如果是数据包平均大小变化触发的上报, 可以预先定义一个门限值 (例如 30字节), 当 UE在一定的时间内平均数据包大小超过这个门限值的时候, UE 触发上报, 上报的内容是变化后的数据包大小。也可以给 UE配置一个映射表, 表中的每一项代表了一定范围值的数据包大小。 一个具体的实施例如表 1 所 示, 该表中定义了 4个量化等级。 当 UE的数据包平均大小对应的量化等级发 生变化的时候(例如,从 0—50范围内的值变成 50—100范围内的值), UE向 eNB 上才艮数据包平均大小对应的量化等级或者索引值。

如果是数据包平均到达间隔变化触发的上报, 可以预先定义一个门限值
(例如 5秒 ), 当数据包平均到达间隔超过这个门限值的时候, UE触发上报, 上报的内容是变化后的数据包平均到达间隔值。也可以定义一个映射表,表中 的每一项代表一定范围值的数据包平均到达间隔。 一个具体的实施例如表 2 所示, 该表中定义了 4个量化等级。 当 UE的数据包平均到达间隔发生变化的 时候(例如, 从 0. 1—1. 0范围的值变成 1. 0—1 00范围内的值), UE向 eNB上报 数据包平均到达间隔对应的量化等级或索引值。

除了业务特性变化触发外, 事件触发上 也可以有其他的触发因素, 例如 移动状态变化的触发。 LTE系统中定义了 3种 UE移动状态: 常速、 中速和高 速, UE根据一定时间内小区重选 /切换的次数判断处于何种移动状态。 利用现 有标准中的移动状态估计机制, 当 UE的移动状态发生改变的时候触发移动状 态上报。 例如, 当 UE的移动状态从中速变成高速的时候, 向 eNB上报改变后 的移动状态。 事件触发上报也可以是由移动速率变化触发的。 UE 测量自己的 移动速率, 当移动速率变化值超过预先设定的一个门限值的时候, UE 触发移 动速率上报, 上报的内容是具体的移动速率。
事件触发上报也可以是 DRX配置变化触发的。 eNB预先为 UE配置几种可 用的 DRX参数配置组合, UE根据一定的准则选择其中一种配置, 并将该信息 上报给 eNB。 eNB将 UE的上报信息作为参考, 可以按照 UE的选择进行配置, 也可以为配置不同于 UE选择的 DRX参数。当 UE选择的 DRX配置发生改变的时 候, 向 eNB进行上才艮。 例如, 当前 UE使用 DRX配置 Conf igura t ion_ l , 当 UE 决定改变 DRX配置(如 Conf igurat ion_2 ) 的时候, 向 eNB进行上报, 上报的 内容是变化后的 DRX配置(如 Conf igurat ion_2 )。
周期上报和事件触发上报可以单独使用,也可以结合使用。 结合使用的时 候, 周期上报保证网络总能够掌握 UE开展的业务特性、 移动状态等信息, 事 件触发上报使得辅助信息的改变能够及时反映给网络。
为了避免不必要的信息上报, 可以考虑引入上报限制机制, UE 在发送完 辅助信息之后的时间 T内, 不再进行同一项辅助信息的上报。 具体地, 可以定 义一个上报限制定时器, 定时器的时长是 UE每次发送完辅助信息之后都重 启上报限制定时器, 在上报限制定时器超时之前不重复上报辅助信息。 并且, UE 每次上报完辅助信息后, 都重新启动周期上报定时器。 这种方法的出发点 是,在很短的时间内触发的辅助信息上报可能具有相同的内容,从而会造成重 复上报, 增加信令开销。 这种上报限制机制可以单独应用于每项辅助信息(对 应某一项辅助信息单独上报), 也可以应用于所有辅助信息 (对应辅助信息同 时上报)。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发 明保护的范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用户设备 UE上报辅助信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: 基站向 UE发送辅助信息上报请求信令;
UE收到请求信令后, 将所述辅助信息上报请求信令对应的辅助信息上报 给基站。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述辅助信息上报请求信 令对应一项辅助信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述辅助信息上报请求信 令中携带一个包含多项辅助信息的列表。
4、 一种用户设备 UE上报辅助信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: 基站为 UE配置上报周期值;
UE在满足上报周期的时刻向基站上报辅助信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站为 UE配置上报 周期值为: 基站通过无线资源控制 RRC信令为 UE配置一定时长的周期上报 定时器;
所述 UE在满足上报周期的时刻向基站上报辅助信息为: UE在周期上报 定时器超时的时候上报辅助信息,并在上报辅助信息后重新启动周期上报定时 器。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 每项辅助信息单独对应一 个周期上报定时器, 和 /或, 多项辅助信息对应同一个周期上报定时器。
7、 一种用户设备 UE上报辅助信息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: UE判断是否满足上报辅助信息的条件, 若是, 则 UE上报该条件对应的 辅助信息。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述辅助信息为业务特性, 所述上报辅助信息的条件为: 业务特性发生改变和 /或业务特性的改变量超过 预先设定的门限; UE上报的辅助信息为变化后的业务特性。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 预先给 UE配置第一映射 表, 所述第一映射表中包括至少两项量化等级,每一项量化等级对应相应的业 务特性的数值范围以及量化等级索引; 所述上 辅助信息的条件为: UE的业务特性对应的量化等级发生变化; UE上 的辅助信息为: 变化后的业务特性对应的量化等级或者索引值。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务特性为数据 包平均大小或数据包平均到达间隔。
11、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述上报辅助信息的条件 为 UE的移动状态发生改变, 上报的辅助信息为改变后的移动状态。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述上报辅助信息的条件 为: UE的移动速率变化值超过预先设定的门限, 上报的辅助信息为当前的移 动速率。
13、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述上报辅助信息的条件 为: UE的 DRX配置发生变化, 上报的辅助信息为变化后的 DRX配置。
14、 根据权利要求 1至 9、 11至 13任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法还包括, UE配置与辅助信息对应的上报限制定时器;
UE上报辅助信息包括: UE判断所要上报的辅助信息对应的上报限制定 时器是否超时, 若是, 则上报该辅助信息, 并重启上报限制定时器, 否则, 取 消本次辅助信息上报。
