和 /或, 组成载波指示单元根据外界的参数动态的确认发送确认信息或 非确认信息需要的载波, 并产生第三指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元; 和 /或, 控制信道指示单元根据外界的参数发送确定确认信息或非确认 信息需要的信道, 并产生第四指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
所述信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信息 配置确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发 出为:
信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据第一指示信息、 第 二指示信息、 第三指示信息、 第四指示信息中的至少一个指示信息配置确 认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发出。
上述方法中, 所述发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法还包括: 重传模式指示单元获取所述发送模式选择单元的第一指示信息, 当所 述第一指示信息为指示所述信息发送单元确认信息或非确认信息的发送模 式为重传模式时, 重传模式指示单元根据所述第一指示信息产生第五指示 信息给所述信息发送单元, 降低所述信息发送单元重传信息的发送。
上述方法中, 所述外界参数为用户端向基站反馈的信道和干扰条件参 数。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站通过设置信息发送指示单 元可以合理的分配资源;设置发送模式选择单元能够在动态的确定 ACK信 息或 NACK信息的发送模式达到发送模式兼容的目的, 设置承载 ACK信 息或 NACK信息的子帧指示单元、 组成载波指示单元和控制信道指示单元 确定精确的 ACK信息或 NACK信息发送降低了 ACK信息或 NACK信息类 型数量, 进而降低了系统开销并且充分利用空白或闲置资源, 设置重传模 式指示单元降低重传模式下 ACK信息或 NACK信息的数量降低系统开销。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 所述信息发送指示单元, 用于根据外界的参数 确定确认信息或非确认信息的发送及资源配置, 并产生与确认信息或非确 认信息的发送及资源配置相对应的指示信息, 并发送给所述信息发送单元; 所述信息发送单元, 用于产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信 息配置确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息 发出。
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
请参考图 1 , 为本实施例的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站。 一种发 送确认信息或非确认信息的基站, 该基站包括: 信息发送指示单元和信息 发送单元; 所述信息发送指示单元用于根据外界的参数确定确认信息或非 确认信息的发送及资源配置, 并产生与确认信息或非确认信息的发送及资 源配置相对应的指示信息, 并发送给所述信息发送单元; 所述信息发送单 元用于产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信息配置确认信息或 非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发出。
本实施例中通过信息发送指示单元设置如对 ACK或 NACK发送模式 的选择或对 ACK信息或 NACK信息发送时的子帧、 载波、 信道设置, 然 后将相应的指示传输给信息发送单元, 信息发送单元按照信息发送指示单 元的指示信息配置 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送,这样 ACK信息或 NACK 信息在不同时刻和不同的外界环境下, 实时更改自身的相关发送条件以及 配置, 实现统一的资源发送方式, 合理配置 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发 送 , 有效降低了系统开销。
本实施中的外界参数为用户端向所述基站反馈的信道和干扰条件参 数。
如图 所示, 本实施例的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站中信息发 送指示单元还包括: 重传模式指示单元; 所述重传模式指示单元用于接收 所述第一指示信息, 并当所述第一指示信息为指示所述信息发送单元确认 信息或非确认信息的发送模式为重传模式时, 根据所述第一指示信息产生 第五指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元, 降低重传信息的发送。
本实施例基站通过 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送模式指示单元的设 置, 可以兼容不同类型的发送模式, 同时, 该单元额外设置一个重传模式 指示单元, 在重传模式下, 可以配合发送模式选择单元、 子帧指示单元、 组成载波指示单元和控制信道指示单元等单元在尽可能降低重传信息的情 况下完成重传, 显著降低了系统开销。
实施例二 本实施例的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站是在实施例一发送确认 信息或非确认信息的基站的基础上做了更细化的设置。 如图 3 所示, 本实 施例发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站中的信息发送指示单元包括: 发送 模式选择单元、 子帧指示单元、 组成载波指示单元以及控制信道指示单元 中的至少一个;
所述发送模式选择单元用于根据外界的参数动态的确定确认信息或非 确认信息的发送模式, 并产生第一指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元; 所述子帧指示单元用于根据外界的参数动态的确定发送确认信息或非 确认信息需要的子帧 , 并产生第二指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元; 所述组成载波指示单元用于根据外界的参数动态的确认发送确认信息 或非确认信息需要的载波, 并产生相应的第三指示信息传输给所述信息发 送单元;
所述控制信道指示单元用于根据外界的参数发送确定确认信息或非确 认信息需要的信道, 并产生第四指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元。
