Abstract

본 발명은 (a)연소 및 숙성 공정을 통해 변화된 실리카 0.2㎛~0.4㎛ 크기의 나노 파우더와, 이 나노 파우더의 거친 표면을 매끄럽게 코팅시켜줄 코팅액을 혼합하여 나노 파우더의 표면을 코팅하고, 슬러리 타입으로 구성하는 단계; (b) 상기 나노 파우더 혼합물과 분말 형태의 테레프탈산을 혼합하는 공정을 수행하는 단계; (c) 상기 혼합물을 건조시켜 수분을 제거하기 위한 혼합물 저장 및 건조공정을 수행하는 단계; (d) 상기 혼합물에 혼합된 테레프탈산(Terephthalic Acid)이 중합에 의해 용융되면서 나노 혼합물과 융합이 이루어지는 중합공정을 수행하여 나노 혼합물과 테레프탈산이 폴리머(Polymer) 형태로 이루어지도록 하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d) 단계 이후, 중합이 완료된 테레프탈산이 용융된 용융물을 압출 후 냉각시켜 펠렛의 형태로 절단하는 실리카 중합칩을 제조하는 제조공정을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 중합칩 제조방법을 제공한다.
