本实施例中, 翻转驱动电机 5与支承轴之间的传动机构包括翻转主动带轮 17、翻转同步带 18、 翻转从动带轮 19、 蜗杆 20和蜗轮 21, 翻转主动带轮 17安 装在翻转驱动电机 5的动力输出轴上, 翻转主动带轮 17通过:翻转同步带 18连 接翻转从动带轮 19, 蜗杆 20与翻转从动带轮 19同轴固定连接:, 蜗轮 21与蜗杆 20啮合, 并且蜗轮 21与右支承轴头 14同轴固定连接。 其中蜗杆 20/蜗轮 21结 构具有自锁功能, 使得翻转驱动电机 5将翻转架 2翻转至收卷所需位置之后, 翻转架 2能停留在该位置。
本实施例中, 左支承轴头 13为筒状, 筒状的左支承轴头 13内安装有套筒 22, 套筒 22外壁通过轴承 23与筒状的左支'承轴头 13的内壁连接, 这样, 套筒 22依次通过轴承 23、 左支承轴头 13、 轴承 15与机架 1 (机架 1中的左墙板 9) 可转动连接; 套筒 22内安装有芯轴 24, 芯轴 24通过轴承 25与套筒 22内壁连 接, 套筒 22的中心线、 芯轴 24的中心线均与支承轴的中心线重合 (套筒 22的 中心线、 芯轴 24的中心线均与左支承轴头 13的中心线重合): 套筒 22上设有 第一收卷主动带轮 26, 第一收卷轴 3上安装有第一收卷从动带轮 27, 第一收卷 主动带轮 26通过第一收卷同步带 28与第一收卷从动带轮 27连接, 第一收卷驱 动电机 6的动力输出轴与套筒 22之间通过带传动机构 29传¾连接; 芯轴 24上 设有第二收卷主动带轮 30, 第二收卷轴 4上安装有第二收卷从动带轮 31, 第二 收卷主动带轮 30通过第二收卷同步带 32与第二收卷从动带轮 31连接, 第二收 卷驱动电机 7的动力输出轴与芯轴 24之间通过带传动机构 33传动连接。
参考图 2, 机架 1上还设有第一压料机构和第二压料机构; 第一压料机构包 括第一压料辊 34、 第一压料辊架 35和第一顶推气缸 36, 第一压料辊架 35通过 轴 49可转动安装在机架 1上, 第一压料辊 34两端与第一压料辊架 35可转动连 接, 第一顶推气缸 36的缸体 361与机架 1铰接, 第一顶推气缸 36的活塞杆 362 与第一压料辊架 35铰接; 第二压料机构包括第二压料辊 38、 第二压料辊架 39 和第二顶推气缸 40, 第二压料辊架 39通过轴 50可转动安装在机架 1上, 第二 压料辊 38两端与第二压料辊架 39可转动连接, 第二顶推气缸 40的缸体 401与 机架 1铰接, 第二顶推气缸 40的活塞杆 402与第二压料辊架 39铰接。 下面简述一下本双工位同时收卷装置的工作原理: 使用时, 将翻转架 2翻转至收卷所需位置, 并完成穿膜之后 (如图 2所示, 在双工位同时收卷装置前边设有第一过渡导辊组 41和第二过渡导辊组 42,第一 过渡导辊组 41和第二过渡导辊组 42前边设有分切辊 43, 薄膜 44经过分切辊 43时, 被分切辊 43上的切刀分切成左、 右两部分; 分切后, 薄膜左部分 45由 第一过渡导辊组 41引导至第一收卷轴 3, 薄膜右部分 46由第二过渡导辊组 42 引导至第二收卷轴 4), 运行第一收卷驱动电机 6和第二收卷驱动电机 7, 即可 使第一收卷轴 3和第二收卷轴 4同时收卷, 其中第一收卷轴 3将薄膜左部分 45 收卷成薄膜卷 47, 第二收卷轴 4将薄膜右部分 46收卷成薄膜卷 48。 收卷至薄膜卷 47、 48达到预定大小后, 使翻转架 2翻转到合适位置, 便于 操作人员将两薄膜卷卸下。
收卷时, 通过第一顶推气缸 36的活塞杆 362的顶推作用, 使第一压料辊 34 始终压合在第一收卷轴 3所收卷的薄膜卷 47上, 使第一收卷轴 3上已收卷的薄 膜张紧并相互紧贴; 同样, 通过第二顶推气缸 40的活塞杆 402的顶推作用, 使 第二压料辊 38始终压合在第二收卷轴 4所收卷的薄膜卷 48上,使第二收卷轴 4 上已收卷的薄膜张紧并相互紧贴。
在其它实施方案中, 左墙板和右墙板之间还可通过连接杆固定连接, 进行 加固。
在其它实施方案中, 支承轴也可以是横穿翻转架的一体式轴, 并且与左翻 转臂中部、 右翻转臂中部固定连接, 支承轴左端处于左翻转臂左侧, 支承轴右 端处于右翻转臂右侧, 支承轴中段处于左翻转臂与右翻转臂之间。 在机架包括 左墙板和右墙板的情况下, 支承轴左端与左墙板可转动连接, 支承轴右端与右 墙板可转动连接。

1. 一种双工位同时收卷装置, 包括机架, 其特征在于还包括翻转架, 捆转架上固定设有支 承轴, 支承轴与机架可转动连接, 翻转架上安装有第一收卷轴和第二收卷轴; 机架上设有翻 转驱动电机、 第一收卷驱动电机和第二收卷驱动电机, 翻转驱动电机与支承轴传动连接, 第 一收卷驱动电机与第一收卷轴传动连接, 第二收卷驱动电机与第二收卷轴传动连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的双工位同时收卷装置, 其特征是: 所述机架上安装有套筒, 套筒 与与机架之间可转动连接, 套筒内安装有芯轴, 芯轴通过轴承与套筒内壁连接, 套筒的中心 线、 芯轴的中心线均与支承轴的中心线重合; 套筒上设有第一收卷主动带轮, 第一收卷轴上 安装有第一收卷从动带轮, 第一收卷主动带轮通过第一收卷同步带与第一收卷从动带轮连 接, 第一收卷驱动电机的动力输出轴与套筒传动连接; 芯轴上设有第二收卷主动带轮, 第二 收卷轴上安装有第二收卷从动带轮, 第二收卷主动带轮通过第二收卷同步带与第二收卷从动 带轮连接, 第二收卷驱动电机的动力输出轴与芯轴传动连接。
3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的双工位同时收卷装置, 其特征是: 所述机架上还设有第一压 料机构和第二压料机构; 第一压料机构包括第一压料辊、 第一压料辊架和第一顶推气缸, 第 一压料辊架可转动安装在机架上, 第一压料辊两端与第一压料辊架可转动连接, 第一顶推气 缸的缸体与机架铰接, 第一顶推气缸的活塞杆与第一压料辊架铰接; 第二压料机构包括第二 压料辊、 第二压料辊架和第二顶推气缸, 第二压料辊架可转动安装在机架上, 第二压料辊两 端与第二压料辊架可转动连接, 第二顶推气缸的缸体与机架铰接, 第二:页推气缸的活塞杆与 第二压料辊架铰接。
