这时存在两种情况: 当主载波满足预设的测量结果报告条件, 即触发了事 件, 而辅载波没有触发事件时, 则根据预设的参数, 构造辅载波的测量报告, 具体而言, 就是根据预设的参数, 确定辅载波报告的小区范围和个数, 从而构 造辅载波的测量结果 "measure results on secondary UL frequency" , 并根据主载 波对应的报告小区状态参数构造主载波的测量结果 "measure results" , 将包含 所述测量结果的测量报告上报给网络侧;当辅载波满足预设的测量结果报告条 件, 即触发了事件, 而主载波没有触发事件时, 则根据预设的参数, 构造主载 波的测量报告, 具体而言, 就是根据预设的参数, 确定主载波报告的小区范围 和个数, 从而构造主载波的测量结果 "measure results" , 并根据辅载波对应的 报告小区状态参数构造辅载波的测量结果 "measure results on secondary UL frequency" , 并将包含所述测量结果的测量报告上报给网络侧。 报告小区状态 指示了终端需要报告的小区范围。通过报告小区状态, 终端可获知自己需要进 行何种类型的报告, 确定报告小区范围和报告小区个数。
如果主载波和辅载波都满足预设的测量结果报告条件,即两者都触发了事 件, 则根据主载波对应的 "reporting cell status" 信元构造 "measure results" , 根据辅载波对应的 "reporting cell status"信元构造 "measure results on secondary UL frequency" , 并将包含所述测量结果的测量报告上报给网络侧。
如果主载波和辅载波都不满足预设的条件, 即两者都没有触发事件,根据 报告准则, 则不必报告测量报告, 所以, UE继续测量主载波和辅载波即可。
所述预设的报告小区状态集包括:满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所 述一个载波对应的报告小区状态集、 或预定义的报告小区状态集。
其中, 满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的载波即为触发事件的载波, 因 为其触发了事件, 所以配置有 "reporting cell status"信元, 将所述信元中规定 的小区范围和数量也作为没有触发事件的载波报告小区的范围和数量。
预定义的>¾告小区状态集可以为以下的一个或多个: 激活集小区 (Report cells within active set), 使用频点的监测集小区 (Report cells within detected set cells on used frequency) , 激活集小区和 /或使用频点的监视集 d、区 (Report cells within active set and/or monitored set cells on used frequency) ,所有激活集小区力口 上使用频点的监视集小区 (Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set on used frequency), 使用频点的监视集和 /或检测集小区 (Report cells within monitored set and/or detected set on used frequency) , 所有激活集小区力口上使用 频点的检测集小区 (Report all active set cells + cells within detected set on used frequency),所有激活集小区加上使用频点的监视集和 /或检测集小区( Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set and/or detected set on used frequency ), 才艮告小区的最大数量 ( Maximum number of reported cells )。
构造" measured results on secondary UL frequency" 时, 可以按照 "Report cells within active set"进行构造, "Maximum number of reported cells"为 6, 即才艮 告最多 6个辅载波激活集小区;或者按照 "Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set on used frequency"进行构造, Maximum number of reported cells" 为 6,即报告所有辅载波激活集小区和最多 6个能量最好的辅载波监视集小区。
构造" measured results" 时, 可以按照 "Report cells within active set"进行 构造, "Maximum number of reported cells"为 6, 即才艮告最多 6个主载波激活集 小区; 或者按照 "Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set on used frequency", "Maximum number of reported cells"为 6, 即才艮告所有主载波激活 集小区和最多 6个能量最好的主载波监视集小区。
上述的激活集小区、检测集小区和监视集小区都是网络侧与 UE建立起的 小区的集合, 这些小区集合的建立和分集都是在 UE与网络侧通话前配置的。 依据预先配置的小区的集合构造未触发事件的载波的测量结果的方法易于操 作。
本实施例公开的载波测量报告的构造方法,在载波没有触发事件而没有对 应的 "reporting cell status" 信元的情况下, 根据预设的报告小区状态集, 确定 所述载波报告的小区范围和数量,从而构造出所述载波的测量结果, 实现了在 同频测量且事件型报告的情况下, 只要主载波和辅载波有其一触发了事件, 即 可构造出两者的测量报告。 本发明实施例还公开了一种多载波测量结果的报告装置, 如图 2所示, 包 括:
接收单元 201 , 用于接收测量控制消息, 所述测量控制消息中包含主载波 或辅载波的预设的测量结果报告条件; 测量 告上 单元 202, 用于如果在所述主载波和辅载波中, 有一个载波 满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件, 则发送包含测量结果的测量报告消息; 所述测量报告消息中包含满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所述一个 载波的测量结果,以及不满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的其他载波的测量 结果;
其中, 所述测量报告报告单元, 用于按照预设的报告小区状态集, 报告所 述不满足预设的测量结果报告条件的其他载波的测量结果;
所述预设的报告小区状态集包括:满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所 述一个载波对应的报告小区状态集、 或预定义的报告小区状态集。
其中,所述预设的测量结果报告条件为网络设备通过测量控制消息配置的 测量事件的测量结果报告条件。
预设的测量结果报告条件包括: 同频且基于事件触发的测量报告条件、或 者异频且基于事件触发的测量报告条件。
测量控制消息中包含主载波和辅载波的预设的测量结果报告条件
预定义的 ^艮告小区状态集包括如下各项中的至少一项:
激活集小区 Report cells within active set;
使用频点的检测集小区 Report cells within detected set on used frequency; 使用频点的监视集小区 Report cells within monitored set on used frequency; 所有激活集小区加上使用频点的监视集小区 Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set on used frequency;
