语音电话功能以其便捷, 真实的特点一直以来都是移动用户之间进行联 系的首选, 市场上无论何种类型的移动终端, 都会支持基本的语音通话的功

随着移动通讯技术的蓬勃发展, 移动终端用户越来越重视个人隐私的保 护, 当用户手机不在用户身边时, 如果终端有来电, 此时用户不希望其他用 户随意处理或查看自己的来电信息, 这就需要一种来电保护技术。
另一方面, 随着触摸屏技术的发展, 触摸屏在手机上的应用已大量的普 及, 触摸屏能使用户更方便的操作手机, 用户体验的感觉更好。 但是同时, 触摸屏也增加了用户误操作情况发生的概率,比如对来电界面处理的误操作, 用户在上下班途中, 将移动终端放置在口袋或包中, 此时终端来电时, 来电 信息可能会被立刻接听或挂断, 用户根本不知道有来电; 或者用户听到来电 铃音, 从口袋或包中取移动终端时, 无意碰到屏幕上的按键, 导致非本意接 听或挂断来电。 这时就需要对来电界面进行保护, 由此产生一种来电界面保 护的方法。
相关语音通话技术中, 一个正常的语音通话呼叫、 接听的主要过程如图 1所示, 具体如下:
步骤 101、 主叫终端 MS ( Mobile Station , 移动站) Α 向 MSC ( Mobile-Services Switching Center, 移动切换中心)发送 "建立" 消息; 步骤 102、 MSC确认该消息后反馈给主叫终端 MS A "呼叫进程" 消息; 步骤 103、 MSC向被叫终端 MS B发送 "建立" 消息;
步骤 104、 被叫终端 MS B反馈给 MSC "呼叫确认" 消息;
步骤 105、信道分配完成后, 被叫终端 MS B向 MSC发送 "提醒" 消息;
步骤 106、 MSC向主叫终端 MS A发送 "提醒" 消息;
步骤 107、 被叫终端 MS B在确认接听后, 向 MSC发送 "连接" 消息; 步骤 108、 MSC向被叫终端 MS B发送 "连接检查" 消息;
步骤 109、 被叫终端 MS B反馈 "连接检查完成" 消息给 MSC;
步骤 110、 MSC向主叫终端 MS A发送 "连接" 消息;
步骤 111、主叫终端 MS A收到此消息后,反馈 "连接证实"消息给 MSC; 步骤 112、 MSC将 "连接证实" 消息反馈给被叫终端 MS B。
此时主、 被叫双方建立通话。
根据底层语音通话信令, 结合终端 APP (应用层) 的处理方式, 终端来 电信息的处理流程具体如下:
平台向被叫终端 MS B上层发送来电信息后, 终端 MS B即创建相关窗 口信息,被叫终端 MS B显示来电界面并响铃。用户在被叫终端 MS B来电界 面进行相应处理。 如果被叫终端 MS B按接听键, MS B反馈 "连接" 消息给 MSC, MSC将此信息反馈给主叫终端 MS A, 并向 MS B反馈 "连接证实" 消息, 主、 被叫双方建立通话。
图 2为相关技术中的移动终端上层来电界面处理流程图,包括下面步骤: 步骤 201、 平台向上层发送来电消息;
即 MSC向被叫终端发送 "建立" 消息。
步骤 202、 上层创建来电界面并响铃;
被叫终端反馈 "提醒" 消息后, 即可创建来电界面并响铃。
步骤 203、 被叫终端用户进行来电处理;
被叫终端用户选择接听键, 主、 被叫双方进入通话界面; 被叫终端用户 选择挂断键, 被叫挂断来电。
由此可知, 在被叫终端 MS B的来电界面, 用户选择接听键后, MS B立 刻反馈 "连接" 消息给 MSC, 而对来电信息进行的操作是否为用户本人的操 作, 或者用户本人的本意操作, 在目前实现的来电流程上都没有相关的方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种来电处理方法及终端, 以避 免用户对来电的误操作。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种来电处理方法, 包括: 终端接收到来电消息后, 创建来电界面, 并创建一不响应任何按键消息 的保护界面, 所述保护界面覆盖在所述来电界面上。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明实施例提供一种来电处理方法, 在被叫流程中, 终端接收到来电 消息后, 创建来电保护界面, 在该界面可正常响铃, 但是不响应任何按键消 息, 以避免用户无意中的按键而对来电的误操作。
图 3为本发明实施例一的来电处理方法的流程图, 包括下面步骤: 步骤 301、 MSC向终端发送来电消息;
步骤 302、 终端接收到来电消息后, 创建来电界面;
步骤 303、 终端创建来电保护界面并继续响铃;
步骤 304、 终端在来电保护界面上提示用户输入验证码(即解锁信息) ; 用户输入验证码, 如果验证码正确, 则解锁保护界面, 终端显示来电界
面并继续响铃, 用户可正常处理来电; 如果验证码错误, 则提示用户继续输 入, 来电超时后, 正常挂断并返回。
其中, 所述来电保护界面覆盖在来电界面上, 且为非透明的, 这样来电 时, 终端的屏幕上就不会显示主叫人的信息, 有效地保护了用户处理自己来 电的权利及隐私。
图 4为本发明实施例一的终端的示意图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的终端 包括:
接收模块 401 , 设置为接收来电消息;
创建模块 402 , 设置为在接收模块接收到来电消息后, 创建来电界面, 并创建一不响应任何按键消息的保护界面, 所述保护界面覆盖在所述来电界 面上。
其中, 所述保护界面为非透明的。
本实施例的终端还可以包括:
提示模块 403 , 设置为在所述保护界面上提示用户输入解锁信息; 处理模块 404 , 设置为接收到用户输入的正确的解锁信息后, 进入来电 界面。
为了优化处理流程, 减少按键步骤, 可以在来电保护界面增加 "接听" 和 "挂断" 两种处理选择。 用户在来电保护界面选择 "接听" 或 "挂断" 时, 上层截取该按钮消息并提示用户输入相应解锁密码, 如果输入正确, 则上层 正常向平台下发相应按键消息。 具体流程图见图 5 , 包括下面步骤:
步骤 501、 MSC向终端发送来电消息;
步骤 502、 终端创建来电界面;
步骤 503、 终端创建来电保护界面并继续响铃;
步骤 504、 在来电保护界面, 用户可选择按接听键 /挂断键, 接收到用户 的按键消息, 则提示用户输入验证码, 如果验证码正确, 则可以正常处理相 应的按键信息, 正常处理接听 /挂断来电; 如果验证码错误, 则提示用户继续
输入, 直至来电超时后, 正常挂断并返回。
相应的, 上述提示模块 403是设置为在接收到用户按下接听键或挂断键 的消息后, 提示用户输入解锁信息。
综上所述, 本发明实施例在被叫终端的来电界面上覆盖了一层来电保护 界面, 在来电保护界面上需要用户输入正确的解锁信息, 用户才能正常处理 来电信息, 可以有效避免由于用户误操作导致遗漏来电或者非本意处理来电 的情况, 有效地避免来电误操作的问题。
本发明实施例在终端来电界面上覆盖一层来电保护界面, 还可以有效保 护用户处理自己来电的权利及隐私, 提高了移动终端的安全性, 同时也提升 了用户体验。
