Description

具有异形件的汽车玻璃 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车玻璃,更具体地说,涉及一种具有异形件的汽车玻璃。
背景技术
目前,汽车的车窗玻璃一般都是依靠粘接剂粘合在汽车车体的开口部。为了可以粘合在合适的位置上,常常使用具有异形件的汽车玻璃粘接在汽车上。粘合时,首先在要安装车窗玻璃的开口部周围粘合粘接条,随后再将车窗玻璃粘接在开口部。开口部周围一般会有一个装配凸缘用来粘合粘接条,以使得车窗玻璃安装后和外围的表面齐平。由于汽车开口部的外圈倾斜壁的方式的不同总会导致装配凸缘不配套而无法达到上述的目的。因此要做到倾斜壁的高度要与车窗和粘合剂的厚度相一致。在特定的设计中,车窗的边缘没有使用异形件,由于制造上的原因,车窗的尺寸和开口部的尺寸不能够匹配,从而造成车窗的和汽车开口部的边缘或倾斜壁之间形成凹槽。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的汽车玻璃由于汽车开口部的边缘或倾斜壁的不同造成汽车开口部周围的装配凸缘和汽车车窗的不配套的缺陷,提供一种可适应任何尺寸汽车开口部的边缘、倾斜壁和装配凸缘的具有异形件的汽车玻璃。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种具有异形件的汽车玻璃,所述汽车具有开口部,所述开口部周围具有装配凸缘、倾斜壁和边缘,所述具有异形件的汽车玻璃包括安装在所述开口部上、朝向车体外表面的主表面和填充在所述主表面周围的异形件;所述异形件包括与所述汽车玻璃的背面接触、并与所述汽车玻璃的背面形成类直角的第一凸块,与所述第一凸块连接、并与所述主表面类平行、位于所述主表面和所述装配凸缘中间的连接块;所述连接块连接一柔性延长端,所述柔性延长端包括通过第二凸块连接的密封肋,所述第二凸块与所述开口部的边缘密封连接,所述密封肋与所述主表面密封连接;在所述第二凸块上设置有纵向通孔。
在本发明所述的具有异形件的汽车玻璃中,所述连接块具有一个弯曲部。
在本发明所述的具有异形件的汽车玻璃中,所述第二凸块的横截面为类三角形。
在本发明所述的具有异形件的汽车玻璃中,所述第二凸块相对所述主表面所在平面凸起。
在本发明所述的具有异形件的汽车玻璃中,设置在所述倾斜壁、所述装配凸缘和所述汽车玻璃之间的间隙内的所述第二凸块和/或所述连接块为可弯曲的弹性件。
实施本发明的具有异形件的汽车玻璃,具有以下有益效果:由于异形件与开口部的边缘和主表面密封连接,使得任意尺寸的汽车开口部的倾斜壁和主表面之间都可以得到很好的密封,具有根据倾斜壁和主表面的间隙大小自我调整的作用。在第二凸块上设置有纵向通孔,从而在安装汽车玻璃时,可根据玻璃主体与板金之间的制造误差,进行相应的形变,以更好地弥补两者的间隙;
弯曲部的使用可以有效地减少柔性延长端与连接块之间连接的长度,增加了柔性延长端的弹性和强度。第二凸块类三角形的横截面可以形成对密封肋的有效支撑。第二凸块相对主表面的凸起可以更好的密封倾斜壁和主表面之间的间隙,并且使得密封肋不会因为压力过大而凹进到倾斜壁和主表面之间的间隙中去。第二凸块和连接块的弹性件设计增加了所述异形件适应间隙的能力,调整范围更大。

