  • Rear carriers are known from the traffic. They are used to transport heavy or light loads with vehicles, the rear carrier is firmly connected in the vehicle-bound transport condition with the vehicle and is transported with this with the load on.
  • Rear carriers of conventional design are steel structures that can be connected via a coupling closure with the trailer hitch of a vehicle.
  • To load the rear carrier it is necessary to transport the load to be transported from a rescue location to the vehicle, which can be done by carrying the load or by moving the load using a means of transport, such as a (push) cart.

  • Object of the present invention is to provide a rear carrier of the type mentioned, which allows a simplified and less power-consuming transport of loads with high user comfort.
  • At least one wheel for rolling transport of the rear carrier is provided in a separate from the vehicle personal transport state of the rear carrier according to the invention.
