服务器接收移动终端发送的信号， 并向移动终端返回与信号相对应的地域信息。 需要说明的是， 本实施例及后续实施例中提到的移动终端是指可以在移动中使用的计 算机设备， 包括但不限于手机、 笔记本、 平板电脑、 车载电脑等， 本实施例及后续实施例 不对移动终端进行限定。
结合上述获取信息的方法以及信息推送的方法， 如图 1 所示， 本实施例提供了一种获 取及推送信息的方法， 具体包括如下歩骤：
101、 移动终端向服务器发送当前地点的位置信息；
102、 服务器根据上述位置信息査找得到基于当前地点的地域信息列表；
其中， 该地域信息列表中至少包括地点介绍选项及路线图选项；
103、 服务器向移动终端发送地域信息列表：
104、 移动终端响应用户对地域信息列表的选择；
105、 移动终端向服务器发送一信号；
其中， 该信号可以为信息咨询信号， 该信息咨询信号中携带有用户在地域信息列表中 选择的选项信息；
106、 服务器向移动终端返回与信号相对应的地域信息；
107、 移动终端显示上述地域信息。
本实施例提供了一种获取及推送信息的方法， 通过获取用户当前达到的地点， 向用户 推送与该地点对应的地域信息列表， 并根据用户在地域信息列表中选择的选项向用户推送 与该当前地点相关的地域信息， 可以满足用户的多样化需求， 且与当前地点对应的地域信 息可增强与当前地点的互动性。 实施例 1
如图 2所示， 本实施例提供了一种获取及推送信息的方法， 是在实施例 1 的基础之上 进行的改进， 具体包括如下步骤-
201、 达到预定的时间， 定时器触发移动终端获取当前地点的位置信息的操作； 具体地， 在移动终端中设置一个定时器， 用于触发移动终端获取当前地点的位置信息 的操作， 例如， 建立并开启定时器， 使定时器进行计时操作， 每经过 100 秒， 定时器触发 产生一次移动终端获取当前地点的位置信息的操作。
其中， 预定的时间除了为 100秒外， 还可以为其他值， 本实施例不对预定的时间大小 进行限定。 位置信息可以为当前地点的坐标、 经纬度、 LBS 信息等， 本实施例同样不对位 置信息的具体内容进行限定。
进一歩地， 本歩骤还可以被替换为如下操作：
移动终端接收用户发送的定位请求， 获取当前地点的位置信息。
在本实施例中， 以用户达到的地点为长城为例进行说明。
202、 移动终端向服务器发送当前地点的位置信息；
203、 服务器根据上述位置信息査找得到基于当前地点的地域信息列表；
需要说明的是， 在服务器中保存有与各个地点对应的地域信息， 并对地域信息进行分 类， 并将分类结果以置于地域信息列表中的选项的形式提供给用户多个选项进行选择。 具 体地， 在本实施例中， 地域信息至少包括地点介绍选项及路线图选项。
进一步地， 地域信息列表还可以包括如下选项中的一项或多项：
景点简介选项、 周边餐饮选项、 攻略选项、 软件皮肤下载选项、 促销信息选项和天气 选项等。
例如：
当用户达到长城时， 与长城对应的地域信息列表可以包括： 风景简介选项、 周边餐饮 选项、 旅游攻略选项、 与长城相关的软件皮肤下载选项等；
当用户达到超市时， 与该超市对应的地域信息列表可以包括： 超市简介选项、 促销信 息选项、 公交路线选项等。
其中， 地域信息列表可以使得服务器在向用户推送地域信息时， 减少用户的流量的耗 费， 只向用户推送其选择的选项对应的地域信息。
204、 服务器对査找得到的地域信息列表中的选项进行排序得到排序结果；
为了更便于用户的选择， 在服务器中对地域信息列表中的选项进行排序， 例如当用户 达到长城时， 则可判断得到该地点对应的地域信息可包括风景简介、 周边餐饮、 旅游攻略、 与长城相关的软件皮肤下载， 根据用户对这些类型的感兴趣程度， 可得到排序结果： 风景简介、 周边餐饮、 旅游攻略、 与长城相关的软件皮肤下载。
205、 服务器将地域信息列表发送给移动终端；
进一步地， 在将地域信息列表发送给移动终端时， 还可以同时发送与当前地点对应的 图片信息， 例如长城的图片。
需要说明的是， 服务器中预先存储有各个地点的图片信息， 也可根据用户所处的当前 地点获取对应的图片信息， 并发送给移动终端。
206、 移动终端根据排序结果显示输出地域信息列表中的选项；
具体地， 移动终端可首先显示与当前地点对应的图片， 如图 3所示；
进一步地， 在用户点击图片后， 按照地域信息列表的选项的排序结果显示各个选项， 具体如图 4所示。
207、 移动终端接收用户选择的选项；
208、 移动终端将信息咨询信号发送给服务器；
其中， 在信息咨询信号中携带有用户在地域信息列表中选择的选项。
209、 服务器根据信息咨询信号査找得到与该信息咨询信号相对应的地域信息； 需要说明的是， 若服务器中未保存有与该信息咨询信号相对应的地域信息， 则向移动 终端推送的信息为空， 则本流程结束。
210、 服务器将与该信息咨询信号相对应的地域信息发送给移动终端；
211、 移动终端显示输出与该信息咨询信号相对应的地域信息。
进一步地， 本步骤之后， 本方法还可以包括：
用户关闭定时器。
