一种胀管的胀头结构,包括胀球(1)以及与胀杆连接的固定螺钉,其特征在于:所述胀球(1)侧面设有导向锥面(2),所述固定螺钉的螺帽(5)设有锥型侧面(8),胀球(1)与固定螺钉固定连接,所述导向锥面(2)与锥型侧面(8)之间平滑过渡。胀球(1)与固定螺钉的连接面处不会产生突起边缘,在胀管的过程中不会发生刮花铜管内壁的现象,且结构简单,生产加工方便。还公开了一种胀头的制造方法,包括将胀球(1)套在固定螺钉的螺柱(6)上,固定连接胀球(1)与固定螺钉,对胀球(1)的导向锥面(2)与螺帽(5)的锥型侧面(8)进行打磨处理,使两者之间平滑过渡。

Description

一种胀管的胀头结构及其制造方法
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种胀管的胀头结构及其制造方法, 特别是加工换热器所使用 胀管器中、 胀管的胀头结构。
(二)背景技术:
在空调热换热器的生产过程中, 对散热片内的铜管进行胀管的工序至关重 要,这个过程通常是通过外力作用,将一胀管往铜管内部挤压以扩大铜管直径, 并使铜管与与散热板紧密连接。 该胀管分为胀杆和胀头两部分, 胀头包括直径 大于铜管的胀球及与胀杆连接的固定螺钉, 一般的连接方式是通过固定螺钉的 螺帽将胀球卡接在胀杆上。 由于胀球与螺钉配合时无法做到完全吻合, 在胀球 侧面与螺帽侧面常有配合误差, 使得连接面处往往有边缘突出; 由于胀球与螺 帽的直径都较小, 因此这个配合误差很难避免。 而在胀管的过程中, 因配合误 差形成的突出边缘会刮花被胀铜管内壁, 严重的还可能会刮破管壁。 影响铜管 的质量。
(三)发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、 可避免刮 花工件的胀头结构。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种胀管的胀头结构, 包括胀球以及与胀杆连接的固定螺钉, 所述胀球中 部设有通孔, 胀球通过通孔套在所述固定螺钉的螺柱上, 胀球前端设一平台, 其所述胀球与固定螺钉连接, 所述平台抵在螺帽底部, 胀球外表面在靠近螺帽 一端设有导向锥面, 固定螺钉的螺帽为锥形, 所述导向锥面与螺帽的锥形侧面 之间平滑过渡。 上述所述固定连接为所述平台与螺帽底部粘结。
上述所述固定连接还包括通孔的内壁与固定螺钉的螺柱表面粘结。
上述所述螺帽上设有径向的安装通槽。
本发明还提供了上述胀头的生产方法, 包括以下步骤:
A. 将胀球套在固定螺钉的螺柱上, 固定连接胀球与固定螺钉;
B. 对胀球的导向锥面与螺帽的锥形侧面进行打磨处理, 使两者之间平滑 过渡。
上述所述步骤 A中的固定连接为粘结。
上述所述步骤 A中的粘结包括以下步骤:
A1. 对所述平台与所述螺帽底部进行粘结;
A2. 对所述通孔的内壁与螺钉的螺柱表面进行粘结。
与现有技术相比, 本发明有以下优点: 1、 胀球与固定螺钉固定连接, 在 胀管过程中胀球不会转动影响胀管质量; 2、 胀球的锥面与固定螺钉的导向锥 面的连接处平滑过渡, 不会产生突起边缘, 因而在胀管的过程中, 不会发生刮 花铜管内壁的现象。 3、 本发明结构简单, 生产加工方便, 成本低。

(五)具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作详细的说明:
本发明包括胀球 1以及与胀杆(未标出)连接的固定螺钉, 所述胀球 1中 部设有通孔 4 , 胀球 1通过通孔 4套在所述固定螺钉的螺柱 6上, 胀球 1前端 设一平台 3 , 所述胀球 1与固定螺钉连接时所述平台 3抵在螺帽 5底部, 胀球
1外表面在靠近螺帽 5—端设有导向锥面 2 , 固定螺钉的螺帽 5为锥形, 所述 导向锥面 2与螺帽 5的锥形侧面 8之间平滑过渡。
上述所述固定连接为所述平台 3与螺帽 5底部粘结。
上述所述固定连接还包括通孔 4的内壁与固定螺钉的螺柱 6表面粘结。 上述所述螺帽 5上设有径向的安装通槽 7。 把胀头安装到胀杆上时可将工 具伸进安装通槽内, 转动工具以带动固定螺钉旋转, 方便安装。
本发明所述胀头的生产方法, 包括以下步骤:
A. 将胀球 1套在固定螺钉的螺柱 6上, 固定连接胀球 1与固定螺钉;
B. 对胀球 1的导向锥面 2与螺帽 5的锥形侧面 8进行打磨处理, 使两者 之间平滑过渡。
上述所述步骤 A中的固定连接为粘结。 所述粘结包括以下步骤:
A1. 对所述平台 3与所述螺帽 5底部进行粘结;
A2. 对所述通孔 4的内壁与螺钉的螺柱 6表面进行粘结。
上述实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式, 但本发明的实施方式不限于此, 其 他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、 修饰、 替代、 组合、 简 化, 均为等效的置换方式, 都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种胀管的胀头结构, 包括胀球以及与胀杆连接的固定螺钉, 所述胀球中 部设有通孔, 胀球通过通孔套在所述固定螺钉的螺柱上, 胀球前端设一平 台, 其特征在于: 所述胀球与固定螺钉连接, 所述平台抵在螺帽底部, 胀 球外表面在靠近螺帽一端设有导向锥面, 固定螺钉的螺帽为锥形, 所述导 向锥面与螺帽的锥形侧面之间平滑过渡。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种胀头结构, 其特征在于: 所述固定连接为所述 平台与螺帽底部粘结。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种胀头结构, 其特征在于: 所述固定连接还包括 通孔的内壁与固定螺钉的螺柱表面粘结。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一种胀头结构, 其特征在于: 所述螺帽上设有 径向的安装通槽。
5. 一种胀头的制造方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤:
A. 将胀球套在固定螺钉的螺柱上, 固定连接胀球与固定螺钉;
B. 对胀球的导向锥面与螺帽的锥形侧面进行打磨处理, 使两者之间平滑过 渡。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种胀头的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤 A中 的固定连接为粘结。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的一种胀头的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤 A中 的粘结包括以下步骤:
A1. 对所述平台与所述螺帽底部进行粘结;
A2. 对所述通孔的内壁与螺钉的螺柱表面进行粘结。