本实施例的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站可以设置多个指示单元 来合理的配置确认信息或非确认信息, 达到降低整个发送系统开销, 减少 资源的消耗, 也可以单独的设置发送模式选择单元, 根据外界参数对确认 信息或非确认信息的发送模式选择, 如选择此时确认信息或非确认信息发 送模式为打包; 同时为了更合理的配置 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送, 设置的指示单元越多越好,这样就能根据外界环境动态的确定 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送, 以达到降低资源消耗的效果。 如图 2所示, 信息单元 同时包括发送模式选择单元、 子帧指示单元、 组成载波指示单元以及控制 信道指示单元的情况下的基站, 本基站可以在这四个单元的指示下对对 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送模式的选择或对 ACK信息或 NACK信息发 送时的子帧、 载波、 信道进行设置, 使 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送更 有效, 以及减少资源的消耗。
本实施例对信息发送指示单元的具体设置, 确定 ACK信息或 NACK 信息的发送模式选择单元, 根据信道和干扰条件以及载波发送模式动态确 定 ACK信息或 NACK信息发送模式及策略, 在兼容基站( BS )和用户端 ( UE )所支持的所有发送模式的同时, 还要支持 ACK信息或 NACK信息 的重传。 如表 1所示, 表 1为 ACK信息或 NACK信息发送模式选择单元 的配置:

同样在发送 ACK信息或 NACK信息时确定子帧指示单元、 组成载波 指示单元和控制信道指示单元。 首先基站先根据用户端 (UE )反馈的信道 和干扰条件参数对确定的需要 ACK信息或 NACK信息的子帧、 组成载波 和控制信道进行分类, 假定, 基站 (BS )根据信道和干扰条件中干扰级进 行分类, 如表 2所示, 表 2为 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送分类的配置 例子, 其中, 假定有 3个干扰级, 即 1、 2、 3, 干扰对应由低到高, 分类为 2类, 即 1、 2, 发送条件由好到差。

然后在进一步地确定子帧指示单元、 组成载波指示单元和控制信道指 示单元, 同时考虑考虑到重传的场景, 假定帧指示单元为 2bit、 组成载波指 示单元为 3bit、 控制信道指示单元为 3bit, 其他参数参照表 1和表 2, 如表 3所示, 表 3为 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送模式选择单元( MS, Mode Selection ), 子帧指示单元 (SI, Subframe Indication ), 组成载波指示单元 ( CCI, Component Carrier Indication )和控制信道指示单元 ( CCHI, Control

本实施信息发送指示单元中发送模式选择单元、 子帧指示单元、 组成 载波指示单元和控制信道指示单元根据用户端 (UE )反馈的信道和干扰条 件参数确定自身的配置。 如表三信息指示单元选择表第一行的各个单元的 指示来配置 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送,即确定 MS为打包, SI中 ACK 信息或 NACK信息子帧计数、 CCI中 ACK信息或 NACK信息子帧计数、 CCHI中 ACK信息或 NACK信息子帧计数,信息发送单元根据用户端( UE ) 反馈的信道和干扰条件参数确定好各个单元, 然后产生相应的指示信息来 指示信息发送啊、 单元按确定好的发送和配置方案来发送 ACK信息或 NACK信息。
通过 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送模式选择单元、 子帧指示单元、 组成载波指示单元和控制信道指示单元的设置, 对 ACK信息或 NACK信 息进行精确发送, 同时, 对不同的方式进行统一资源设置, 对于空白或闲 置资源采用填充的方法进行设置, 显著降低了 ACK信息或 NACK信息类 型数量, 进而降低了系统开销。
当然为了进一步地降低基站和系统的开销还可以设置其他的指示单元 来配置 ACK信息或 NACK信息的发送。
如图 3 所示, 本实施例的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站中信息发 送指示单元还包括重传模式指示单元; 所述重传模式指示单元用于接收所 述第一指示信息, 并当所述第一指示信息为指示所述信息发送单元确认信 息或非确认信息的发送模式为重传模式时, 根据所述第一指示信息产生第 五指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元 , 降低重传信息的发送。
实施例三
如图 4所示, 为本实施例发送确认信息或非确认信息的系统。 该系统 包括至少一个用户端和至少一个如实施例一、 实施例二所述的发送确认信 息或非确认信息的基站; 所述基站用于根据外界参数确定待发送确认信息 或非确认信息资源配置, 并将所述发送确认信息或非确认信息按照确定好 的配置方式发送给所述用户端; 所述用户端用于接收所述发送确认信息或 非确认信息。
本实施例的所述基站可以用于预先确定的发送与接收周期, 用户端可 以用于在所述周期内向基站反馈信道和干扰条件参数。
实施例四
如图 5 所示, 为本实施例发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法框架流程 图。 本实施例发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法包括以下步驟:
信息发送指示单元接收外界参数, 根据此参数确定确认信息或非确认 信息的发送及资源配置, 并产生与确认信息或非确认信息的发送及资源配 置相对应的指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信息配置 确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发送出 去。
本实施例中信息发送指示单元接收外界参数, 根据此参数确定确认信 息或非确认信息的发送及资源配置并产生相应的指示信息发送给所述信息 发送模式选择单元根据外界的参数动态的确定确认信息或非确认信息 的发送模式, 并产生第一指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
子帧指示单元根据外界的参数动态的确定发送确认信息或非确认信息 需要的子帧, 并产生第二指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
组成载波指示单元根据外界的参数动态的确认发送确认信息或非确认 信息需要的载波, 并产生第三指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
控制信道指示单元根据外界的参数发送确定确认信息或非确认信息需 要的信道, 并产生第四指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
