技术领域
本发明涉及软件技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种安装应用程序的方法、服务器和终端。
发明背景
随着智能终端的普及,也开发出了越来越多供智能终端安装和使用的应用程序(Application,简称APP)。应用程序是指为了完成某项或某几项特定任务而被开发运行于操作系统之上的计算机程序,是在终端上运行的软件,通常可以和用户进行交互,具有可视的用户界面。
当用户在终端中安装应用程序后,通常终端上会显示该应用程序的图标,以便用户点击该图标运行该应用程序并进入该应用程序的用户界面,或者用户可以操作该图标以对应用程序执行删除操作,也可以通过拖动该图标来移动图标的显示位置。
应用程序的图标通常是开发者设计的符合终端显示规格的图像,终端安装该应用程序后就显示该图像。无论哪个终端安装该应用程序,都会显示同一个图标,因此,图标识别度差,也不够个性化。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种安装应用程序的方法、服务器和终端,以提高应用程序的图标的辨识度。
为了达到上述目的本发明实施例提出一种安装应用程序的方法,包括以下步骤:
接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求;
获取所述终端的地域信息;
将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使所述终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
本发明实施例还提出一种安装应用程序的方法,所述方法包括:
向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求,并获取终端的地域信息;
将获取的地域信息发送至服务器;

实施本发明的方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明实施例,并不用于限定本发明实施例。
如图1所示为本发明一实施例中的安装应用程序的方法的主要流程,该实施例适用于服务器侧,该方法包括以下步骤。
步骤S11:接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求。
步骤S12:获取所述终端的地域信息。
地域信息例如包括但不限于终端在哪个国家、哪个省、哪个市等信息。
步骤S13:将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使所述终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
应当注意,上述步骤S11和S12的执行顺序并非仅限于此,也可以同时执行。
在本发明中,服务器通过获取终端的地域信息,将与终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序发送至终端。终端运行该安装程序后显示的应用程序的图标将会与地域信息相关。例如,当应用程序为打车类应用程序时,可以预先设置不同城市对应的应用程序的安装程序,终端运行安装程序后显示的应用程序的图标为终端所在城市的的士车的图案。如图2所示为终端的地域信息为北京时,该应用程序的图标包括的北京的士车的图案;如图3所示为终端的地域信息为伦敦时,该应用程序的图标包括的伦敦的士车的图案。例如,当应用程序为地图类应用程序时, 应用程序的图标上的图案可以是代表性的建筑物。这样的应用程序的图标的辨识度高,还能为用户提供地域认同感,提升了用户的使用体验。
如图4所示为本发明的另一实施例中的安装应用程序的方法的主要流程,该实施例适用于服务器侧。在该实施例中,服务器获取的终端的位置信息是由终端发送的。具体地,本实施例包括以下步骤:
步骤S41:接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求。
步骤S42:向终端发送获取终端的地域信息的请求。
步骤S43:接收终端发送的所述终端的定位装置所采集的位置信息。
终端的定位装置例如可以是GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)、AGPS(Assisted Global Positioning System,辅助全球卫星定位系统),AGPS可以利用终端基地站的资讯,配合传统GPS卫星,让定位的速度更快。
位置信息例如可以是终端所在的经度和纬度。
步骤S44:在预设的第一数据库中检索获取的位置信息对应的地域信息。
根据第一数据库中的记录的地理信息,查找到位置信息例如精度和纬度对应在哪个国家、哪个省、甚至哪个市。
步骤S45:在预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表中,查找所述终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序。
步骤S46:将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使所述终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
在本发明的其他实施例中,上述步骤S42并不是必须的,该地域信息也可由终端自动发送至服务器,例如终端可以将地域信息与安装应用程序的请求一起发送至服务器。
对于没有定位装置的终端而言,无法由终端自行获取位置信息。因此,需要服务器来获取。如图5所示为本发明另一实施例,该实施例中包括以下步骤。
步骤S51:接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求。
步骤S52:获取所述终端连接网络时的出口IP地址。
步骤S53:在预设的第二数据库中检索获取所述IP地址对应的地域信息。
根据第二数据库中的记录的IP地址与地理信息的对应关系,查找到获取的IP地址对应在哪个国家、哪个省、甚至哪个市。
步骤S54:在预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表中,查找所述终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序。