本实施例提供了一种获取及推送信息的方法， 通过获取用户当前达到的地点， 向用户 推送与该地点对应的地域信息列表， 并根据用户在地域信息列表中选择的选项向用户推送 与该当前地点相关的地域信息， 可以满足用户的多样化需求， 且与当前地点对应的地域信 息可增强与当前地点的互动性。 实施例 3
如图 5所示， 本实施例提供了一种移动终端， 该移动终端包括- 位置信息发送模块 301 , 用于向服务器发送当前地点的位置信息， 以使服务器根据位置 信息査找得到基于当前地点的地域信息列表；
信号发送模块 302， 用于响应用户对地域信息列表的选择并发送一信号至服务器； 地域信息显示模块 303，用于接收服务器返回的与信号相对应的地域信息，并进行显示。 其中， 上述地域信息列表至少包括介绍选项及路线图选项。
进一步地， 如图 6所示， 上述移动终端还包括：
定时器模块 304，用于按照设定的时间间隔定时获取当前地点的位置信息并控制移动终 端进行显示提醒。
本实施例提供了一种移动终端， 通过获取用户当前达到的地点， 接收由服务器推送的 与该地点对应的地域信息列表， 并接收服务器根据用户在地域信息列表中选择的选项査找 得到的该当前地点相关的地域信息， 可以满足用户的多样化需求， 且与当前地点对应的地 域信息可增强与当前地点的互动性。 实施例 4
如图 7所示， 本实施例提供了一种服务器， 该服务器包括：
位置信息接收模块 401 , 用于接收移动终端发送的移动终端所处的当前地点的位置信 息；
列表获取模块 402， 用于根据位置信息査找得到基于当前地点的地域信息列表， 并将基 于当前地点的地域信息列表发送给移动终端；
地域信息发送模块 403， 用于接收移动终端发送的信号， 并向移动终端返回与该信号相 对应的地域信息。
其中， 列表获取模块 402 査找得到的地域信息列表至少包括地点介绍选项及路线图选 项。
进一步地， 如图 8所示， 上述服务器还包括：
选项排序模块 404，用于在列表获取模块 402将基于当前地点的地域信息列表发送给移 动终端之前， 对基于当前地点的地域信息列表中的选项进行排序。
本实施例提供了一种服务器， 通过在得到用户当前地点的位置信息之后， 向用户推送 与该地点对应的地域信息列表， 并根据用户在地域信息列表中选择的选项向用户推送与该 当前地点相关的地域信息， 可以满足用户的多样化需求， 且与当前地点对应的地域信息可 增强与当前地点的互动性。 同时， 本发明还提供了一种获取及推送信息的系统， 该系统包括如实施例 3 中所述的 移动终端和如实施例 4所述的服务器， 通过获取用户当前达到的地点， 向用户推送与该地 点对应的地域信息列表， 并根据用户在地域信息列表中选择的选项向用户推送与该当前地 点相关的地域信息， 可以满足用户的多样化需求， 且与当前地点对应的地域信息可增强与 当前地点的互动性。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完 成， 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成， 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储 介质中， 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器， 磁盘或光盘等。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例， 并不用以限制本发明， 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种获取信息的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法包括：
移动终端向服务器发送当前地点的位置信息， 以使所述服务器根据所述位置信息査找得 到基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表， 并将其发送给所述移动终端；
所述移动终端响应用户对所述地域信息列表的选择并发送一信号至所述服务器； 所述移动终端接收所述服务器返回的与所述信号相对应的地域信息， 并进行显示。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述移动终端向服务器发送当前地点的位 置信息之前包括：
所述移动终端根据预先设定的定时器的计时操作， 按照设定的时间间隔定时获取当前地 点的位置信息并显示提醒。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述地域信息列表至少包括地点介绍 选项及路线图选项。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述地域信息列表还包括景点简介选项、 周边餐饮选项、 攻略选项、 软件皮肤下载选项、 促销信息选项和天气选项中的至少一种。
5、 一种信息推送的方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法包括：
