モーターユニット内には、モーターの他、モーターの動作を制御する制御基板、モーター及び制御基板に電源を供給する電源基板、モーターユニット外に配設される操作スイッチ等と信号線及びモジュラージャックを介して前記制御基板に接続されるモジュラー基板等が配設される。
この発明の目的は、組み立て作業を簡略化し得る電動日射遮蔽装置のモーターユニットを提供することにある。
請求項5では、前記スイッチ基板に押しボタンスイッチと表示ランプを設け、前記ユニットキャップに前記押しボタンスイッチを露出させる操作孔と、表示ランプを露出させる表示孔を備えた。
請求項7では、前記固定金具に、クラッチとセンサー部を設けた。
請求項9では、前記モーターケースを断面横長の筒状とし、該モーターケースの短辺側の上端部から電源コードを導入し、固定金具の側方を経て下方の電源基板に案内した。
請求項11では、前記センサー部の信号線を、前記モーターケースの短辺側の内側面と固定金具との間を経て、下方に案内し、基板固定金具沿って前記制御基板に案内して接続した。
前記カーテンレール1の左右両端には、移送装置5a,5bが取着され、その移送装置5a,5bにはカーテンレール1内を移動する無端状の移送用ベルトが掛装されている。また、カーテンレール1の右端側の移送装置5aにはモーターユニット6が吊下支持され、モーターユニット6内に配設されたモーターの駆動力によりカーテンレール1内で移送用ベルトが移動される。
次に、前記移送装置5aに取着されるモーターユニット6の構成を説明する。
図6及び図10に示すように、前記モジュラーベース39は一対の側辺41間に四角孔42が上下方向に2箇所設けられ、その四角孔42の上方に四角形状に凹む保持部43が形成されている。そして、前記モジュラー基板14に設けられるモジュラージャックに四角孔42からモジュラーコードを挿入して接続可能であり、保持部43には電源コード44の中間部に設けられる立方体状の係止部45が嵌合される。係止部45の外周面には、保持部43の開口縁に挿通可能とした係止溝46が形成されている。
前記保持部43で保持された電源コード44は、電源コード44の長手方向に移動不能に保持される。そして、図2に示すように、モーターケース7内では電源コード44はモジュラーベース39からクラッチ9及びモーター8の近傍を経て電源基板11まで取り回され、電源基板11に接続される。
水平辺51の内側には、前記スイッチ基板13が取着される。このスイッチ基板13は、前記表示孔55の近傍に設けられた取付孔56(図12参照)にネジ57で取着されている。スイッチ基板13には、ネジ57で取付孔56に取着した状態で、前記各操作孔54内に露出される押しボタンスイッチ58a,58bと、前記表示孔55内に露出される表示ランプ59が設けられている。そして、スイッチ基板13に取着されるソケット60及び信号線61を介して前記制御基板12に接続されている。
また、クラッチ9の信号線は、前記モーターケース7の短辺側の内側面と固定金具20,26との間を経て下方へ案内され、基板固定金具36に沿って制御基板12まで案内されて接続される。
次いで、モジュラー基板14および電源コード44を取着したモジュラーベース39をベース部材15に取着する。このとき、電源コード44の係止部45の係止溝46がベース部材15の突条70に係合する。
次いで、スイッチ基板13をユニットキャップ50に取着したキャップアッセンブリーを制御基板12と信号線で接続し、そのユニットキャップ50をモーターケース7の下端に取着すると、モーターユニット6の組み立てが完了する。そして、モーターユニット6を移送装置5aに取着すれば、モーター8の駆動力でカーテン生地2a,2bを移送する電動カーテンが構成される。
また、モーターアッセンブリー35及び基板固定金具36に取着された電源基板11及び制御基板12は、モーターケース7の内周面には接触していない。
また、モーター固定金具26に、電源基板11及び制御基板12を搭載した基板固定金具36を取着しているので、モーター固定金具26の質量が実質的に増大し、モーター固定金具26自身あるいはモーターアッセンブリー35自身の共振周波数が低周波側に移行する。
上記のように構成された電動カーテンのモーターユニット6では、次に示す効果を得ることができる。
(4)ベース部材15に設けたガイド片64により、ベース部材15に対しモーターケース7を容易に位置決めして嵌合することができる。
・モーターアッセンブリー35は、モーター8のみとしてもよい。

- 日射遮蔽材を移送するレールの端部にモーターを収容したモーターユニットのベース部材を取着し、該モーターユニットの動作により日射遮蔽材をレールに沿って移送する電動日射遮蔽装置のモーターユニットにおいて、
前記ベース部材に、固定金具を介して、前記モーターを備えたモーターアッセンブリーと、電源基板と、制御基板とを一体に固定可能とし、前記ベース部材に一体に固定した前記モーターアッセンブリーと、前記電源基板と、前記制御基板を筒状に形成したモーターケースに一括して挿入可能としたことを特徴とする電動日射遮蔽装置のモーターユニット。 - 前記ベース部材又は前記固定金具に、モジュラー基板を取着したモジュラーベースを一体に取着可能とし、前記モーターケースに前記モジュラーベースを取着可能とした開口部を設け、前記モジュラーベースには前記開口部の開口縁を挿通可能とした係止溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動日射遮蔽装置のモーターユニット。
- 前記モーターアッセンブリーと、前記電源基板と、前記制御基板と前記モジュラーベースを一体に固定したベース部材を前記モーターケースの一端から挿入して前記ベース部材をモーターケースの一端に取着可能とし、前記モーターケースの他端に該モーターケースの他端を塞ぐユニットキャップを取着したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動日射遮蔽装置のモーターユニット。
- 前記制御基板に、前記ユニットキャップの内側面に取着可能としたスイッチ基板を接続したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動日射遮蔽装置のモーターユニット。