所有激活集小区加上使用频点的检测集小区 Report all active set cells + cells within detected set on used frequency; 才艮告小区的最大数量 Maximum number of reported cells。
本实施例公开的载波测量报告构造装置, 能够根据预设的参数,确定出没 有触发事件的载波的报告小区的范围和数量,实现了在同频事件型报告的情况 下, 报告没有触发事件的载波的测量报告的目的。 上述方法及装置可以应用在一种终端 (UE )上, 所述 UE根据网络侧下 发的测量控制信息测量多载波, 终端接收的测量控制信息可由基站下发。该终 端包括:
处理器, 用于依据接收的测量控制信息, 判断所述主载波和辅载波是否满 足预设的条件,如果两者有其一满足预设的条件, 则根据预设的报告小区状态 集构造不满足所述预设的条件的载波的测量结果,并将包含所述测量结果的测 量报告上报。 处理器具体可以是图 2所示的装置。
本实施例所述的终端,在进行同频事件型报告时, 能够确定出没有触发事 件的载波的报告小区的范围和数量,从而在报告触发事件的载波的测量报告的 同时, 实现了构造没有触发事件的载波的测量结果,从而能够同时报告没有触 发事件的载波的测量报告。 本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其它实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同或相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在 其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而 是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。 本实施例方法所述的功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的 产品销售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理 解,本发明实施例对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软 件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干 指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前述的存储介质包括:
U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存储器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的 介质。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种多载波测量结果的 ^艮告方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收测量控制消息,所述测量控制消息中包含主载波或辅载波的预设的测 量结果报告条件;
在所述主载波和辅载波中,如果有一个载波满足所述预设的测量结果报告 条件, 则发送包含测量结果的测量报告消息;
所述测量报告消息中包含满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所述一个 载波的测量结果,以及不满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的其他载波的测量 结果;
其中, 所述发送包含测量结果的测量报告消息包括: 按照预设的报告小区 状态集, 报告所述不满足预设的测量结果报告条件的其他载波的测量结果; 所述预设的报告小区状态集包括:满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所 述一个载波对应的报告小区状态集、 或预定义的报告小区状态集。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设的测量结果报告 条件为网络设备通过测量控制消息配置的测量事件的测量结果报告条件。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设的测量结果 报告条件包括: 同频且基于事件触发的测量报告条件、或者异频且基于事件触 发的测量报告条件。
4、 根据权利要求 1 - 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预定义的 ^艮告小区状态集包括如下各项中的至少一项:
激活集小区 Report cells within active set;
使用频点的检测集小区 Report cells within detected set on used frequency; 使用频点的监视集小区 Report cells within monitored set on used frequency; 所有激活集小区加上使用频点的监视集小区 Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set on used frequency;
所有激活集小区加上使用频点的检测集小区 Report all active set cells + cells within detected set on used frequency;
才艮告小区的最大数量 Maximum number of reported cells。
5、 根据权利要求 1 - 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述测量控制 消息中包含主载波和辅载波的预设的测量结果报告条件。
6、 一种多载波测量结果的 ^艮告装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收测量控制消息, 所述测量控制消息中包含主载波或辅 载波的预设的测量结果报告条件;
测量报告上报单元, 用于如果在所述主载波和辅载波中,有一个载波满足 所述预设的测量结果报告条件, 则发送包含测量结果的测量报告消息;
所述测量报告消息中包含满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所述一个 载波的测量结果,以及不满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的其他载波的测量 结果;
其中, 所述测量报告报告单元, 用于按照预设的报告小区状态集, 报告所 述不满足预设的测量结果报告条件的其他载波的测量结果;
所述预设的报告小区状态集包括:满足所述预设的测量结果报告条件的所 述一个载波对应的报告小区状态集、 或预定义的报告小区状态集。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述预设的测量结果报告 条件为网络设备通过测量控制消息配置的测量事件的测量结果报告条件。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述预设的测量结果 报告条件包括: 同频且基于事件触发的测量报告条件、或者异频且基于事件触 发的测量报告条件。
9、 根据权利要求 6 - 8中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述测量控制 消息中包含主载波和辅载波的预设的测量结果报告条件。
10、 根据权利要求 6 - 9中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述预定义 的才艮告小区状态集包括如下各项中的至少一项:
激活集小区 Report cells within active set;
使用频点的检测集小区 Report cells within detected set on used frequency; 使用频点的监视集小区 Report cells within monitored set on used frequency; 所有激活集小区加上使用频点的监视集小区 Report all active set cells + cells within monitored set on used frequency;
