Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif compact permettant de coupler de façon fonctionnelle un substrat plat solide, par exemple une lamelle de verre, à un circuit microfluidique et d'effectuer une ou des réactions sur une matière organique collée sur la face du substrat plat. Des réactions typiques incluent des réactions de fixation, de coloration et/ou de marquage. Lors de l'utilisation, une chambre de réaction hermétique est formée, la chambre renfermant la matière organique et au moins une partie du substrat solide. Un vide dans la chambre hermétique entre le substrat solide et généralement de dimensions microfluidiques et des éléments de pompe à membrane sont utilisés de manière à injecter, échanger et/ou mélanger les fluides dans la chambre.