所述信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信息 配置确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发 送出去的处理过程包括:
信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据第一指示信息、 第 二指示信息、 第三指示信息、 第四指示信息中的至少一种指示信息来配置 确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发送出 去。
本实施例发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法还包括:
重传模式指示单元获取所述发送模式选择单元的第一指示信息, 当所 述第一指示信息为指示所述信息发送单元确认信息或非确认信息的发送模 式为重传模式时, 重传模式指示单元根据所述第一指示信息产生第五指示 信息给所述信息发送单元, 降低所述信息发送单元重传信息的发送。
上述外界参数为用户端向基站反馈的信道和干扰条件参数。 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站, 其特征在于, 该基站包 括: 信息发送指示单元和信息发送单元; 其中,
所述信息发送指示单元, 用于根据外界的参数确定确认信息或非确认 信息的发送及资源配置, 并产生与确认信息或非确认信息的发送及资源配 置相对应的指示信息, 并发送给所述信息发送单元;
所述信息发送单元, 用于产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指 示信息配置确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认 信息发出。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站, 其特征在 于, 所述信息发送指示单元包括发送模式选择单元、 子帧指示单元、 组成 载波指示单元以及控制信道指示单元中的至少一个; 其中,
所述发送模式选择单元, 用于根据外界的参数动态的确定确认信息或 非确认信息的发送模式, 并产生第一指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元; 所述子帧指示单元, 用于根据外界的参数动态的确定发送确认信息或 非确认信息需要的子帧, 并产生第二指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元; 所述组成载波指示单元, 用于根据外界的参数动态的确认发送确认信 息或非确认信息需要的载波, 并产生相应的第三指示信息传输给所述信息 发送单元;
所述控制信道指示单元, 用于根据外界的参数发送确定确认信息或非 确认信息需要的信道, 并产生第四指示信息传输给所述信息发送单元。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站, 其特征在 于, 所述信息发送指示单元还包括重传模式指示单元;
所述重传模式指示单元, 用于接收所述第一指示信息, 并当所述第一 指示信息为指示所述信息发送单元确认信息或非确认信息的发送模式为重 传模式时, 根据所述第一指示信息产生第五指示信息传输给所述信息发送 单元, 降低重传信息的发送。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的发送确认信息或非确认信息的基站, 其特征在 于, 所述外界参数为用户端向所述基站反馈的信道和干扰条件参数。
5、一种发送确认信息或非确认信息的系统,其特征在于,该系统包括: 至少一个用户端和至少一个如权利要求 1~4任一项所述的发送确认信息或 非确认信息的基站;
所述基站, 用于根据外界参数确定待发送确认信息或非确认信息资源 配置, 并将所述发送确认信息或非确认信息按照确定好的配置方式发送给 所述用户端;
所述用户端, 用于接收所述发送确认信息或非确认信息。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的发送确认信息或非确认信息的系统, 其特征在 于,
所述基站, 还用于预先确定发送与接收周期;
所述用户端, 用于在所述周期内向基站反馈信道和干扰条件参数。
7、一种发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法,其特征在于, 该方法包括: 信息发送指示单元接收外界参数, 根据所述外界参数确定确认信息或 非确认信息的发送及资源配置, 并产生与确认信息或非确认信息的发送及 资源配置相对应的指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信息配置 确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发出。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述信息发送指示单元接收外界参数, 根据此参数确定确认信息或非 确认信息的发送及资源配置, 并产生与确认信息或非确认信息的发送及资 源配置相对应的指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元为: 发送模式选择单元根据外界的参数动态的确定确认信息或非确认信息 的发送模式, 并产生第一指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
和 /或, 子帧指示单元根据外界的参数动态的确定发送确认信息或非确 认信息需要的子帧, 并产生第二指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
和 /或, 组成载波指示单元根据外界的参数动态的确认发送确认信息或 非确认信息需要的载波, 并产生第三指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元; 和 /或, 控制信道指示单元根据外界的参数发送确定确认信息或非确认 信息需要的信道, 并产生第四指示信息发送给所述信息发送单元;
所述信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据所述指示信息 配置确认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发 出为:
信息发送单元产生确认信息或非确认信息, 并根据第一指示信息、 第 二指示信息、 第三指示信息、 第四指示信息中的至少一个指示信息配置确 认信息或非确认信息, 配置完成后将所述确认信息或非确认信息发出。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的发送确认信息或非确认信息的方法, 其特征在 于, 该方法还包括:
重传模式指示单元获取所述发送模式选择单元的第一指示信息, 当所 述第一指示信息为指示所述信息发送单元确认信息或非确认信息的发送模 式为重传模式时, 重传模式指示单元根据所述第一指示信息产生第五指示 信息给所述信息发送单元, 降低所述信息发送单元重传信息的发送。
