立以下的传输协议, 于一画面开始至最后一 条扫描线结束之间 (第一时间) 传送的数据为显示数据 DD , 而于最后一条扫描 线结束至下一个画面开始前 (第二时间) 传送的数据为传输数据 TD; 或是每一 条扫描线时间先传送传输数据 TD (第一时间), 再传送显示数据 DD (第二时间) 等, 借此, 使驱动电路 221可区别那一种数据用以显示图框画面的画面数据 SD , 而那一种数据用以传输至操作装置 1的耦合数据 CD。
请参照图 2所示, 其为液晶显示面板中, 相邻两条扫描线 (行电极) 与相 邻两条数据线 (列电极) 的信号示意图。 在此, 以每一列晶体管被开启进行显 示时同时可进行部分耦合数据 CD的传送为例来说明。 要注意的是, 晶体管被开 启与否并非必要, 可在晶体管关闭状态下进行耦合数据 CD的传送, 此时耦合数 据 CD可分别传送于数据线或扫描在线。 其中, 扫描线可分别传送扫描信号并依 序使每一列的晶体管开启, 而在每一列晶体管被开启的时间中, 各数据线可分 别传送部分的耦合数据 CD与画面数据 SD。
在本实施例中,在扫描线 Sk- *送其扫描信号 SSk-Jf,全部的数据线 Dn传送 部分的耦合数据 CDk1 ;在扫描线 Sk传送其扫描信号 SSk时,全部的数据线 Dn传送 部分的耦合数据 CDk。在图 2中,部分的耦合数据 CDk— CDk是以与画面数据 SDk— SDk不同电压位准方式标示, 实施时可以相同的位准进行。 如此, 数据线随着扫 描线传送扫描信号时可分别传送耦合数据 CD ,以将耦合数据 CD的至少一个部分 耦合至操作装置 1。
需补充说明的是, 图 2中显示的部分的耦合数据 CDk、 0^虽显示为高准位 的 1, 不过只是示意, 当然, 也可以使用低准位的 0。 另外, 为了避免产生信号 的极性问题, 部分的耦合数据 CDK、 CDH的信号本身可采用无直流成分的交流信 号。 再者, 部分的耦合数据 CDK、 CDH可分别包括一个位的数据或是多个位的数 据, 于此并不加以限制。 除了如图 2 中所有的数据线于同一图框时间中均传送 相同部分的耦合数据 CDK、 CDH的态样外, 各数据线还可分别传送不同部分的耦 合数据,可以数条数据线为一组来传送同一个部分的耦合数据,例如数据线 Di〜 D3都传送第一部分的耦合数据 CD 而数据线 D4〜D6都传送第二部分的耦合数据 CD2 ; 同样的原则亦可适用于扫描线所传送的部分的耦合数据。 此外, 为了确保 耦合数据 CD传送的正确性,亦可于不同的时间重复传送相同部分的耦合数据 CD , 也就是说, 如果发现异常时可以再次进行相同部分的耦合数据 CD的传送, 以确 保操作装置 1接收数据的正确性。
此外, 上述的调变方式为振幅调变 (Ampl i tude Modulat ion ) 技术, 即是 以振幅的高低来表示数字信号的 1或 0, 不过, 亦可使用频率调变 (Frequency Modulat ion )技术来表示数字信号的 1或 0, 例如可定义单位时间内有 5个上下 振幅的变化是为 1, 其余则为 0 ; 或者使用相移调变 (Phase Shi ft Modulat ion ) 技术, 例如定义一个高准位加上一个低准位为 0, 而一个低准位加上一个高准位 则为 1。 于此, 其调变方式并不加以限制。 另外, 为避免邻近电极之间的干扰, 不同电极之间可以采用分时、 分频、 分码等技术。
因此, 当使用者拿着操作装置 1于视觉接口装置 2的显示面板 21上操作时 (例如碰触到显示面板 21 ), 所述指令可控制控制单元 22将包括有传输数据 TD (即耦合数据 CD) 的编码信号 CS从显示面板 21的电极耦合至操作装置 1。 由 于本实施例以数据线传送耦合数据 CD为例, 因此各数据线作为电容耦合的其中 一电极, 而操作装置 1上具有电容耦合的另一电极。 在操作装置 1通过电容耦 合接收到所有编码信号 CS后, 操作装置 1可自编码信号 CS中撷取出传输数据 TD。 例如, 当操作装置 1为一门禁控制单元时, 即可通过视觉接口装置 2的显 示面靠近操作装置 1操作时, 使操作装置 1接收从视觉接口装置 2传送的身分 识别信息, 借此可解除门禁或上锁; 当视觉接口装置 2 为一公众显示广告牌 (publ ic display) , 而操作装置 1为一手机或其它个人装置时, 可通过将操作 装置 1靠近视觉接口装置 2的显示面, 而将如广告信息、 优惠信息、 地理信息 等等传送至个人装置带走。 此外, 于另一应用例中, 视觉接口装置 2例如为一 电子卷标 (Ε-tag) , 操作装置 1为一手持装置 (例如手机), 而记录媒体 3为一 云端数据中心, 可透过云端数据中心储存的指令将电子卷标代表的商品传送至 手持装置, 然后, 使用者携带手持装置至柜台收款机 (此时手持装置为一视觉 接口装置, 收款机为一操作装置), 将手持装置内购物清单上传至店面销售系统 并进行结帐及付款动作。