服务器接收移动终端发送的所述移动终端所处的当前地点的位置信息；
所述服务器根据所述位置信息査找得到基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表， 并将所述基 于所述当前地点的地域信息列表发送给所述移动终端；
所述服务器接收所述移动终端发送的信号， 并向所述移动终端返回与所述信号相对应的 地域信息。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述服务器将所述基于所述当前地点的地 域信息列表发送给所述移动终端之前包括：
所述服务器对所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表中的选项进行排序。
7、 一种移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述移动终端包括：
位置信息发送模块， 用于向服务器发送当前地点的位置信息， 以使所述服务器根据所述 位置信息査找得到基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表；
信号发送模块， 用于响应用户对所述地域信息列表的选择并发送一信号至所述服务器； 地域信息显示模块， 用于接收所述服务器返回的与所述信号相对应的地域信息， 并进行 显示。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述地域信息列表至少包括介绍选项 及路线图选项。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述移动终端还包括： 定时器模块， 用于按照设定的时间间隔定时获取当前地点的位置信息并控制所述移动终 端进行显示提醒。
10、 一种服务器， 其特征在于， 所述服务器包括：
位置信息接收模块，用于接收移动终端发送的所述移动终端所处的当前地点的位置信息; 列表获取模块， 用于根据所述位置信息査找得到基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表， 并 将所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表发送给所述移动终端；
地域信息发送模块， 用于接收所述移动终端发送的信号， 并向所述移动终端返回与所述 信号相对应的地域信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 所述列表获取模块査找得到的地域信 息列表至少包括地点介绍选项及路线图选项。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 所述服务器还包括： 选项排序模块， 用于在所述列表获取模块将所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表发送 给所述移动终端之前， 对所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表中的选项进行排序。
13、 一种获取及推送信息的系统， 其特征在于， 所述系统包括： 移动终端和服务器; 其中， 所述移动终端包括： 位置信息发送模块， 用于向服务器发送当前地点的位置信息， 以使所述服务器根据所述 位置信息査找得到基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表；
信号发送模块， 用于响应用户对所述地域信息列表的选择并发送一信号至所述服务器； 地域信息显示模块， 用于接收所述服务器返回的与所述信号相对应的地域信息， 并进行 显示；
所述服务器包括：
位置信息接收模块，用于接收移动终端发送的所述移动终端所处的当前地点的位置信息; 列表获取模块， 用于根据所述位置信息査找得到基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表， 并 将所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表发送给所述移动终端；
地域信息发送模块， 用于接收所述移动终端发送的信号， 并向所述移动终端返回与所述 信号相对应的地域信息。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的获取及推送信息的系统，其特征在于，所述移动终端还包括: 定时器模块， 用于按照设定的时间间隔定时获取当前地点的位置信息并控制所述移动终 端进行显示提醒。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的获取及推送信息的系统， 其特征在于， 所述服务器还包括： 选项排序模块， 用于在所述列表获取模块将所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表发送 给所述移动终端之前， 对所述基于所述当前地点的地域信息列表中的选项进行排序。
