现有的单针座回抽式安全自毁式注射器或安全注射器在设计和 使用中均存在同一个难题,就是回抽时所需拉力和内针座卡合力之间 的平衡点问题, 为了克服上述平衡力问题, 出现了双针座结构的注射 器, 但此类双针座注射器仍然存在诸多问题无法克服, 例如, 双针座 注射器的密封性不佳, 双座注射器的工作稳定性不佳, 双针座注射器 的模具成本较高。
综上所述,仍然需要对现有针座回拉式安全或安全自毁式注射器 的结构进行进一步改进,研发出一种能够同时满足内针座卡合力和回 拉力, 且具备可换针功能的单体内针座结构。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针内 针座结构, 其采用单体式内针座结构, 内针座外壁形成缓冲部, 能提 供稳定而合理的卡合力效果, 获取最佳的回抽力和卡合力的平衡点, 并具备螺旋式可换针功能, 克服了现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针内针座结构, 它包括内针 座本体 (1 ), 内针座本体 (1 ) 下端开设有回拉锁定腔 (2), 其特征 在于: 所述内针座本体(1 ) 由上部的可换针装配部(3 )和下部的弹 性密封限位部 (4) 构成, 两者成一体式单体结构, 弹性密封限位部 (4)表面开设有环状缓冲间隙(5), 弹性密封限位部(4) 的外壁处 形成环状密封限位卡合部 (6)。
2.—种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针内针座结构, 它包括内针 座本体 (1 ), 内针座本体 (1 ) 下端开设有回拉锁定腔 (2), 其特征 在于: 所述内针座本体(1 ) 由上部的可换针装配部(3 )和下部的弹 性密封限位部 (4) 构成, 两者成分体式装配结构, 弹性密封限位部
(4)表面开设有环状缓冲间隙(5 ), 弹性密封限位部(4)外壁处形 成环状密封限位卡合部 (6)。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述可换针装配部(3)上部呈圆锥台状, 其锥度为 6: 100, 可换针装配部 (3)外壁设有外螺旋纹(8), 可换 针装配部 (3) 下部的外壁处呈环状分布有防侧旋凸筋 (9)。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述可换针装配部 (3) 呈柱状体, 柱状 体内腔中空, 中空内腔的内壁上部形成内螺旋纹 (10), 中空内腔下 部腔体呈倒圆锥台状, 其锥度为 6: 100, 可换针装配部 (3) 的外壁 处呈环状分布有防侧旋凸筋 (9)。
5.根据权利要求 3或 4所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换 针内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述防侧旋凸筋 (9) 的端部呈半圆弧 状或锥状。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述可换针装配部 (3 ) 与弹性密封限位 部 (4) 之间形成环状台阶 (11 ) 或环状坡面。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针内 针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状缓冲间隙 (5 ) 槽口至槽底的高度 为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 (5 ) 的宽度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状 缓冲间隙(5 )外侧槽壁与环状密封限位卡合部(6)表面弧面弧顶的 距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙(5 ) 外侧槽壁槽口处与环状密 封限位卡合部 (6) 外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙

8.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 环状密封限位卡合部 (6) 的表面成弧面 状。
9.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状密封限位卡合部 (6) 表面成弧 面状, 其弧顶至弧面上边缘的距离小于弧顶至弧面下边缘的距离。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状密封限位卡合部 (6) 下部的弹 性密封限位部 (4) 外壁处形成环状凹陷 (12)。
11.根据权利要求 10 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换 针内针座结构,其特征在于:所述环状凹陷(12)与环状缓冲间隙(5) 的槽底位于同一水平面或高于环状缓冲间隙 (5 ) 的槽底。
12.根据权利要求 6所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状台阶 (11 ) 处套接有 "O"形密 封橡圈。
13.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封限位部 (4) 上表面或下表 面开设有环状缓冲间隙 (5 )。
14.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封限位部 (4) 设置于可换针 装配部 (3 ) 底部处或中段处或顶部处, 两者形成一体式单体结构或 分体式装配结构。
15.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的可换针 内针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封限位部 (4) 外壁的环状密 封限位卡合部 (6) 处形成若干缺口或切断线。