步骤S55:将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使所述终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
如图6所示为本发明另一实施例中的安装应用程序的方法的主要流程,该实施例适用于终端侧。具体地,本实施例包括以下步骤。
步骤S61:向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求,并获取终端的地域信息。
该步骤中,可以通过终端中的定位装置获取终端的地域信息。
在本发明实施例中,可以在发送安装应用程序的请求时自动获取终端的地域信息;或者,在向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求之后,当接收到服务器作为响应发送的获取终端的地域信息的请求时,获取终端的地域信息。
步骤S62:将获取的地域信息发送至服务器。
在本发明实施例中,获取的地域信息可以与安装应用程序的请求一 起发送至服务器。或者,发送了安装应用程序的请求给服务器之后,在接收到服务器作为响应发送的获取终端的地域信息的请求后,发送获取的地域信息至服务器。
步骤S63:接收服务器发送的与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
本实施例中,终端可获取地域信息,并将地域信息发送至服务器,以使服务器发送与该地域信息对应的应用程序的安装包。终端运行该安装程序后显示的应用程序的图标将会与地域信息相关。这样的应用程序的图标的辨识度高,还能为用户提供地域认同感,提升了用户的使用体验。
图7为本发明一实施例提供的服务器,如图7所示,服务器包括:
第一接收模块701,用于接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求;
第一获取模块702,用于获取所述终端的地域信息;
第一发送模块703,用于将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
在本发明一个实施例中,所述第一获取模块702包括:
接收子模块,用于接收终端发送的终端的定位装置所采集的位置信息;
第一检索子模块,用于在预设的第一数据库中检索获取所述位置信息对应的地域信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,所述第一获取模块702包括:
获取子模块,用于获取所述终端连接网络时的出口IP地址;
第二检索子模块,用于在预设的第二数据库中检索获取所述IP地址 对应的地域信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,所述第一发送模块703包括:
查找子模块,用于在预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表中,查找所述终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序;
发送子模块,用于将查找到的安装程序发送至终端。
图8所示为本发明另一实施例提出的一种终端,该终端包括:
第二获取模块801,用于向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求,获取终端的地域信息;
第二发送模块802,用于将获取的地域信息发送至服务器;
第二接收模块803,用于接收服务器发送的与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
图9为本发明实施例提出的终端和服务器实现的安装应用程序的交互过程示意图。在本实施例中,终端中包括定位装置。
如图9所示,终端接收到来自用户的安装应用程序的指令后,获取终端所在的位置信息(经度、纬度),然后将安装应用程序的请求和获取的位置信息发送至服务器。服务器根据位置信息通过数据库检索终端所在地域,然后查找预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表,将映射表中与该地域信息对应的安装程序返回给终端。终端将安装程序显示给用户。该安装程序可自动在终端上运行,也可以在接收到用户的启动指令后,在终端上运行。当该安装程序运行完毕,将该应用程序安装在终端之后,终端上将显示与地域信息相关的该应用程序的图标。
图10所示为本发明另一实施例提出的终端和服务器实现的安装应用程序的交互过程示意图。在本实施例中,终端中不包括定位装置。
如图10所示,终端接收到来自用户的安装应用程序的指令后,将 安装应用程序的请求发送至服务器。服务器获取终端连接网络时的出口ip地址,然后在数据库中检索此ip地址所对应的地域信息,然后查找预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表,将映射表中与该地域信息对应的安装程序返回给终端。终端将安装程序显示给用户。该安装程序可自动在终端上运行,也可以在接收到用户的启动指令后,在终端上运行。当该安装程序运行完毕,将该应用程序安装在终端之后,终端上将显示与地域信息相关的该应用程序的图标。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的用于安装应用程序的装置仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的用于安装应用程序的装置与安装应用程序的方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
图11为本发明实施例提供的安装应用程序的方法的应用环境图。如图11所示,多个终端设备100与服务器200通过网络201进行通讯。终端设备100可为各种电子装置,如个人电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、手机等。服务器200为客户端提供各种应用程序的安装程序。网络201可为但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
