在本发明具体实施例中,所述非对称弹性锁定回拉件为一倒钩体 3, 所述倒钩体 3为塑料材质, 且与杆体 1成一体结构, 一次开模成 型, 材料的统一性能提升芯杆的整体稳定性能, 一体式结构能降低制 造成本, 提高生产和装配效率。
在本发明具体另一实施例中,所述非对称弹性锁定回拉件为一倒 钩体 3, 所述倒钩体 3为塑料材质, 且与杆体 1成分体式装配结构。
在具体实施时, 所述倒钩体下端形成基座部 4, 基座部 4上部形 成向一侧偏转的第一折臂 5, 第一折臂 5与基座部 4的连接处外侧壁 形成内凹状的圆弧角 8或折角,该圆弧角 8的弧度为 45度至 179度, 第一折臂 5的下端与基座部 4的上端连接,第一折臂 5的上端与第二 折臂 6—端连接, 第二折臂 6另一端悬空, 第一折臂 5与第二折臂 6 连接处的外侧形成圆弧面 7, 第一折臂 5与第二折臂 6连接处的内侧 形成 2度一 90度的内夹角 11, 第二折臂 6的悬空端与第一折臂 5之 间形成开口的宽度为 0.5mm— 40mm, 该宽度能确保第一折臂与第二 折臂之间形成弹性伸缩性能,倒钩体就是借助第一折臂与第二折臂之 间夹角的弹性变化顺势滑入针座内腔,并在复位扩张力的作用下与针 座内腔紧密卡合锁定。 所述第一折臂 5的长度为 0.5mm— 50mm, 所 述第二折臂 6的长度为 0.5mm— 60mm。 所述第二折臂 6的悬空端形 成刺尖 15, 且第二折臂 6的悬空端突出于基座部 4外侧边缘。
在具体实施时,所述杆体 1处形成四片十字形等夹角分布的加强 筋 12, 加强筋 12外边缘处设有限位折片 13。 所述限位折片 13与加 强筋 12之间通过至少两个触点 14连接。

1.一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的芯杆结构, 它包括杆体 ( 1 ), 杆体 (1 ) 靠近端部处形成胶塞限位装配部 (2), 胶塞限位装 配部 (2) 处套接有胶塞 (16), 其特征在于: 所述杆体 (1 ) 端部设 有非对称弹性锁定回拉件。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于:所述非对称弹性锁定回拉件以芯杆的对称中 心线为中轴, 其中轴的两侧各形成一卡合锁定部, 且两侧的卡合锁定 部呈非对称状。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述一侧卡合锁定部高于或低于另一侧卡合 锁定部。
4.根据权利要求 2 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述一侧卡合锁定部的宽度大于或小于另一 侧卡合锁定部。
5.根据权利要求 2 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构,其特征在于:所述一侧或两侧的卡合锁定部具有弹性结构。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述一侧的卡合锁定部外侧边缘与杆体的对 称中心线之间的距离为 1mm- 20mm。
7.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构,其特征在于:所述非对称弹性锁定回拉件为一倒钩体(3), 所述倒钩体(3 ) 为塑料材质, 且与杆体(1 )成一体结构, 一次开模 成型。
8.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述非对称弹性锁定回拉件为一倒钩体, 所 述倒钩体为塑料材质, 且与杆体 (1 ) 成分体式装配结构。
9.根据权利要求 7 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述倒钩体下端形成基座部 (4)。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述基座部 (4) 上部形成向一侧偏转的第 一折臂 (5), 第一折臂 (5 )与基座部(4) 的连接处外侧壁形成内凹 状的圆弧角 (8)或折角, 该圆弧角 8的弧度为 45度至 179度, 第一 折臂 (5) 的下端与基座部 (4) 的上端连接, 第一折臂 (5) 的上端 与第二折臂(6)—端连接,第二折臂(6)另一端悬空,第一折臂(5) 与第二折臂 (6)连接处的外侧形成圆弧面(7), 第一折臂 (5 )与第 二折臂 (6) 连接处的内侧形成 2度至 90度的内夹角 (11 ), 第二折 臂 (6) 的悬空端与第一折臂 (5 ) 之间形成开口的宽度为 0.5mm— 40mm o
11.根据权利要求 10 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器 的芯杆结构,其特征在于:所述第一折臂 (5)的长度为 0.5mm— 50mm。
12.根据权利要求 10 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器 的芯杆结构,其特征在于:所述第二折臂(6)的长度为 0.5mm— 60mm。
13.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器的 芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述杆体 (1 ) 处形成四片十字形等夹角分 布的加强筋 (12), 加强筋 (12) 外边缘处设有限位折片 (13 )。
14.根据权利要求 13 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器 的芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述限位折片 (13 ) 与加强筋(12)之间 通过至少两个触点 (14) 连接。
15.根据权利要求 10 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器 的芯杆结构,其特征在于:所述第二折臂(6)的悬空端形成刺尖(15)。
16.根据权利要求 10 所述的一种用于回拉式安全自毁式注射器 的芯杆结构, 其特征在于: 所述第二折臂 (6) 的悬空端突出于基座 部 (4) 外侧边缘。
