Abstract

L'âme de porte selon l'invention est formée d'un corps central creux (2), d'un cadre périmétrique (4) et de deux plaques extérieures (3) formant une structure sandwich. Le corps central (2) est constitué d'un mat comprimé d'aggloméré de particules de bois et de colle ou MDF, fabriqué dans le moule et délimité par un cadre périmétrique (4) dont la surface intérieure présente un profil fractionné à parois obliques en zigzag et à sommets tronqués. Les plaques extérieures (3) sont des panneaux réalisés dans le même matériau que le corps central (2) et sont assemblées avec les mêmes colles mais au moyen d'un processus différent. Le moule est formé par un plateau supérieur chaud de la presse lequel comporte des plaques dentées solidaires, ce plateau étant celui qui ferme le moule au moyen de cylindres hydrauliques. Le fond du moule chaud (télescopique) comporte également d'autres plaques dentées solidaires qui avec la plate-forme de poussée et les cylindres hydrauliques inférieurs (du calibre du mat) sont ceux qui réalisent le pressage une fois le moule empli de copeaux de bois et de colle.