图12示出了终端设备100的一个实施例的结构框图。如图12所示,终端设备100包括存储器102、存储控制器104,一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器106、外设接口108、射频模块110、定位模块112、 显示模块114以及按键模块116。这些组件通过一条或多条通讯总线/信号线122相互通讯。
可以理解,图12所示的结构仅为示意,终端设备100还可包括比图12中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图12所示不同的配置。图12中所示的各组件可以采用硬件、软件或其组合实现。
其中,存储器102可用于存储软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的安装应用程序的方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器106通过运行存储在存储器102内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。
存储器102可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器102可进一步包括相对于处理器106远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至终端设备100。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。处理器106以及其他可能的组件对存储器102的访问可在存储控制器104的控制下进行。
外设接口108将各种输入/输入装置耦合至处理器106以及存储器102。处理器106运行存储器102内的各种软件、指令以执行终端设备100的各种功能以及进行数据处理。
在一些实施例中,外设接口108,处理器106以及存储控制器104可以在单个芯片中实现,在其他一些实例中,也可以分别由独立的芯片实现。
射频模块110用于接收以及发送电磁波,实现电磁波与电信号的相互转换,从而与通讯网络或者其他设备进行通讯。射频模块110可包括各种现有的用于执行这些功能的电路元件,例如,天线、射频收发器、 数字信号处理器、加密/解密芯片、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、存储器等等。射频模块110可与各种网络如互联网、企业内部网、无线网络进行通讯或者通过无线网络与其他设备进行通讯。上述的无线网络可包括蜂窝式电话网、无线局域网或者城域网。上述的无线网络可以使用各种通信标准、协议及技术,包括但并不限于全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM)、增强型移动通信技术(Enhanced Data GSM Environment,EDGE),宽带码分多址技术(wideband code division multiple access,W-CDMA),码分多址技术(Code division access,CDMA)、时分多址技术(time division multiple access,TDMA),蓝牙,无线保真技术(Wireless,Fidelity,WiFi)(如美国电气和电子工程师协会标准IEEE 802.11a,IEEE 802.11b,IEEE802.11g和/或IEEE802.11n)、网络电话(Voice over internet protocal,VoIP)、全球微波互联接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,Wi-Max)、其他用于邮件、即时通讯及短消息的协议,以及任何其他合适的通讯协议,甚至可包括那些当前仍未被开发出来的协议。
定位模块112用于获取终端设备100的当前位置。定位模块112的实例包括但不限于全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、基于无线局域网或者移动通信网的定位技术。
显示屏幕114在终端设备100与用户之间提供一个输出界面。具体地,显示屏幕114向用户显示视频输出,这些视频输出的内容可包括文字、图形、视频、及其任意组合。一些输出结果是对应于一些用户界面对象。进一步地,显示屏幕114还可在终端设备100与用户之间提供一个输入界面,用于接收用户的输入,例如用户的点击、滑动等手势操作,以便用户界面对象对这些用户的输入做出响应。检测用户输入的技术可以是基于电阻式、电容式或者其他任意可能的触控检测技术。显示屏幕 114的具体实例包括但并不限于液晶显示器或发光聚合物显示器。
按键模块116同样提供用户向终端设备100进行输入的接口,用户可以通过按下不同的按键以使终端设备100执行不同的功能。
图13示出了服务器200的一个实施例的结构框图。如图13所示,服务器200包括:存储器201、处理器202以及网络模块203。
可以理解,图13所示的结构仅为示意,服务器200还可包括比图13中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图13所示不同的配置。图13中所示的各组件可以采用硬件、软件或其组合实现。另外,本发明实施例中的服务器200还可以包括多个具体不同功能的服务器。
存储器201可用于存储应用程序的安装程序,软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的安装应用程序的方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器202通过运行存储在存储器201内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现本发明实施例中的安装应用程序的方法。存储器201可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器201可进一步包括相对于处理器202远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至服务器200。进一步地,上述软件程序以及模块还可包括:服务模块221以及操作系统222。其中操作系统222,例如可为LINUX、UNIX、WINDOWS,其可包括各种用于管理系统任务(例如内存管理、存储设备控制、电源管理等)的软件组件和/或驱动,并可与各种硬件或软件组件相互通讯,从而提供其他软件组件的运行环境。服务模块221运行在操作系统222的基础上,并通过操作系统222的网络服务监听来自网络的请求,根据请求完成相应的数据处理,并返回处理结果给客户端。
