Description

家具内置绳轮式升降装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于升降在相关家具 (如办公家具、 室内家具、 餐厨家具等) 内 物品 的装置, 属于家具内物品升降技术领域。
背景技术
在办公家具中设置升降装置, 可以方便所用液晶显示器、 笔记本电脑等办公设备的使用 和收藏, 在非会议时, 液晶显示器等办公设备隐藏于桌面之下, 使用时通过升降装置升起。 同样, 室内家具中设置升降装置也可以方便家电产品的使用, 如: 卧室床尾柜内的升降装置 可以方便液晶电视的使用和收藏, 厨柜中的升降装置可以方便置于顶橱中的微波炉的使用和 收藏。
目前, 家具中的升降装置都是使用齿轮齿条传动实现升降功能, 这种传动方式结构复杂、 安装调试困难, 使用中发抖颤动, 噪音大, 而且生产成本大, 维修率高。
发明内容
为了克服现有安装于家具中的升降装置存在的安装调试困难、使用中发抖颤动、.噪音大、 成本高等不足, 本发明提供一种结构简单、 运行安全平稳、 成本低的家具内置绳轮式升降装 置。
本发明的家具内置绳轮式升降装置釆用以下技术解决方案- 该家具内置绳轮式升降装置, 包括固定架、 导轨、 滑块、 升降杆和传动装置, 固定架上 设置有导轨, 导轨上安装有滑块, 滑块上安装有升降杆, 导轨的上部和底部分别设有上滑轮 和下滑轮, 固定架上安装有传动装置, 传动装置的输出轴上安装有绕绳轮, 绕绳轮上连接有 上升线绳和下降线绳, 上升线绳的另一端绕过上滑轮与滑块连接, 下降线绳的另一端绕过下 滑轮与滑块连接。
导轨的下部设有下定位块, 以使滑块向下移动时定位止动。
升降杆上设置有横板, 以放置物品。
传动装置包括电机和传动机构, 电机与传动机构的输入轴连接, 绕绳轮安装在传动机构 的输出轴上。 传动机构可以采用蜗轮蜗杆传动、 齿轮传动等形式。
升降杆与固定架之间设有导向机构, 该导向机构包括轮销和滚轮, 滚轮通过轮销安装在 固定架上, 升降杆中设置导向槽, 滚轮处于升降杆的导向槽中。 通过滚轮与导向槽的配合, 使升降杆在升降过程中运行平稳。
上升线绳和下降线绳各自套装在一个护管内, 以保护绕绳。
本发明通过柔性线绳传递动力, 不存在钢性碰撞, 结构简单, 没有配合要求, 降低了制 造成本, 运动中不会发抖颤动, 安装和维修方便, 使用中保证了升降过程的运行安全、 平稳、 顺畅, 并且噪音小。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 本发明主要包括固定架 5、 导轨 6、 升降杆 10和传动装置 1, 固定架 5上 设置有两个平行的导轨 6, 每个导轨 6上安装有一个滑块 8, 每个滑块 8上安装有一个升降杆 10, 两个升降杆 10之间设置有用于放置物品的横板 11。 导轨 6的下部设有下定位块 4, 以使 滑动座 8向下移动时定位止动。 每个导轨 6的上部和底部分别设有上滑轮 9和下滑轮 3, 下 滑轮 3位于下定位块 4的下方。 固定架 5的底部安装有传动装置 1 , 传动装置 1的输出轴安 装有主动滑轮 7, 传动装置 1包括电机 2和传动机构, 传动机构可以采用蜗轮蜗杆传动、 齿 轮传动等形式, 由于蜗轮蜗杆传动具有反向自锁功能, 所以传动机构优选蜗轮蜗杆传动, 电 机 2与传动机构的输入端连接, 绕绳轮 7安装在传动机构的输出轴上。 绕绳轮 7与滑块 8之 间连接有上升线绳 13和下降线绳 14, 上升线绳 13的一端与绕绳轮 7连接, 另一端绕过上滑 轮 9与滑块 8连接,下降线绳 14的一端与绕绳轮 7连接,另一端绕过下滑轮 3与滑块 8连接, 以使滑块 8所受拉力方向与其移动方向一致。 为了保护绕绳, 将上升线绳 13和下降线绳 14 各自套装在一个护管内。 电机 2通过蜗轮蜗杆等传动机构带动绕绳轮 7转动, 上升线绳 13在 绕绳轮 7上缠绕而下降线绳 14放松, 则使上升线绳 13拉动滑块 8沿导轨 6上升, 反之, 下 降线绳 14在绕绳轮 7上缠绕而上升线绳 13放松,则使下降线绳 14拉动滑块 8沿导轨 6下降。 滑块 8上固定的升降杆 10随之一起升降。
为使升降杆 10升降过程中平稳, 在升降杆 10与固定架 5之间设有导向机构, 如图 2所 示, 该导向机构包括轮销 15和滚轮 16, 滚轮 16通过轮销 15安装在固定架 5上, 在升降杆 10中设置导向槽, 滚轮 16处于升降杆 10的导向槽中。 在升降杆 10的升降过程中通过滚轮 16与导向槽的配合, 保持运行平稳。
为使家电产品等物品在升起之前先打开家具上覆盖物品的盖板,在升降杆 10的顶端设置 有顶板 12。
本发明的工作过程如下- 将家电产品、 微波炉等物品放置在两个升降杆 10之间的横板 11上。 启动传动装置 1, 传动装置 1中的电机 2通过传动机构带动绕绳轮 7转动, 上升线绳 13在绕绳轮 7上缠绕, 而 下降线绳 14放松,上升线绳 13的另一端拉动滑块 8沿导轨 6上升,升降杆 10随之一起上升, 升降杆 10顶端的顶板 12先伸出, 打开家具上的盖板, 物品随后升起, 正常使用。 电机 2反 转, 可使下降线绳 14在绕绳轮 7上缠绕, 而上升线绳 13放松, 下降线绳 14的另一端拉动滑 块 8及升降杆 10下降,物品落回家具内部,隐藏起来。这样就实现了家电产品等物品的升降。

1.一种家具内置绳轮式升降装置, 包括固定架、 导轨、 滑块、 升降杆和传动装置, 其特征是: 固定架上设置有导轨, 导轨上安装有滑块, 滑块上安装有升降杆, 导轨的上部和底部分别设 有上滑轮和下滑轮, 固定架上安装有传动装置, 传动装置的输出轴上安装有绕绳轮, 绕绳轮 上连接有上升线绳和下降线绳, 上升线绳的另一端绕过上滑轮与滑块连接, 下降线绳的另一 端绕过下滑轮与滑块连接。
