Abstract

본 발명은 내부에 피스톤(531)이 왕복 운동하기 위한 공간부가 형성되고 벽체에는 유압유가 유동되는 유로 공간부(515)가 형성되며 일측이 개구되며 타측에 로드공(511)이 통공된 덮개부(512)가 구비되는 본체(51)와, 상기 본체(51) 내에 위치하는 유압펌프(1)를 구동하는 구동 모터(30)와, 상기 본체(10) 내에 구비되고 피스톤 로드(531)가 상기 덮개부(512)의 로드공(511)을 통해 외부로 연장되며 상기 본체(51)의 길이방향을 따라 운동하도록 구비된 피스톤(531)과, 상기 본체(51)의 내에 구비되어 상기 구동 모터(30)에 의하여 구동되어 상기 피스톤(531)이 운동되도록 하는 유압 펌프(1)를 포함하여 구성되는 스마트 하이브리드 액츄에이터에 관한 것으로; 벽체에 유로 공간부가 형성되어 있기 때문에 배관을 별도로 구비하지 않아도 되어 설치공간에 따른 공간을 최소화할 수 있으며, 본체의 내부에서 순환이 이루어짐으로써 유압유의 발열이나 외부온도에 따라 달라지는 팽창이나 수축이 피스톤 스트로크에 주는 영향이 최소되며, 액츄에이터의 외부에 유압배관이 존재하지 않기 때문에 누수나 충격에 의한 액츄에이터의 기능상실 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