网络模块203用于接收以及发送网络信号。上述网络信号可包括无 线信号或者有线信号。在一个实例中,上述网络信号为有线网络信号。此时,网络模块203可包括处理器、随机存储器、转换器、晶体振荡器等元件。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种安装应用程序的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求;
    获取所述终端的地域信息;
    将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使所述终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述终端的地域信息,包括:
    接收终端发送的所述终端的定位装置所采集的位置信息;
    在预设的第一数据库中检索获取所述位置信息对应的地域信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述终端的地域信息,包括:
    获取所述终端连接网络时的出口IP地址;
    在预设的第二数据库中检索获取所述IP地址对应的地域信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,包括:
    在预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表中,查找所述终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序;
    将查找到的安装程序发送至终端。
  5. 一种安装应用程序的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求,并获取终端的地域信息;
    将获取的地域信息发送至服务器;
    接收服务器发送的与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程 序,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
  6. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求;
    第一获取模块,用于获取所述终端的地域信息;
    第一发送模块,用于将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块包括:
    接收子模块,用于接收终端发送的所述终端的定位装置所采集的位置信息;
    第一检索子模块,用于在预设的第一数据库中检索获取所述位置信息对应的地域信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块包括:
    获取子模块,用于获取所述终端连接网络时的出口IP地址;
    第二检索子模块,用于在预设的第二数据库中检索获取所述IP地址对应的地域信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一发送模块包括:
    查找子模块,用于在预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表中,查找所述终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序;
    发送子模块,用于将查找到的安装程序发送至终端。
  10. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第二获取模块,用于向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求,并获取终端的地域信息;
    第二发送模块,用于将获取的地域信息发送至服务器;
    第二接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
  11. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,存储有程序,所述程序能够使计算机执行如下步骤:
    接收终端发送的安装应用程序的请求;
    获取所述终端的地域信息;
    将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序发送至终端,以使所述终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述程序能够使计算机在获取所述终端的地域信息时执行如下步骤:
    接收所述终端发送的所述终端的定位装置所采集的位置信息;
    在预设的第一数据库中检索获取所述位置信息对应的地域信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述程序能够使计算机在获取所述终端的地域信息时执行如下步骤:
    获取所述终端连接网络时的出口IP地址;
    在预设的第二数据库中检索获取所述IP地址对应的地域信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述程序能够使计算机在将与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序 的安装程序发送至终端时执行如下步骤:
    在预存的地域信息与应用程序的安装程序的映射表中,查找所述终端的地域信息对应的应用程序的安装程序;
    将查找到的安装程序发送至终端。
  15. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,存储有程序,所述程序能够使计算机执行如下步骤:
    向服务器发送安装应用程序的请求,并获取终端的地域信息;
    将获取的地域信息发送至服务器;
    接收服务器发送的与所述地域信息对应的所述应用程序的安装程序,以使终端运行所述安装程序后显示的所述应用程序的图标与所述地域信息相关。