综上所述, 因本发明的一种记录媒体及具有此记录媒体的数据传输系统中, 视觉接口装置包括一显示面板及一控制单元, 而记录媒体储存多个指令, 且当 操作装置于视觉接口装置的一显示面上操作时, 所述指令包括控制控制单元整 合一显示数据及一传输数据, 以及控制控制单元将整合后的显示数据及传输数 据传送到显示面板。 另外, 所述指令还包括控制控制单元将包括有传输数据的 一编码信号从显示面板的一电极耦合至操作装置。 借此, 除了可通过视觉接口 装置的显示面板显示影像画面外, 并可通过视觉接口装置的显示面板将数据或 档案等传输数据传输至另一电子装置, 因此, 在不需增加额外零组件下利用显 示面板, 可达成无线连接的传输功能而扩大电子装置的应用层面。
以上所述仅是举例性, 而非限制性。 任何未脱离本发明的精神与范畴, 而 对其进行的等效修改或变更, 均应包括在权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种记录媒体, 其特征在于, 所述记录媒体储存多个指令, 所述指令被 一视觉接口装置执行, 所述视觉接口装置具有一显示面板及一控制单元, 所述 指令包括:
控制所述控制单元整合一显示数据及一传输数据; 以及
控制所述控制单元将整合后的所述显示数据及所述传输数据传送到所述显 示面板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的记录媒体, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元的整合包 括加入至少一个标记于所述显示数据或所述传输数据内。
3、 一种记录媒体, 其特征在于, 所述记录媒体储存多个指令, 所述指令被 一视觉接口装置执行, 所述视觉接口装置具有一显示面板及一控制单元, 所述 指令包括:
控制所述控制单元将一显示数据透过所述显示面板显示一影像; 以及 控制所述控制单元将包括有一传输数据的一编码讯号从所述显示面板的一 电极耦合至一操作装置。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的记录媒体, 其特征在于, 所述记录媒体为所 述视觉接口装置的内部组件, 或为一独立设备。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的记录媒体, 其特征在于, 所述记录媒体为一 存储器、 一记忆卡、 一光盘片、 一录像带、 一计算机磁带, 或其组合。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的记录媒体, 其特征在于, 所述电极为所述显示面 板的一独立电极, 或为所述显示面板的一像素矩阵的多个行电极或多个列电极 的至少其中之一。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的记录媒体, 其特征在于, 当所述操作装置在所述 显示面板的一显示面上操作时, 所述指令控制所述编码讯号从所述独立电极、 或所述行电极或所述列电极传送至所述操作装置。
8、 一种数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
一视觉接口装置, 包括一显示面板及一控制单元;
一操作装置; 以及
一记录媒体, 储存多个指令,
其中, 当所述操作装置于所述视觉接口装置的一显示面上操作时, 所述指 令包括控制所述控制单元将包括有一传输数据的一编码讯号从所述显示面板的 一电极耦合至所述操作装置。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述指令还包括控 制所述控制单元整合一显示数据及所述传输数据。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述指令还包括 控制所述控制单元将整合后的所述显示数据及所述传输数据传送到所述显示面 板。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元的 整合包括加入至少一个标记于所述显示数据或所述传输数据。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述记录媒体为 所述视觉接口装置的内部组件, 或为一独立设备。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述记录媒体为 一存储器、 一记忆卡、 一光盘片、 一录像带、 一计算机磁带, 或其组合。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述电极为所述 显示面板的一独立电极, 或为所述显示面板的一像素矩阵的多个行电极或多个 列电极的至少其中之一。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的数据传输系统, 其特征在于, 所述指令控制所 述编码讯号从所述独立电极、 或所述行电极或所述列电极传送至所述操作装置。
