将需要烘烤的咖啡豆放入烤篮 2中, 通过控制器 5, 可设定烘烤的温度及时间, 咖啡豆 烤好后, 电热管 3断电, 停止加热, 烤篮 2仍保持转动, 同时启动旋风装置 6, 瞬间吹凉咖 啡豆, 使得咖啡豆变的香脆。 在烘烤同时, 产生的烟气, 通过反射片 9 上的小孔被触煤块 10吸收, 从而减少烟味的排出。 其中同步马达 4为烤篮 2提供动力。 所述的反射片 9与触 煤块 10为可拆卸装覃, 均可脱离清洗。