具体实施方式
下面结合图示,对本发明的优选实施例作详细介绍。
图1是本发明的一种具有异形件的汽车玻璃的优选实施例的结构示意图。如图1所示,所述汽车具有开口部,所述开口部周围具有装配凸缘3和倾斜壁4。所述具有异形件的汽车玻璃包括安装在开口部上、朝向车体外表面的主表面1和填充在主表面1周围的异形件2;异形件2贴在汽车玻璃的主表面1的边缘,异形件2通过挤压封装、预粘合等等方法固定在主表面1的边缘。异形件2可以是热塑性材料,优选人造橡胶或热塑性人造橡胶和热塑性橡胶的混合物。汽车玻璃可以是玻璃,也可以使用透明塑料替代。可以单片设计也可以使用玻璃和/或透明塑料的至少双层设计。
异形件2包括第一凸块21、连接块22和柔性延长端,第一凸块21与所述汽车玻璃的背面接触、并与所述汽车玻璃的背面形成类直角,连接块22与所述第一凸块21连接、并与所述主表面1类平行、位于所述主表面1和所述装配凸缘3中间。如图所示,异形件2只设置在汽车玻璃的一边,作为优选,异形件2也可分别/同时设置在汽车玻璃的其他三边。
连接块22连接一柔性延长端,柔性延长端包括第二凸块221和密封肋223,第二凸块221用于连接密封肋223,第二凸块221与开口部的边缘5密封连接,密封肋223与主表面1密封连接。用于连接密封肋223的第二凸块221如图所示相对所述主表面1所在平面约微凸起,横截面为类三角形,一点连接连接块22,另两点分别连接与开口部的边缘5和密封肋223。
这里的连接块22,没有直接密封和覆盖填充的功能,即使连接块22覆盖填充了部分间隙空间;连接块22而是作为一个可变形的支撑件连接柔性延长端(即密封肋223)。因此连接块22的长度可以非常小(例如0.6mm)。在某些实施例中,连接块22就是在第一凸块21和第二凸块221之间一个非常小或窄的部分,从而以平铰的方式形成了一弯曲部,以此弯曲部实现连接块22的变形支撑。
安装时,连接块22被强力变形,弯曲部发挥了上述的作用。第二凸块221为可弯曲的弹性件,对设置在倾斜壁4和装配凸缘3之间的间隙内的第二凸块221施加压力保证了与开口部的边缘5紧密配合,密封肋223与主表面1紧密配合,同时密封肋223都约高于主表面1的所在平面。这种设计可以不使用额外的密封件,同时施加压力可以有效地减小汽车玻璃和装配凸缘3之间的间隙,避免间隙中的脏物和汽车行驶时产生的噪声。
但是,连接块22和密封肋的设计需要特别的考虑开口部的边缘情况,以便在获得功能性的同时还能在汽车使用的过程中避免变形条2的损坏或功能的损失。安装具有异形件的汽车玻璃时,首先第二凸块221抵靠在开口部的边缘5上,然后按压第二凸块221,直到密封肋223接触到主表面1。在汽车玻璃背面和装配凸缘3之间设置有粘接胶6,确保汽车玻璃背面和装配凸缘3连接的同时还保证了汽车玻璃背面和装配凸缘3之间具有一定的距离。密封肋223有充足的硬度不会导致异形件2整体下陷到倾斜壁4和汽车玻璃之间的间隙中去。另外,在生产过程中,由于存在制造误差,汽车玻璃的尺寸有时出现过长的现象,因此需要第二凸块有较好的形变,以使得汽车玻璃可合适地安装上。为了使得第二凸块变形效果更好,在一优选实施例中,在第二凸块上设置有纵向通孔33,因此在安装过程中,出现汽车玻璃过长时,可通过该通孔33的变形,即压扁该通孔33使得第二凸块可填充在较小的间隙中。
此外作为本发明的一个优选实施例,可在空间7中设置辅助的支撑件(图中未示出),支撑件可设置在连接块22或第二凸块221上,当然也可根据需要设置在其他适当的位置,这种设置可以有效地阻止整个异形条由于外界的压力滑入到倾斜壁4和汽车玻璃之间的间隙中去,当然设置在连接块22上时不能影响连接块22的自身的功能。

1、一种具有异形件的汽车玻璃,所述汽车具有开口部,所述开口部周围具有装配凸缘(3)、倾斜壁(4)和边缘(5),其特征在于,所述具有异形件的汽车玻璃包括安装在所述开口部上、朝向车体外表面的主表面(1)和填充在所述主表面(1)周围的异形件(2);所述异形件(2)包括与所述汽车玻璃的背面接触、并与所述汽车玻璃的背面形成类直角的第一凸块(21),与所述第一凸块(21)连接、并与所述主表面(1)类平行、位于所述主表面(1)和所述装配凸缘(3)中间的连接块(22);所述连接块(22)连接一柔性延长端,所述柔性延长端包括通过第二凸块(221)连接的密封肋(223),所述第二凸块(221)与所述开口部的边缘(5)密封连接,所述密封肋(223)与所述主表面(1)密封连接;在所述第二凸块(221)上设置有纵向通孔(33)。

5、根据权利要求1所述的具有异形件的汽车玻璃,其特征在于,设置在所述倾斜壁(4)、所述装配凸缘(3)和所述汽车玻璃之间的间隙内的所述第二凸块(221)和/或所述连接块(22)为可弯曲的弹性件。
